My family and I went for my husband’s and I 9th year Anniversary, where do I start. The service was horrible and it only got worse. We ordered drinks for the table of 6, it took almost 35 minutes to get 1 drink for the table of six. The server seemed new and it was as though she was not prepared though she was very pleasant. We received the the rest of the drinks spread out overtime of 30 minutes. We finally order our appetizers which my husband and I received ours but again the others took a while. We ordered our food and that’s when it just got worst the steaks we’re rubbery, the sides were cold and oh I finally got the last two alcoholic beverages that were just awful. Happy Anniversary to us!

The food is great and the service is Amazing! Tiara was kind and knowledgeable. Her patience and ability to make drinks was note worthy. The night manager on duty (Sundays) is professional and funny. He treated the customer with care and humor as well as the staff. We will most definitely return.

Overall this is a nice Bonefish location The restaurant was extremely clean and well maintained. The staff does an outstanding job caring for the customers by providing top notch service for the entire meal I had the crab chowder as my starter followed by Cod Imperial with whipped garlic potatoes. While I enjoyed the chowder and fish tremendously the whipped potatoes was blah. My biggest complaint about Bonefish overall is their side dishes are VERY underwhelming I do recommend they speed up the delivery of the main course following the appetizer. The time between when I finished my appetizer and main course being served was 15 minutes Overall a good experience at this location

First time at this location. The vibe was nice with subtle music to complete the serene ambiance. Our server was great..he was very friendly, and conversational. So bummed i don't remember his name because he deserves a shoutout. Service wasn't quick but it wasn't slow either. All our meals were delicious and i tried the lobster tail for the first time. I loved it. The garlic potatoes was delicious too but the green beans was a little tough. Overall, great experience. Highly recommend.

It was my 1st time having trout and it was really good. It reminded me a bit of swordfish. I especially enjoyed the bread with oil and pesto. If you're lucky, their chef will have lava cake carrot cake as their dessert special. Omg, delicious 😋

We love Bonefish Grill! We had a great experience. There was a little wait so we sat by the bar and had a couple drinks then we were seated afterwards. The service was amazing. Try the lump crab chowder whenever you go. It's one of the first things we ever tried at Bonefish that made us fall in love ❤️

Went here for valentines day 💕 and me and Hubby were so happy. This was actually our second stop because the original restaurant we wanted to go to (pappadeuxs) was overly packed and had a 2 hour wait. But when I tell you my waiter was amazing 👏🏾 she recommended the spicy pasta it was bomb they seated us quickly, and the food and drinks were amazing. I will definitely go back.

It was pretty good. We sat at the bar & the bartender, Brandy, I think, made the experience great. She had an answesome personality & can definitely make a great drink. The Pineapple martini was delicious & my daughter loved the expresso martini. We got the bang bang shrimp which had no bang let alone a bang bang but the imperial dip was good.

I’m on a very strict diet where I can only eat meat and vegetables. I ordered grilled trout with grilled shrimp on top, asparagus, and broccoli. I asked the waiter to tell the kitchen staff to go very light on any oil or butter. My meal was perfect. The flavor was not lost even though they were very light on any oil or butter. The fish and shrimp were seasoned perfectly. I will visit here again while I’m still doing this diet.

I dinned here for late lunch / dinner I sat in the bar area & a bartender was my waiter. He was friendly but not the most attentive. I was able to take advantage of the hour menu (3-630pm) & fried the ahi tuna off that menu. Food came out REALLY fast like crazy fast There were plenty of staff working so I’m unsure why the bartender was covering tables also you can’t tell whose a server as they all look like chefs 😆 I had 1 real issue during my visit. I have never sat inside somewhere & had to swat at sooo many GNATS ! Like a lot they were everywhere 😭😭 So I had to pack my stuff to go & GO 😆 Food was okay, a little underwhelming but I may give it one more shot.

Where to start… everything was so good from the bread on the table to our meal. Everything was seasoned good. The service is great & food came out quick! We will be back!!

