Crinkle fries were crispy and there was actually plenty of meat on the sandwich. First time in a long time I got a sandwich from Arby's that actually looked like the photo. Spicy gyro was super good too.

Avoid this Arby's at all costs. I've had so many wrong orders that I've completely given up on it. This restaurant should be marked Dead on Arrival, Do Not Resuscitate. I've had problems with drive-through orders, walk in orders, and online orders. Invariably they will miss multiple items from my order. When ordering online, items can be purchased but upon arrival at the store the local manager will inform you that they do not have that particular item. That you've already bought. I've ordered milkshakes on multiple occasions and apparently Arby's has a worse milkshake gremlin than McDonald's because theirs has not been operational for over 2 months. Of course this is somehow my fault. Foolish me for trying to order online. The local management will just throw up their hands in frustration, groan loudly, and tell me they're sorry that my money went into a digital black hole. No offer of replacement items or a refund. On my last trip the manager said he knew of a corporate phone number to call, but he thought it was probably the wrong number and it wouldn't help me. I suppose I shouldn't be surprised that they attempt to fix non-functional service with a non-functional phone number. The staff is rude, generally unhelpful, and terribly under trained. Even simple things like requesting an extra sauce packet somehow require a manager. I've never been into this location without a few dozen flies zipping about in the dining area. Cleanliness is on the level of a gas station bathroom. Rather than deal with this Arby's (which is geographically closest to my home), I will go out of my way to visit the Arby's in Junction City or on West 11th. Whomever the owner is, they should have their franchise tag yanked by Arby's Corporate for gross incompetence.

Pretty horrible visit. Placed an online order, was told they weren't able to fulfill my diablo roast beef sandwich or shake, that was fine, except when asked what I would be willing to replace it with, I replied I would like a half lb or triple cheddar and roast beef. At this point the lady in the back snickered and said that's more expensive, which yes it was by a couple dollars, if that. However, downgrading my shake they couldnt make to a drink actually ended up losing me the same amount, so it evened out. So I get home to a not super happy roommate due to having to rebuild most of their order, and when I opened my bag to pull out the sandwiches, they made me a single roast beef sandwich. So the lady wasnt only rude, she made me the cheapest sandwich they could replace my initial sandwich with. On top of that, my soda had virtually no syrup, it tasted like water and was barely a shade of brown. I ended up paying more for my order than I actually received. The guy at the window was nice, but it doesnt make up for a basically 9 dollar loss and a team that seemed to not care at all.

The food here is always hot and fresh. Made to order and not sitting under a heat lamp. The staff is always smiling and friendly. They have yet to get my order wrong while using the drive-through, unlike some other fast food locations. I would recommend Arby's to everybody looking for a fast and tasty meal.

After coming here on Mother’s Day to get a nice lunch, I’m pretty disappointed with the food. We live not to far so after only a few minutes in the bag our chicken should not be rubbery and hard to chew if it was cooked fresh like we were told. My first job was arbys and I was high in management so I can gladly tell you when things are not fresh. The curly fries were cold, old and rubbery to. After a almost $40 purchase I can say I won’t be visiting this location anymore. The staff were super nice and upbeat and we loved their positive attitude. I can recognize they wanted to be in a good mood. The food however (the main reason for the visit) was not good. So instead of enjoying arbys for lunch we tossed it and made grilled cheese at home. Happy Mother’s Day.

It was the worst I was in line for 15 minutes waiting while the manager was talking to a customer at the drive up window and someone he has not seen in a while. I overheard the conversation. Should have done it inside or on there own time. Very frustrating and my order was cold and missing the cheese. Very poor management in my opinion

Horrible horrible experience. Fries were stale and old, and the "large fries" looked like this picture... this is the actual picture from the order. Save your money and get Carl's Jr or KFC or something because it's a waste here.

They were out of everything, including prime rib deal on sign. No shakes etc. Two stars only because people were nice.

The food was okay, but the beef is shaved so thin as paper. The drive through line was fairly long the window person acted hurried.

Beautiful night was the only reason they got a star & they were open. Tried the Buffalo wings for the 1st time. Gross! Vinegar sauce poured in box exceeded the amount needed for 10 lbs of wings. Ok, can't eat the wings - I tried. Curly fries (4) & crinkle fries on the bottom of container to fill it up, neither kind being hot. That was the food. The worker inside did not want to be there & definitely didn't want to work. She had no people skills... management needs to do more training or he/she needs more training themselves to recognize the problems. Carl's Jr is next door which should push this crew to be great but I think they'd rather people go there.

The drive up person could not get the order right. It was only 3 shakes. The jamoca shake was nearly flavorless. I have not been there in a while.

It had been awhile since I'd been to Arby's so I thought I'd try it out. The food was better than I remembered. I'll be going back more often now.

