Perhaps the only advantage to staying at this hotel is its location, its close to MG Road and other more popular areas for tourists. Its sad that, that is the only possible compliment I can give to the hotel. My family stayed there for almost a week and as the days passed we felt less impressed with the slow service. The entire week we stayed at the hotel our rooms were only cleaned twice, and this was after continuously asking the reception multiple times for house cleaning. It does seem that the poor service is partly due to communication difficulties between us and the staff but there are some instances where I cannot excuse poor service. Its a beautiful hotel and the interior would be far more appealing had it been more well maintained. As for the dining, while the food was alright, it is a little overpriced compared to other hotels and has less variety and options. My biggest complain has to be the amount of insects we find in our rooms. We did travel to Kochin when it was quite rainy which does explain the large amount of spiders, cockroaches and lizards we find in random areas of the room, but we were hoping that the hotel would be more mindful of such creatures. Overall it was an okay stay. I hope that the hotel continues to give more attention to cleanliness and tidiness in the future.

I was little hesitant to book a room initially because of few bad reviews. But that is not the case. This is the best budget hotel and I strongly recommend this. Rooms are well maintained. Bathroom is clean and neat. Ambience is good. Breakfast is average and it could be better. Overall it was a nice stay.

Stayed one night with my colleagues as a weekend outing. It seemed to be a beautiful property which needed some more public attention. The rooms are too good and the glass window is too good.at my visit fitness centre is not functioning. Spend almost 1.5 in the pool . The pools come with decent size.it's divided into 2 compartments,one around 4 metre dept and the other one is 2.14 for kids i guess. Pool time is 7.00am to 7.00pm..if the pool is always allowed for all the time that works great .they were also provided a restaurant with moderate price range. that's a good thing. The main point was it's budget friendly.

Been a repeat customer here and I love everything about this place. The room was pleasant, cozy and meticulously maintained. The comfortable bed and thoughtful amenities provided a level of comfort that added to the enjoyable stay. The staff here deserves all the praise and a 5-star review as they were at all times available, attentive and genuinely caring. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone made sure everything was well taken care of throughout my stay. Their warm hospitality added an extra touch of sincerity to the experience. And yes, I sure will be coming back!!

My recent stay was nothing short of amazing! One of the standout features was the rooftop pool – it's an absolute gem. The family room is good and has all the essentials amenities. Highly recommended. Rooms are very spacious. Hot water available all the time in all the taps. Best part is the roof top pool which is very near to the family rooms. Superior king rooms are just for name sake but no matching quality goes with the name. Not spacious and lacks basic amenities like hair dryer. Hot water available only in shover. Charging sockets are less. House keeping is poor. Used plates lying around the entrance door till 12 noon and no house keeping staff took them away. Few front desk staff is slow and lacks communicative skills. Lobby is very spacious and has comfortable sofa. Though we arrived a bit early. We were comfortable in lobby till the rooms were allotted. Restaurant staff is less hence the service is dead slow, but the staff is communicating and understands the queries properly. Only half litre of water bottle is kept per person in room. Gym equipments are bit old but functional.

If you are looking for a place to have a bite while carrying on a quiet conversation, this is the place to be. It would be a good idea to take feedback from the (very helpful) staff regarding what to order so you'll not get the pasta. The books on the wall-mounted bookshelves are a thoughtful addition to the decor. The parking lot can hold eight hatchbacks and they have two outdoor seating areas, one of which is covered. The no-roof seating area has a suspended canoe as a center piece, which is a unique touch. Both outdoor areas are pet-friendly and is open to visitors who smoke. They also have a small sales counter that sell processed produce from their farm.

Never ever recommend Sidra Pristine Hotel. 17 of us booked a 1 day stay at Sidra Pristine Hotel through make my trip. The hotel gave us 5 rooms to accommodate 17 people. Remember we didn't ask them for the number of rooms required.  They were allotted 5 double occupancy rooms  to 17 people when we paid the amount in advance. When we asked to provide facilities for the remaining children's, there was a very bad response from the hotel authorities. They were bargaining us to pay  Rs. 2000 more for 2 extra beds. We repeated many times that we booked not 5 rooms but 17 pax. The room is allotted by the hotel. We had already paid the requested amount in advance. We were affected by the misunderstanding between them and make my trip. They even deprived us of a good night's sleep. They are not even considering make my trip customer as their customer. So never ever recommend them to anyone.

It is near the North railway station. The rooms are nice and cozy. There is no good view outside, just some buildings everywhere. Everything is very clean and tidy. The pool is good but it is small.

