Hello
I
was
a
person
who
was
active
in
sports
and
games.
But
I
felt
that
there
was
something
missing
in
my
body
especially
with
my
posture.
Because
of
that
I
felt
some
muscular
imbalance
in
certain
parts
of
my
body,
and
this
was
causing
minor
injuries
while
performing
some
activities.
Certain
muscles
where
very
stiff
and
prone
to
cramps
and
knots.
So,
I
was
looking
for
a
yoga
center
where
I
can
learn
the
basics
of
yoga
and
progress.
I
came
to
know
about
Iyengar
yoga
center
Kochi
and
joined
there
for
the
introductory
level
course.
Jose
sir
is
the
chief
instructor
of
this
center
along
with
Hari
sir.
He
has
a
very
good
knowledge
about
human
anatomy.
He
gives
individual
attention
and
encourages
everyone
to
perform
asanas
understanding
their
capabilities
and
limitations.
Classes
are
usually
for
one
hour
and
it’s
intense.
Jose
sir
makes
sure
that
we
understood
the
purpose
of
asanas
by
explaining
the
anatomy
and
the
mind
muscle
connection
we
must
bring
to
excel
the
asanas
as
we
progress.
In
Iyengar
yoga
system,
props
such
as
bricks,
ropes,
chairs,
Bolster
pillows
etc
are
used,
and
these
help
us
to
learn
difficult
asanas
step
by
step.
Personally,
for
me,
it’s
a
nice
and
refreshing
experience
to
learn
Yoga
under
Jose
sir
and
Hari
sir.
They
both
have
guided
me,
and
I
can
really
feel
the
difference
in
my
posture
and
body
flexibility.
The
studio
is
also
spacious,
clean,
and
well
ventilated.
I
would
recommend
this
place
to
anyone
who
wants
to
learn
yoga
and
transform
yourself
