Stayed over one night just to change it up from the normal routine. We arrived around 30mins early and where able to check in no problems. Room was fresh and clean at the end of the corridor. Quiet in the hotel but could hear the traffic from the road right across, okay with us but if you are a light sleeper ask for a room facing the rear of the property for less traffic noise. TV with Freeview. Couldn't open window's due to safety. Can order room service from the restaurant next door. Pleasant stay ✌🏻

Rooms were spacious and very clean, wifi was not the best which was slightly irritating considering we was using it quite regularly to stay in touch. Breakfast was in the brewers fayre next door and was buffet style and delicious.

The Eco-Friendly Forest Retreat was a sanctuary for nature lovers. Surrounded by the beauty of the forest, it provided a harmonious escape. Our lodge room was cozy, and the eco-friendly amenities were a testament to sustainability. The lodge staff were passionate about conservation and provided valuable tips for exploring the local ecosystem. This is a place where nature's rhythms guide your stay.

Rooms are clean and well maintained. Location is easy enough to reach by car, but pretty out of the way if you want to explore on foot - and there is not a lot to explore either way. Good stop if you pass through and just need a bed for a night, but that's that. Breakfast was fine. Free wifi is well... it exists... it's usable to read the news, don't expect any more.

Great place to stay, 9 nights and all was perfect. Cameron gave first class service. Everyone who came to stay knew him and he helped with what they all needed. The staff all worked as team members. From front of House to House keeping. Nothing was to much for them. Thank you all for your help and attention. 10 out 10 if not more.

All good with no complaints. Friendly staff and quick to fix any problems (computer error with breakfast booking). The snack vending machine, however, is a bandit ready to take all your money very inconveniently slowly.

Easy check in process. Staff at reception were very friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and bed comfy. Then you have “Ultimate WiFi” which is reminiscent of 52k dial-up in terms of speed but with more disconnects. You get an email when you register inviting you to ‘stream movies on up to 3 devices’….well good luck with that! The water pressure for the shower is really poor. Probably purposely done as part of some environmental policy to save water. In reality it just takes you a lot longer to shower. Booked room plus breakfast and for some reason I had to say what time I would be having breakfast even though the hotel is not busy and it’s a buffet breakfast. I mean I usually have breakfast whenever I’ve woken up and got myself ready….now I have to set an alarm to make sure I don’t miss my slot.

A perfect place to stop on your way to the Highlands or to Oban and Mallaig to take a ferry to the islands. You can eat next door . The breakfast evening meal offer is excellent . If you just want a coffee and a snack then it is easy to walk to Costa , Subway or Starbucks . They are all on site . You are straight onto the road to Loch Lomond if heading North.

Stayed here for four days, have to say that the staff here and the adjoining Brewers Fayre were very polite and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. We had a minor problem with our room on arrival which was dealt with immediately, I have to mention by name the gentleman on reception by the name of Cameron who took ownership of our problem and in my opinion went above and beyond in resolving it, so a big thank you for that, we had a lovely holiday here and will use this Premier inn for any future trips to this part of Scotland.

Very badly signposted from the main road. We had to pull over and phone reception. Luckily Faith who was on reception, kept us on the phone to give us directions. Apart from that, the place was clean and the food in Brewers Fayre was good.

Outstanding. Spent a night here as I was passing through on my way up to Skye. Perfect pit stop. Everything was immaculate, clean and fresh. Bed was comfy, big TV, huge bathroom. The whole building was quiet, no slamming doors or shouting. The staff were very friendly and cared about customer service. Prices are great as well! It ticked all of the boxes and a few more. Can't go wrong with a Premier Inn

The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable. The exterior of the hotel is tired, as are some of the carpets in the hallways. The staff were friendly and efficient. There was plentiful free parking and a petrol station and a coffee shop within a 100 metres. Breakfast is served in the adjacent Brewers Fayre "Malt and Myre" pub and restaurant next door. Overall, I would be happy to stay here again.

Friendly staff. Affordable meal deal with the pub next door (2 course evening meal and breakfast for £24.99pp). Clean room. Bed was a little soft for us. Choice of pillows in the room which was good. A little noisy on the night with people on the floor above. Overall, a good experience.

Staff very helpful as it was a short notice booking and I got the last remaining room which they were able to change to an accessible room as my wife had just been discharged from hospital after surgery room was clean and well presented

It's ok. The setting is convenient rather than aesthetically pleasing in any way. Our room was clean and pretty much a standard Premier Inn. The free WiFi was painfully slow. The food in the chain pub next door was edible.

Cameron and the reception staff at Dumbarton (Lomond Gate) Premier Inn have been exceptional. Due to a burst pipe in our home we required somewhere to stay in short notice and they have been friendly, professional and couldn't do enough for us. Highly recommended and great service, cheers guys!

We have had a wonderful stay at Dunbarton. We needed help with something and Patrick and Donna came to the rescue, thank you both very much. We would highly recommend Loch lomond Dumbarton for Service and Cleanliness. Great experience well done guys especially Patrick and Donna !

I visited this place not too long ago and overall my experience was good greeted by the friendly woman behind the desk she was very professional and helpful. The staff are overall friendly and they make you feel welcoming. The rooms were clean and tidy and the beds very comfy only downfall is for the light sleepers make sure to have earplugs as it's located near a busy road but overall had a pleasant stay.

I was a bit worried about coming here after reading some of the reviews, but it was perfect! We arrived about 7pm. The reception staff were very friendly, very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, everything that was supposed to be here, was here, towels, tea, coffee etc. Very comfortable bed, as always with premier inns. We went to the restaurant next door, ordered some food, they brought it to reception when it was ready, and the 2 lovely receptionists brought it to our room! The food was hot, very good quality, and good value! Overall, I'd be more than happy to return here and recommend it to others. There are some very poor reviews, but our experience was perfect!

Stay: We stayed here for one night on our way up to the Highlands for a family holiday. A party of four (2 adults, 2 children). Room: We had a family room which had been made up to include a small single bed for our 4 year old daughter and a cot for our 9 month old. The beds were super comfy as expected from Premier Inn. Location: The location was perfect. Not far from the motorway and allowed us to easily continue our onwards journey the following day to the Highlands. Service: Customer service was excellent. On check in, a member of staff kindly grabbed a 'party' bag for our 4 year old daughter which included some treats and games. It was a lovely touch after a long journey. At breakfast, the team were superb and very friendly. Breakfast: This was the only disappointment of the stay. The quality of the cooked breakfast was very poor. For example, the bacon was thin and watery. Generally, the food lacked flavour. I have fed this back to Premier Inn directly via their own feedback form.
