    The studio is amazing. Amala ma'am is very professional and a true passionate teacher. She is very patient; explains each pose in detail and gives individual attention to each of her student.

    The yoga studio is excellent. Enough car parking, nature friendly studio surrounded by greenery. The yoga instructor is professional and well experienced. They also take international classes. Their rates are easily affordable.

    "Health is wealth. Peace of mind is happiness. Yoga shows the way" Swami Vishnu Devananda. I am one of the student at Nuyoga. All form of yoga are practised at NUYOGA everday for people of all age groups. It also conduct special yoga classes for people with health problems.

    My daughter attends her online class. She is a very good yoga teacher. She has indepth knowledge. Her instructions are also very clear. I highly recommend it for everybody.

    Happy to enjoy the gentle guiding of what 'Yoga' is, front of Amalaji. Her iconic words of 'awareness ' and 'enjoy the.stretch' brings beautiful and holy vibes. Absolutely no words to say about health benefits. Thank you Amalaji🙏🌹

    It was my mother who joined first, and then from her excellent review about the yoga class the whole family ie me my husband and 3 boys are now the regular members of this yoga center. Amala is an excellent trainer, i just enjoy the 1hr class.
