My first time at outback steakhouse and I really enjoyed the food and experience especially among the friendly staff. I ordered everything from appetiser, entre, and dessert and I enjoyed everything. I had the bloom onions and special shrimp which all tasted great and perfectly cooked. I had the bone in ribeye with mashed potatoes and french fries and it was all delicious but the fries were a bit too salty. Finally dessert was a chocolate lava cake with ice cream which tasted amazing and ended the meal correctly. I will definitely return in the future and continue to try out the menu at outback steakhouse and it was worth the $140 that I spent because everything was a great experience. 😊

My family came in to eat dinner for a very special occasion. Dave and Mike (managers?) were amazing! They took care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you for making our evening amazing! The food and service were excellent. Thank you Dave and Mike!

Service was ok. Ordered fillet dinner. It took the cook three tries to get the filet cooked properly. First time it was absolutely raw, second still mostly raw, third time almost overcooked. I ordered it medium rare. Only reason I gave this place three stars is that the vegetable side dish was fresh and hot when the food came out. But then everything went cold waiting for the meat to be edible.

The service and food were above and beyond. Nice and quiet atmosphere. Perfect for the families.

As a whole my party of four people all concluded the food was OK. Most things here seemed overpriced for what you get. Steaks, although cooked to specs and done perfectly, great job cooks! had little to no seasonings and were just OK. My bacon cheeseburger was pretty good but I could definitely get a less costly and equally tasty or better burger elsewhere. The blooming onion was great. Service was OK.

My steak and ribs dinner was amazing. Haven't been there since before the pandemic. As many places service and quality has declined the outback seems to have improved. 5 ⭐ all around.

What a wonderful late lunch we had. The service was great and the server was patient with our two children and brought them a plate of fruit while they waited. Food was most excellent. Good steaks. Great mashed potatoes. Loved the grilled mushrooms and onions. We had a good time. The restaurant was pristine. We got to meet the chef who explained how he would be cooking our steaks. Next time we are in town we will come back!

I hadn't even gone to Outback in 15 years but was staying in a hotel next to this one. It was great, good service, quality food, and everything was clean.

I had a decent dinner at Outback. It's not a place I would normally go, but it was close by and since it was raining, I didn't want to drive far. The food was good and the service was fine.

This place isn't what it used to be. Thin, thin, thin steaks the last 2 times we've gone. They had weird busboys that stood near the kitchen and stared at us the whole time. This place should go out of business. The Texas Roadhouse at VRC is the best bang for your buck. Amazing service and large steaks.

Want to go to a steakhouse but don't know which one to go to? Outback is my personal favorite. I am VERY picky when it comes to meat so when I tell you the steaks here are the best, I mean it’s literally the only steak I will eat. The food here is cooked with pride. The staff always provides amazing service with a smile on their friendly faces. It feels like family here. The atmosphere is elegant and cozy. My husband and I bring our kids here at least 2Xs per month. Outback is always at the very top of our list to eat. We love it here every single time we come.

We did take out last week because it is close to hotel and were pleased with food. Wife took me here last night for Father’s Day! We put our name in with an hour wait so relaxed at hotel for a bit. Got there before our hour was up and we were seated at time given. They were slammed but I have never seen the host(es) desk handled more efficiently. Good start. I never get to say this but nearly everything was perfect! Wife’s premium pecan salad was not though. 🥲 Timing on food was right on as well as cooked to medium rare as ordered. Alex was a great waitress and the whole team worked together. If my wife’s salad has been right it would have been perfect!

Realy delicious this is the second time my girlfriend and I have eaten here and I have no complaints at all. Everything tastes so good, fresh, and awesome flavor combinations even the cocktails. We can't wait to go back.

We really like Outback. The food is good, the service is great, and we've never had a bad experience. Their steaks are excellent, the salads are great, and the seafood is superb. I'm obsessed with the blackberry martini, right now. The decor is fine but it needs something.

First time at an Outback. The food was pretty good. Ahi Tuna appetizer was delish. The prime rib was a little dry but it was flavored great. Husbands pasta had steak burnt on the outside and it tasted really weird. I’m disappointed.

Ordered food to go after a long day of traveling. Got a salad and carrot cake to share with my husband. Food was great. Didn't get any salad dressing or eating utensils though.