The hotel approach is very narrow and you may even tend to miss it. It is very close to the Ernakulam Town railway station. The rooms are well appointed and the service is good. Don't get carried away by the photos of the swimming pool. Its a 4 ft deep and around 10 mts long pool. The breakfast was good

On entering the lobby seems good. Room too is nice for a short stay. But even a tiny bit of food fallen is an invite to ants and also they have a little slow service. Overall if you are staying for a short time then location and all is perfect to roam the city. But can't atay for long here.

The rooms are not worth for the price they are quoting, but I am sure for the same price you can get better stay. *I've booked for balcony rooms by looking at the booking. Com pics, but the view is not that great and they're ready to shift us to top floor. *staff behavior is good and polite, but room service persons are not professional or trained * The washrooms are tiny, smelled really bad and when requested to clean, they just sprayed some room spray and commented the smell from the paint. (actually due to blocked drain) *Don't fall for the pictures there are far better stays for the same online prices. *Food served are really expensive and not worth it. Over all Okayish.

Stay was awesome. Room and bathrooms were clean and spacious. Food was good not extraordinary. They allow visitors as well. Friendly staff and good service. Although if you have to order any food directly to your room, it takes half an hour. They have a rooftop Swimming pool as well

Stayed here for two days in May 2023. The best part of the property is it’s proximity to MG Road, Shenoy rd etc. The flip side of this proximity is having bad view from window. Property looks good from outside and lobby. But the rooms were bit disappointing compared to the cost. Washroom is a lot claustrophobic. Seems like pictures were taken using wide angle lenses. Staff were good. They tried to help as much they can. Breakfast too is quite average. Thus not more than a 3/5 rating for the property.

A decent property inside city with accessibility to metro and railway station.... Economically priced but Air-conditioning is below average. Swimming pool is available..But it can go to under maintenance at any time..So if you are booking based on pool...Kindly confirm them over phone .. Breakfast and in room dining is good...Taste is good and priced decently... Rest rooms are too small ....You have to call for room service for basic amenities need like towel ,soap, water bottle, showercaps etc...

Also its written room only cost and room with breakfast. When we book with breakfast however they charge extra and claim it as complimentry how could this be possible, when we pay for the service and how they claim it as complementry. This is where real problem starts they treat you different after you pay them upfront for breakfast and they treat you like you are a freemium customer. Except the place staff or food or services are pathetic. There lift does go down to parking lot but they have locked it and you need to walk to the basement.We stayed as team of 8 members with 4 rooms and we got the worst of the services.The staffs are very rude and blame its management call and they dont have any say. Hope they change. I would not suggest anyone this hotel for sure. Will never ever book or recommend anyone.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sidra Prestige Hotel, and I must say it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The hospitality and service were top-notch. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a cozy atmosphere for a good night’s rest. The amenities provided were thoughtful and added to the overall comfort of the stay.

I booked a standard room for 3 adults the room was quite nice , but the washroom and the ventilator system they had oh my god smell was coming back to back. The Ac system was really bad , the best thing we can say is the food, there were no buckets and cups in the bathroom. we had to call and inform them regarding this. It was a bad experience . These guys have to improve there service as we are paying money and they are not even providing us with good service management

I opted for Sidra pristine for 2 nights and it was an okay stay. Location is around market but rooms had a lot of flaws that we had to repeatedly ask staff to fix. Staff was very polite and co-operative although first impressions of our family room were not that great. I encourage hotel to work on that area and keep doing great work on collecting feedback.

I had a fantastic staycation at Sidra Pristine with my friends! The proximity to both the North Railway Station and Town Metro Station made it incredibly convenient for exploring the area, and the hotel's amenities and service were nice. Highly recommended for a comfortable and well-located getaway!

Mr Abhi, the manager here is the best! During our stay here he took care of us like family, with a pleasant attitude, empathy, and kindness. This hotel has some great staff under Mr. Abhi's leadership -- all of them went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant and memorable.

I am extremely to say that this hotel is not at all keeping its standard. Despite being near to Ernakulam town railway station. This hotel doesnt have any facilities that a usual hotel has. Pool and fitness gym is ok but there is no comfortable parking area and the best thing is the restaurant is handled by two people and there are no people available for taking luggage or anything. I am just appalled that despite charging more this hotel is not giving a reasonable service. Be it breakfast its so stale and cold and there is no people to handle all these. I am not saying ill about the hotel or its rooms but the service and overall management including breakfast is bad and limited.

The stay in the hotel was amazing, the staffs are well trained and the rooms were super clean and comfy. It was an affordable stay in the heart of kochi. Parking facility and the assistance from the staffs were super good. I highly recommend the property and I'm giving 5 out of 5 stars in overall. Please keep the same standards in future. I'm happy that I don't need to search for any other hotels next time.