Food is good if you get it all or if they can get it right. The service is so horrible!

I’ve never been here. My husband goes here to feed himself, on my birthday, when I told him I wasn’t cooking supper. Took him over 30 minutes to get his food and eat. Slow service or good company? You decide.

Food is fine but there is for some reason always some sort of issue going on with this arbys. Whether it be intercom issues, employees forgetting part of your order or other mishaps it's usually not horrible but can be a little annoying after going here for a while. Also so sad they stopped serving potato cakes but I know that's not their fault, it's just a sad mistake the whole chain made.

Sadly, time to cross the River Road location off the list. Staff doesn’t want to be there, nor can they be bothered to include any sauce you request. Best to double check your order for them, and hold up their already slow drive-thu.

Grubhub delivered our Arby's order. He was prompt, didn't get lost like most, and was very courteous. The roast beef and cheddar sandwiches would have been so much better if the Arby's sauce and the horsey sauce had been included! It is what makes an Arby's roast beef sandwich, it was greatly missed. The roast beef tasted "naked" without it! Just a word of advice, don't forget the sauces!!

Hours say "open until 10pm" nothing about lobby closing early. I'm in a tall vehicle that doesn't go through drive thru and staff had doors locked before 10pm. They actually shooed me away to go through drive thru and shrugged when I pointed to my vehicle. Guess we're cool with losing business.

My son and I both ordered the Beef and Cheddar sandwiches and they were both pretty delicious, but could have been a lot better if there was more of what they call red ranch on there. My daughter is very particular when it comes to chicken nuggets and she found the chicken nuggets in her kid's meal to be very good. She loved the curly fries as well. Only thing that would have improved it for her would be chocolate milk. My wife had the French dip and Swiss and found it very tasty. She requested red onions on it through the app and they were on there. In fact, we ordered a bunch of food and everything was accurate. Which is not something I take for granted. The most disappointing aspects of this meal were the following: we ordered a 9 piece of the Buffalo boneless wings and they were not very warm, were kinda rubbery, and were definitely not on par with the rest of the meal...and the pieces offered up were very small and it would be generous to consider most of them to be a piece; the app said the order would be available at 5:10 pm after we completed the order at 5:05. I seriously doubt this is a problem with the store, but rather the app giving unrealistic pickup times. We didn't receive our order until 5:25 after arriving around 5:13. So yeah, that's pretty off. The only thing I'd changing at this location is the ambience. A lot of the seating strangely seemed designed for three people with these strange half-booths and there are weird looking like window treatments are something on the inside that I guess were supposed to give the idea of being somewhere rustic? Eh. At the end of the day, I would really just say that if an order is going to take a long, long time to produce, then everything should be fresh. And for the most part, that was true here. Just a colossal failure on the boneless wings. If they were indeed fresh and still tasted like that? Then they need to go away.

It has got to be the dirtiest Arby's I've ever been in. The floors in the lobby were sticky, the floors in bathroom were even stickier, the bathrooms alone no words. Then when I went to my table I had to walk through a swarm of insects. The works have to see it. DISGUSTING!!! The staff was super unfriendly too!!

  • 2/5 Beverly T. 1 year ago on Google
Everyone of the tables were dirty when we got there, and it was very unfriendly place. We will never be back to that place again thanks. And the food was not very good. Got cold french fries I asked for hot french fries gave me dirty looks. I just place was just horrible. That people are very rude.

Worst fast food experience ever, and that's saying a lot! I think the counter person was fired after taking my order. Shake machine was broken. Chicken "cutlet" was COLD in the center. I was going to complain but the 18 year old manager was already killing herself trying to get things done with a truly miserable duo of utterly disinterested workers. What was she going to do, give me a free sandwich? Yuck! 🤮 No thanks, I will NEVER return.

Ordered the smokehouse brisket sandwich. Very disappointing amount of brisket on the thin little dry sandwich. They asked if we wanted sauce, then never put any in the bag. Fries were fresh though. Strawberry lemonade was great

Lots of flies in the dining room. Floor looked sticky. Food took longer than it should have. Still love the curly fries.

As I've been standing inside waiting for my French dip with double meat, nothing else for over 20 minutes and watched the girl preparing food not just throw every food item she prepared through the kitchen window to the front but hard enough that a salad and 2 sandwiches end up on the floor, and 4 others get unwrapped and flung across the counter... the worst part was how they just picked up all the food walked it to the kitched re wrapped it and passed it back through the window. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN! I highly suggest if you care for the manor in which your food was prepared to find somewhere else to eat or drive to the other side of town to get Arby's cause this is disgusting in the terms of food safety and absolutely horrible with the time it takes them to get your food.

Love this place. Wish we had one at home still. Why did you close them all Arby's?