The food and service were fantastic. There was the quality of Texas roadhouse, with the slightly more laid-back feel of the original roadhouse. I pick this place over either of those restaurants any day. Food is top quality. My only gripe... Why aren't there more than just chicken, pork, fish, and beef on the menu? I want kangaroo, snake, gater, something that makes me feel like I'm eating in the outback! Other than that, though, it was a very enjoyable experience and a lovely romantic date for my husband and I for my birthday 🎂

We usually have good luck at the Springfield, Oregon location but tonight’s experience was awful. The wait staff was just fine but the food was terrible. My sirloin was tough and bland; I barely ate any. In fact, I spit out most of what I tried to eat. My husband’s steak was basically raw in the middle. He ordered it medium/well. My son’s burger was charred to a crisp on the outside and they left on all the toppings he asked them to take off and left off the ones he wanted. I came home feeling nauseous and disappointed. We spent $120 on a meal we were very much looking forward to and now I’m just depressed. 😔

Food was great, customer service AMAZING. We had to re fire a fillet 3 times but at no fault to the staff. I felt bad asking it that many times but everybody was curious. I didn't get our servers name but she was AWESOME. She's a keeper!!

We were sat down and after a few minutes our server very briefly said she would take care of us shortly. 25 minutes later we had not had any service whatsoever even tho the surrounding customers each had been checked up on multiple times. My wife is about to go into labor and this was our last meal as a small family before our lives got busy again. We settled on going through a drive thru on the way home that had far better customer service than we received trying to dine-in.

I've really never liked the flavor of the outback steakhouse but I really wanted a good steak and lobster. I was actually a block away and called in my order and I was told to park in the front of the building and somebody bring my order out and collect payment for curbside. I waited at least 20 minutes out there and no one came out so I went in to find that my food had been sitting there and the cashier made no excuses why I wasn't notified either by phone call or someone coming out that the food was ready. I certainly would not put this brand on my great food list. It's always over salted and very spicy.

Our experience this evening was awful! It was my son’s birthday and outback was his choice to go to. We were welcomed by a very nice hostess who got us a both by request. Good service ended there! The waiter came up didn’t introduce himself asking us if we wanted drinks 🙄 really bro! Work on your tips!!! Be friendly!!! However we rolled with it and continued looking at the menu. Took him about 10min. To bring drinks and the well known” bread and butter” my kids love. That was about it it. We never saw our food. The worst service ever. NOT GOING BACK TO OUTBACK MATES.

My rating is based on the lack of an allergy menu. Staff tried to accommodate my dairy allergy, but there was some in somewhere. It was tasty, but I hurt for days after. Corporate Outback, get with the program, gluten isn't the only food allergy.

We ordered curbside pickup. We ordered 2 steaks Ana 2 sides per steak. We got our order in good time. When we got home there was only 1 steak and 4 sides. The one steak was full of gristle. The sides were fine but the one steak instead of two was awful. Probably won’t order from them again!

Addicted to the Coconut Shrimp.... and the Blooming Onion? Oh my! So delicious! This was my choice for dinner tonight and they were so good and did not disappoint! Our server Alyssa was friendly courteous and prompt! Thanks again for making our experience wonderful!! Will see you again soon!!

Not bad. Didn't get a steak once I saw prices. I go here when somebody gives me a gift certificate and that is it. It's like Applebee's with different goofy stuff on the wall.

This is for all the outback steakhouses, nothing special just basic steaks and basic sides. And the mashed potatoes, come on try a little harder, ok cooks. But hey you still got the blooming onion going for you so that's a plus.

I ordered curbside-to-go online at this location. When I arrived there was no place to go for curbside and no number to call (but plenty of signage advertising the non-existent curbside-to-go). I walked in the labeled takeaway entrance to find a bussing station. I assumed I entered a staff entrance because this was clearly not for the general public. I exited, googled the phone number, called it, and was told to hold...and then was hung up on. Finally, I walked in the main entrance. The bartender seemed excited enough to greet me until I said I was a to-go order and was told I came in the wrong door. I explained the bussing station door and she walked away without a word. It was...bizarre. I went back to the initial takeaway door, found my food sitting there, picked it up, and left. My only regret is I left a tip in advance as part of my order. Hopefully it goes to the chefs and not the service staff as the food was fine. On the bright side I had been thinking of going for dine-in in the near future, but now I know not to go back. Thanks for saving me a second trip

It has been a long time since we have been out. We took the father in-law there fir his 78th birthday. We had a party of 11. The waitress was great, attentive not overbearing. Food was good as always. Only complaint...no prime rib...will definitely be back. Thank you Outback for a memorable evening.

Perfectly cooked boneless ribeye, asked for rare and got it exactly as I asked. So nice when a chef gets it perfect.

I was kind of disappointed. The food tasted really good and the service was great. I had Salmon, Rice, and veggies. They just put way too much salt on it. I don't eat sodium because of health issues. But Salmon Rice and veggies would be safe. So I was in pain for a day and a half cramping. Wish I had my money back

Service was exceptional! Despite being short-staffed, my family was immediately seated and provided with phenomenal service by both the manager and Chip, the bartender. The food and drinks were fantastic and we had a great time. Thank you, I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in Eugene!
