Two stars for the good beer. Food was way overpriced though for the at best average quality. Come for drinks but eat somewhere else…

This is a great place to stay! Very friendly staff, those who don't speak English do their best to find somebody who does! The restaurant has, for a Bavarian countryside place, surprisingly great vegan options. The atmosphere is cozy, many carefully selected antiques give a nice traditional vibe - but not at all tacky or artificial. Bonus point: they have an in-house brewery. My personal favourite is the Luther beer, you don't find that stuff anywhere else. Thoroughly recommended!

The hotel rooms were updated and spacious. Beer was fresh - brewed in house. Can’t get a better combination. Food was tasteful and very modern kitchen. Good place for an authentic small German town/brewery experience.

Workers are very friendly. Even if you book a cheap room it still looks like a high class expensive room. Breakfast was very delicious and the beer is excellent too. I can only recommend every one to come here. I know I will next time :D. Thanks for everything Grosch. Greeting, Family Belger

Great hotel. They brew their own beer, the staff is super friendly, rooms are really good and the breakfast is great. The only concern was the noise of the train line in the early morning.

Nice rooms, and a solid traditional restaurant. And of course their beers are available and delicious.

Excellent local food, with special meals for kids which include an ice cream dessert!
