We
recently
visited
this
store
to
exchange
my
spectacles
due
to
an
issue
with
frame
quality.
While
I
had
received
approval
for
the
exchange,
my
overall
experience
was
not
good.
I
have
been
their
so-called
"gold
membership"
customer
having
purchased
eight
products
from
them
over
this
years.
We
proceeded
to
select
a
new
frame
and
was
assisted
by
a
customer
executive
who
conducted
an
eye
test.
While
I
appreciate
the
assistance
with
the
eye
test,
She
seemed
in
a
rush
and
was
more
inclined
to
push
her
opinions
rather
than
providing
clear
explanations.
*One
instance
that
particularly
stood
out
was
when
I
inquired
about
the
cost
of
transition
glass.
Her
response
was
that
it
would
be
"expensive,"
quoting
a
figure
of
around
10,000
rupees.
However,
upon
further
inquiry
in
the
store,
I
was
informed
that
the
actual
price
started
at
2,500
approx.
on
inquiring
with
another
executive.
*Moreover,
I
had
purchased
a
frame
for
my
wife
just
a
week
ago
from
lenskart,
and
the
plastic
frame
material
was
already
getting
out
of
shape
and
falling
off
her
nose.
Instead
of
inquiring
about
the
issue,
the
customer
executive
immediately
accused
us
of
causing
the
problem
by
using
a
single
hand
to
remove
the
glasses.
She
displayed
a
surprising
lack
of
willingness
to
address
the
problem.
Instead
of
taking
a
moment
to
examine
the
frame
and
understand
the
issue,
she
continued
processing
the
order
on
her
tablet,
seemingly
indifferent
to
our
concerns.
This
disregard
for
a
customer's
genuine
problem
was
not
only
unprofessional
but
also
unjust.
What
bothered
me
most
was
the
lack
of
receptiveness
and
attitude
displayed
by
the
customer
executive.
As
customers,
we
expect
not
only
quality
products
but
also
respectful
and
transparent
service.
