I came late and stayed one night. I would stay more if needed. Much appreciate their seeming to go out of their way to assist me and make my stay comfortable, including holding my bags and small 'touch' like water provided. Very close / walking distance to the train station and metro, but still quiet. AC not really needed since fan was cool enough in early September. Room has TV with English channels but no fridge. A bit strict with rates (I came in person rather than use an online booking service, but that didn't seem to make a difference), but otherwise highly recommended!

It was a pleasure staying at this Brand new property, which is 5 minutes walking from the ernakulam town railway station backside gate. The rooms are very spacious with good interiors (exactly like the pictures posted in the review) The bedroom and washroom are very clean, hygiene and well maintained. The owner, manager and other staffs were really kind and helpful. I stayed here for 2 days and overall experience was very good..! I highly recommend this hotel for their cleanliness, hospitality and fantastic service. A special thanks to Shihabuddin (owner), habeeb (Reception Manager) and the staffs.

We had a fantastic stay at emerald inn during our kerala trip, rooms are very comfortable, room service are very good,hotel allows orders from swiggy, zomato. Staff will go extra mile for comfortable stay of their guests.

This was a wonderful stay for me and Habeeb was really helpful. I came back twice and will be back again . It’s cool, clean, quiet with all the amenities, nice furnishings and beautiful bed linen.

Very good hotel for travellers visiting Kerala. Very near to the railway stn and arranged almost everything for ur better stay. I stayed in this hotel for a night and my experience was highly satisfied. I must recommend this hotel.

Very close to the train station so a very convenient location. The staff stayed up until 3am to let me check in which was very kind. The room was fairly priced and clean.
