Super clean chain-style hotel adjacent to a strip mall and across from a large suburban mall with Mac store, movie theatres and 3 department stores. OK for a night on the road.

Make sure to ask pet limit, they say pet friendly but only 1.very sterile looking place, not comfortable 😑

Service is not too bad and the staff are friendly enough. The rooms had two beds as required for traveling friends, but the bathroom had a half door where you could hear everything going on! This is not ideal, actually stupid to be frank. The beds were firm, bordering hard, and the lack of pillows was ridiculous. This hotel chain is not in the top 10% in the world! I’ve travelled 73 countries and stayed a better than this in every single one for the piece even in Europe and the US. If your looking for a pit stop, then it feeds the gap.

I'm not sure why there were so many cops, but never I feel more safe then the night I stayed here. But, the rest is average or below, the humidity was terrible, all bed sheets and towels wet, the breakfast was too simple and could be better if they add at least some fruits, c'mon this is Mexico.

Pet fee seemed steep, we ended up paying more for the 3 dogs than the room itself. No hot water the day we stayed. Hotel was clean and had good ac. Service was nice and they fixed the TV issue. Location was safe but It seemed designed to suck money out of gringos. All the restaurants are overpriced, we paid 70 pesos for 1 taco… just seems manufactured to get as much money out of you as possible.

Beds are way too hard, and the floor may be better than the beds.

No ice bucket or ice machine , no cups in the room. No food or drinks available to purchase. And vending machine and soda not working. If you want bare basic this is your place.

Very clean. Staff was very accomodating. Great for the price. Defnitly in the best part of Coatzacoalcos.

Very nice, especially for the money. Breakfast was included, so we also had a chance to try the food which was good. Also, very close by were a couople of excellent restaurants. The coffee house and the seafood place were outstanding.

I was there only one night, however I could notice several details. The elevator was not working. There is no phone in the room so if you need something you have to call from your cell phone or go to the front desk. I think it is ok by the price, but with a little more effort in mantainance could be a nicer hotel.

Eeverything was amazing, the stay was wonderful, the attention unmatched, highly recommended and the breakfast is not to say, I loved it!❤

Very unhelpful & inhospitable young women on the front desk. We were en route from Chapala, Jalisco to Chelem, Yucatán with two dogs & a cat. They assigned us a room on the third floor, far away from the (almost dead slow) elevator! Not an easy route with two dogs when they needed the bathroom! They said there were no other rooms available! As they assign the rooms, I don’t believe they could t have been more helpful. No assistance with our extensive accoutrements, inevitable with three animals. Only two shower towels - no hand towel or bath mat. Not cheap, but poor customer service & facilities. Not a good experience & I definitely wouldn’t recommend!