I held my sons first birthday party at this hotel and I am happy to say that the staff at Sidra arranged it extremely well. From food to the ambience and even helping my guests park their cars. Visited hotel recently for a night stay. Hotel is 35-40 mins away from Cochin airport. I had a very good experience here. Rooms and washrooms were clean and tidy. Staff here is very cooperative and welcoming. Breakfast was so delicious. They serve variety of dishes in breakfast here. Room: 4/5 Service: 5/5 Food(Breakfast): 4.5/5 Overall: 4.5/5

Okay experience.. Not much choice of food in Cafeteria.. The telephone in the room weren't working.. Drinks are overpriced.. Swimming pool was good.. Good depth and temperature. Room and Bathroom were excellent. Lot of things to be proud of as well as lots of things to improve.

Stay was very comfortable. There is a small roof-top pool. It is open from 7AM - 7PM. Since we went there at 7:15 AM itself, it was not crowded. In the buffet breakfast although the choice was limited, the food and was hot and tasty. Dosa, coffee/tea and omelettes were made to order, but took a little time as the waiter forgot to inform our order in the kitchen. Gym is not very well maintained.

It's a clean and well maintained hotel with sufficient amenities like roof top swimming pool, gym, dinning. Sufficient amenities in the room too, decent space of 160sq ft. Staff is polite and prompt. Special mention of Mr Jinu who will make you feel comfortable the moment you enter the hotel. Lots of plants and vertical gardens in the hotel are treat for nature lovers as well as selfie lovers. Last but not the least, located near railway station, metro station and hence easy commute possible, even without Taxis(which of course is also available easily)

I book this hotel through MMT. The price was very genuine. Rooms are really neat and clean. Service was also awesome. Only thing I didn't like is it's location. Don't expect a beautiful view from balcony. But yes, they have roof top pool. It is available from 7am to 7pm. It was clean and cozy. Their restaurant service was also fine. They offer almost all variety of food in buffet breakfast. I would like to give 5 start for almost all things than location.

Rooms were very good and neat. The Bathroom could be better equipped. Overall the basic amenities were not provided like a toothbrush, hair dryer, laundry bag... Quiet a few like that. But overall the Location and accessibility is very good.

Really disappointed by the not so “pristine” attitude of the staff. I’ve been a repeat customer because of the former staff and the way this property was managed. First I called to book rooms, but the staff said they’ll call back and didn’t. So booked online. From check-in it seems like they’re not interested in the customers’ needs. I booked 2 rooms and they smelled musty and one of the washrooms - both basin and shower drain clogged. Even the coffee cups weren’t clean. Don’t know if the owners/managers are aware of the way this place is handled. Only continuing my stay here because of the location. Please look into it as it’s one of the best places I’ve stayed in Kochi.

On arrival you are greeted by a friendly concierge which helps you with your luggage. I arrived earlier than check in tho did some work in the very comfortable lobby out of the days heat. Reception staff were very kind, happy and helpful. This establishment has style. Rooms are basic and affordable with comfortable beds and pillows. The only let down was the view from balcony. I was just looking at rubbish which wasn’t appealing at all.

One of the most friendlies hotels I've ever stayed at! We were greeted with nothing but smiles and hospitality here. The restaurant is fantastic. We had the breakfast every morning and even if it is small it has everything you need; toast, eggs, appams, curries, idli, chutney and sambar etc and amazing flavours throughout! We had lunch one day also and was more than happy with it.

We came here to stay for two nights, but we most probably will discontinue after one night. We reached a hotel around 11pm, and the tariff we paid for a double ovcupancy room is 3700 inclusive tax. Old hotel recently resonated. Not worth the tariff they provide. Yesterday night, while we we checked in, no bell boy or wallet parking was not available. The elevator from the parking area to Lobby is not working and seems to be sealed. So you have to either walk all the way back to the lobby or not matter of space constraints you have to get down in front of the hotel and then park and come back. One associate was in reception, and he was not at all welcoming. He seems irritated. And too many procedures and writing for check-in. After giving all details in prior. Curtains seem too light, so the rooms become too lighted by 07am. Small two bottles of water only kept in room hardly 1ltr. It's too dirty when you look outside your room through the balcony. The blubs are not properly working. AirCon is not centralized. Smoking - disgusting smell from other rooms kept coming through bathroom vent. No mini bar or in room fridge available. In room dining closes by 11pm. They suggest swiggy or zomato your food. We requested a room away from the elevator, but that too, they couldn't provide. You can not sleep properly due to the noises from upstairs, banging of doors and bed creaking sounds. And once that is subsided by 2am, you will have train sounds. Yet to discover location, pool, and breakfast will try and let you know soon. In short: Service, Room, accessibility or amenities not worth for 3700. Seems ok for 2500, including taxes and breakfast. You certainly have so much better options in and around Ernakulam :)