We came to Bonefish Grill to celebrate our daughter’s wedding! We had the best experience! The Firecracker Shrimp appetizer was great! I also tried the new Parmesan crab meat fries and they were amazing, everyone loved them! The fish and chips were delicious! I also sampled the Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos, the sauce on them was awesome! The pork Tenderloin was great as well! Everything we tried was awesome! Our server was amazing also! Our total dining experience was spectacular and we’re glad we chose Bonefish Grill! The perfect end to a perfect day!

The server was great, the food was average good. I wish they had more fish and seafood options. It's weird that it's called bonefish and don't have a better menu. Like where is the snapper, halibut and cod??????

Food was good, fresh and served with a smile. Their bread and seasoning infused olive oil is SOOO good that we’re often full by the time the main course arrives to the point my wife and I just order entrees to go now.

I made reservations for 13 during the holidays and had a great experience. We were set up in one of the side rooms, Camille was our server and she was attentive and friendly m! We had a variety of entrees and everyone was pleased. For appetizers we had calamari, bang bang shrimp and the Brussel sprouts, all were cooked perfectly! I also had the Salmon and it was juicy and tasty.

Drew was our server and he was really great. I am gluten free and asked for my steak and lobster with only salt and pepper and he brought it out exactly as I asked. My husband got Parmesan crusted rainbow trout with mashed potatoes. We got a gluten free macadamia brownie with ice cream and raspberry for dessert. We will absolutely be coming back here soon cause we were super happy with the food and service.

This was my 3rd time ordering food from this place, every single time something was missing from my order. This time I ordered 3 couse with side and we only got 2 foods and one side, so 2 sides and a complete meal is missing. Definitely not recommend this place. We even order utensils and thoes are missing. Stay away from this place.

My partner and I came here after watching a ballet. This is a pleasant establishment. Nice ambiance, delicious food, and welcoming staff. We had the grouper and calamari. Both were great. Our waiter was very nice and sociable too.

As always, we loved the service,food, and atmosphere . Cocktails: winter cosmo & a smoked old fashioned Apps: cajun crab fries with bang bang sauce. Entrees: Smoked tomato grouper with risotto and greenbeans and Mahi Mahi with shrimp and broocli. Dessert: keylime coconut cake I can't wait to go again.

At times, waiters try to remember orders without writing them down, leading to errors and forgotten items. I recently witnessed a waiter use the same towel to clean a table, the floor, and then a chair, which raised concerns about cleanliness. The food is satisfactory, but I’ve noticed the staff’s professionalism tends to wane in the absence of a manager. Despite these issues, I continue to dine here for its convenience, as I prefer it over other nearby options. The service at the bar is generally decent, although there have been instances of areas being cleaned with a less-than-fresh towel. In conclusion, this restaurant is a convenient choice but be prepared for varying levels of service and attention to detail. I hope to see improvements in consistency and cleanliness in the future.

We met with a dear friend we haven’t seen in 27 years. We had heard such good reviews about Bonefish Grill that we drove 55 miles from Athens to meet her. The atmosphere was fine. Unfortunately, the choices on the menu were limited. The portions of fish and or steak/shrimp are very small. My friend ordered sea bass, which upon arriving at the table almost caused me to laugh. But, I didn’t because it was $35. The rice and asparagus were underwhelming. The asparagus was overcooked and dry. White rice? What more can I say? Now, to my husband’s meal. He had Mahi Mahi with shrimp and dry broccoli, yet again overcooked. It took a while to get some extra bread, but it finally came after about 15 minutes. My husband doesn’t like to complain, but when we got home he expressed dissatisfaction with quality of food and certainly the portions for the cost. My meal was the redeeming meal because the salmon was good, not excellent. However, the new Kung Pao brussel sprouts were tasty, but an acquired taste as they were a bit overcooked and are a premium side.(5$) The reason I’m giving Bonefish a 3 instead of a 2 is because the Key Lime Cake slice was very large, (10$) and we all had a couple of bites and it made us a little more full. Our wait staff was adequate. She wasn’t too talkative, but not overly enthusiastic about our experience. We will probably not return to Bonefish Grill.

