Store is good. But some of the staffs are really bad. Especially the lady staff over their. Not treating thr customers well always chit chatting

When I entered the store, I was approached by a sales girl who immediately tried to convince me to buy premium lenses. However, as someone who was already familiar with the brand and its offerings, I politely asked for the Lenskart brand lenses instead. To my surprise, this seemed to offend one of the salespersons, who left the conversation abruptly. After a short while, the sales girl returned and informed me that the desired stock was not available and could only be obtained after 5 working days. This was disappointing, as it would have been helpful to know the availability upfront. Moreover, I felt that the delay was not communicated to me in a timely manner. Additionally, I noticed that some of the salespeople seemed to engage in subtle non-verbal communication with each other, presumably to push the sale of premium lenses. It was disheartening to witness this tactic being employed, as not everyone is easily persuaded by such strategies. However, I must mention that the store had a good range of frames to choose from, and the sales girl who initially assisted me was knowledgeable about the products. She was helpful in guiding me through the options available and answering my questions.

Good collection of frames. Staffs are very friendly and professional. You can order and pick up frim the store else they will deliver. Buy one get one offer is available in store (Conditions aoply). Separate collection for kids as well. Sunglasses are also available along with lenses (as per prescription) & frames.

We recently visited this store to exchange my spectacles due to an issue with frame quality. While I had received approval for the exchange, my overall experience was not good. I have been their so-called "gold membership" customer having purchased eight products from them over this years. We proceeded to select a new frame and was assisted by a customer executive who conducted an eye test. While I appreciate the assistance with the eye test, She seemed in a rush and was more inclined to push her opinions rather than providing clear explanations. *One instance that particularly stood out was when I inquired about the cost of transition glass. Her response was that it would be "expensive," quoting a figure of around 10,000 rupees. However, upon further inquiry in the store, I was informed that the actual price started at 2,500 approx. on inquiring with another executive. *Moreover, I had purchased a frame for my wife just a week ago from lenskart, and the plastic frame material was already getting out of shape and falling off her nose. Instead of inquiring about the issue, the customer executive immediately accused us of causing the problem by using a single hand to remove the glasses. She displayed a surprising lack of willingness to address the problem. Instead of taking a moment to examine the frame and understand the issue, she continued processing the order on her tablet, seemingly indifferent to our concerns. This disregard for a customer's genuine problem was not only unprofessional but also unjust. What bothered me most was the lack of receptiveness and attitude displayed by the customer executive. As customers, we expect not only quality products but also respectful and transparent service.

When I visit lulu I taught of having a walk in lenskart, coz they have good collection always. But I have to say this, the staffs in that store was so good; I told them that im not planning to get anything but to have a floor walk, but they explained me every model without any hesitation. And I bought a frame and im so happy to mention a particular person named SAHAL who is so good in interactions. Because of him i will definitely visit this branch of lenskart always.

Poor knowledge of staff.. store is not aware of the offers provided by lenskart to its Gold Members. Offers indicated in App is not provided. Never got the extended gold membership even after purchase of 18K plus, Never got the extra 60% offer for first purchase even after using the provided code "Party12" and even "Tryus" or was the free lens cleaner provided for instore appointment..Testing time vision is clear but the supplied glasses don't provide same sharpness or clarity even the vision is reduced. Did a retest in store again today and the best clarity was available with the same power in test condition but supplied glasses does not give same vision even though the store confirmed it is the same power as prescription...

Good collection. Friendly and helpful staff especially their staff Mr. Sahal was very kind and helpful in the whole process. Also he ensured seamless delivery of my product.

This place is amazing! The staffs are prompt and give thorough care. Ms. Nida was extremely professional and very down to earth. She answered all my questions, gave great follow up, and got my vision on the right track.

Worst service I have experienced so far in my life,I have given a spectacle for warranty replacement in lenskart, Lulu mall. The store employees where really helpful at the time and taken the glasses and told that they will contact me about the replacement glasses. But after more than a month of visiting the store, there is no news on the status of refund/ replacement.They have completely stopped giving any information at all, In one visit they showed that there was storecredit refund processed by lenskart into my account,but upon checking there was no such amount at all. This should be unacceptable behaviour coming from a big brand like this. I am not entirely sure whose fault it is the people at the store or the brand itself.

I requested the Sale executive Ms. Chandana, had exchanged ot for me. What I liked was her way of addressing the customer and looking at the concern and givinga solution to it. We had purchased multiple times from here, the experience was always smooth. Especially to note the recent purchase I did for my dad (power specs), there were issues with adjustment, had to return for rectification, which was promptly addressed, we got the product rectified and again had issues with adjustment, this time too without any hesitation they rectified the issue by changing the frame accordingly. The gold membership is worth it, it comes to maximum use when issues arise after the purchase. Special mention for the person who helped through out the process, right from the purchase to after sales help - Mr. Vijay, who went the extra mile to make sure about the customer satisfaction. As a first time spectacle buyer, the service was really good. I didn't know what to choose so the staff helped me even giving his own takes. The prices were good as well(it does get pricey while selecting lenses).

Today I am with one of my seniors visited lenskart for eye checkup,the staff told us to wait for 10 minutes as they were short staffed ,understanding the situation we waited almost 45 minutes ,in between asking multiple times to the employees about the waiting, finally a lady staff asked me to sit on the chair for the check up ,but left us waiting again,and coming back just to tell us wait more , almost one hour then we decided to leave without doing the check up,the staff didn't even tried to convince or stop us,this is a very bad behaviour for such a reputed brand,kindly please be nice to your customers,so they can become your life long clients..

Ordered two specs and the date of delivery was on 24 Monday ,before the due date i got the message that the item has reached and can be collected from the store and when i reached the store on Monday , the items are not in the store and they have been saying silly reasons and promised to follow up on it and it never happened , again i visited on Wednesday they have been searching for the package and had to wait a long to get the products .they have no idea where the package is been never expected this kind of experience from a reputed brand and also need to improve your customer experience and a number of staffs are in the store but no one knows how to behave to the customers. Very bad customer experience

(I checked my vision and got newly powered lens. But the point of focus is towards the left so that I have to keep my face inclined to the right, in order to focus something straight in front. Imagine reading a destination board of buses coming from my right. I will have to make a funny posture to read the board properly.) Lenskart owner is doing charity by employing headless chickens in his store. They are highly useless people who does not have any knowledge regarding the products especially for progressive lens. I would highly recommend to not to visit this store and waste your time. Instead go to lenskart independent showrooms.

I was at the Lenskart shop located inside Lulu Mall, Trivandrum. The person sitting at the check out counter was extremely nice and friendly. I was looking for a spectacle case for my grandmother. This person showed me a wide variety of spectacle cases and was so good to me. Overall I totally enjoyed the experience of shopping at this place. I would recommend this shop any day. Extremely sweet and warm hearted staff members.
