The owner was a wee doll! Lovely location and the pub downstairs is proper. Rooms a bit dated but comfy and on the larger side. Perfect for harbor access and walks around the loch

We had our lunch before we got on the Loch Lomond cruise. We ordered the steak pie and fish and chips. Loved both dishes. I had the fudge cake and my wife had the apple caramel tart. I loved my cake and cappuccino, but my wife thought the tart had a tad bit too much caramel. Service was friendly and excellent. Great way to spend the afternoon at Loch Lomond. (Have no info on the in, as we were only there for lunch)

8 of us stayed recently for 4 nights when visiting to attend a wedding at The Cruin. Great location, great price, rooms were ready early, they were clean and tidy everything which we needed. We received a lovely warm welcome - such friendly staff and local residents. We would 100% visit again. We had breakfast here, fish and chips from next door, we had a fantastic meal at the Mavi. Thanks for a great stay and being so welcoming ❤️

No central AC so the rooms get quite warm in the summer. Staff was so friendly and welcoming and everything was super clean! Only downside was being able to hear people in adjacent rooms pretty clearly.

The room stank so badly of old ashtray, the carpets torn and dirty. It was so disgusting and we felt so sick that it's the only place in 3 weeks in the country that made us want to go home. The guy that checked me in was nice and friendly.

Great service from the Waterhouse Inn for a family funeral recently. Everyone was made very welcome and the staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us.