Yesterday I went to Bonefish in Atlanta with my boyfriend and his family for his mother birthday cerebration. It was everyone first time visiting Bonefish. I must say the service was horrific and we wasn’t impressed. Not only were they slow to sit a party of 6 immediately. (There were barely any guests in the restaurant) . It took about an hour for us to receive our food and when it did arrive it wasn’t hot. The asparagus and vegetables wasn’t seasoned at all. Also our waitress barely checked on our table. I had to ask another waiter to go get our waitress. It was very disappointing, because we had heard good reviews about Bonefish. I just know that we will not be in a hurry to visit this establishment again.

OMG!! The last visit to a Bonefish was over 10 years ago in Texas, so this was new to me. After the spa, it was so close by and I’m glad I went in for dinner. The pineapple martini is THE ABSOLUTE BEST!! The crab and corn chowder was also AMAZING! I will definitely be back! And my server, Matt was very attentive and made great recommendations. Hidden gem☺️

We really enjoy this place we come here often. Took some friends and they also really enjoy. If you want a place that is chill and quiet then this is the place, the food is great and the service is really good. We got the Mango Salmon ( on the summer menu ) and Key Lime cake.

I had a wonderful Mother's Day dinner experience at Bonefish Grill at the Cumberland/Galleria area. It has always been worth the trip, 30 miles. 😁

Omg Why is this the best piece of fish I’ve ever had in my entire lifetime????? The Chilean Sea bass was so amazing I almost cried… I was having a day and wanted some amazing food and a happy hour drink. I got all of that and then some. I also had a blueberry lemon drop and baby that’s good. I always like the bread and olive oil/pesto that is complimentary. Mike was my server and he was amazing as well. Will def be back. Thanks for making my day just, that much better.

I couldn't have sat in a better section than Giovanni's! Professional, insightful, entertaining, and attentive! He surely curated an atmosphere that allowed my sister to thoroughly enjoy her birthday!

Omg! One of my favorite restaurants. First I'll start with our server. His name was Eric B and he was so knowledgeable about all of the menu selections, his suggestions were perfect. The pineapple martini... 🍍 I dream about sipping on another one. So flavorful! Everything we ate from the bread to the crab cakes, lobster tail, etc was perfectly cooked and tasted so good! Eric suggested the pumpkin ravioli and we were hesitant but what a pleasant surprise. Will definitely be going back real soon!

The food at Bonefish Grill was truly amazing. The staff was professional and polite. My dad has the sea bass and man it tasted light, buttery if that's a word and cooked to perfection.

My server was SHANNON T and when I say customer customer service was A1. I been a waitress for 9in a half years and I felt good vibes and professionalism from the jump. I had to ask her where she’s from cause I knew she wasn’t from Atlanta with the customer service she gave me. I really appreciated her and her suggestion on what to eat. She pretty much told me what to order and I wasn’t disappointed. I had the blacken salmon pasta and it was BOMB!!! I live on the south side and I’ll drive to her for her service alone! Thank you!!!!

My boyfriend took me here after discovering this place from TikTok and we’ve been going back like clock work ever since. The service, the BREAD , the salmon that I get every time without fail… man, it’s all chefs kiss . There was one instance where my boyfriends card was charged an extra $50 on accident and we didn’t realize until we left dinner, we called them about the mishap and they put the entire dinner on the house for the inconvenience. That was so nice of them. Love love Bonefish 🫶🏾

Took our son there for a late lunch .. server was OK for an upscale restaurant, however, we were impressed with the GM rolling up his sleeves and pitching in as they were short-staffed .. food was above average as the Imperial Dip for appetizers tasted good and my wife loves the Scallops and Shrimp Skewers with a side of Creamy Spinach, my son and I ordered the Bonefish Signature Pasta with the Atlantic Salmon for him and Shrimp for me along with a side of Asparagus, we both agree that our entrees would've tasted much better if they were less spicy .. may try again at a later time but definitely was an average experience

Went here for my friends birthday and it was very nice! The bang bang shrimp is heavenly. Not very unique steak flavor and fries could be crispier. The Mule cocktail is wonderful and refreshing. Our waitress was very kind and attentive!

I was very impressed with the efficiency of their online ordering and pickup process. Very smooth, which is something you can’t say about many places that offer the same service. Food was great and at a good price. Keep up the great work!
