I personally suggest this outlet for new purchase. The staff's are very friendly especially Mr 'Thomas' he is nicely taking care of guest also he suggest to me a better brand and model for my budget.

please fossil users ( beware of this scam ) is not swiss time house its the team leading them to this scam i gave my watch for glass change months back but when the watch came it was dead that was horrible scene when you loose your favorite gadget bought from first salary . still my dead watch no one in the store knows were it is . please some one help me out .

Completely unsatisfied with the terms and conditions. I have bought watches from many stores and ahave personally worked at a watch store. The fact they can not return is absolutely preposterous! Review your terms and conditions! Because clear this is not a thing! Or maybe open your horizon like other stores in refunds.

The store had a bunch of various designs of watches, however we enquired about a particular product and the staffs available there worked as a team and searched all their stocks and found out the item which we enquired for and finally we ended up buying it. It was a pleasant experience since the staffs were very professional and offered a great customer experience.

I recently visited the Fossil showroom in Lulu Mall, Cochin just for a chain adjustment for a fossil watch bought from Dubai and I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service I received even when I dint go there for any purchase. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and they went above and beyond to make sure my experience was a positive one. They quickly adjusted my chain and made sure it fit perfectly before I left.
