Everything comes down to customer service. One of the worst after sales service I have seen. The builder has gone to the extent of blocking calls and mails of apartment owners and association, rather than resolving the construction/ structural issues seen in the building, despite being new. A lot of fake promises just to see the sale through, after which the builder completely wash hands off their responsibilities.
