Huge mall with various facilities. Well maintained, beautifully kept. Meets almost every need. There is enough parking facility, followed by a paid bag drop facility. Two of the floors covers food court and restaurants. The floor also includes fun zone, lot of games, Ice skating and a mini roller coaster. All in all a great place to visit with friends or family.

The place is quite crowded. The sections are properly divided and provide great deals. It has many options in each category. Billing can take upto 15 minutes. The fruits and vegetables are kept fresh.

But on Sundays it becomes tiring to walk and wait for so long.. no walking space between the aisles. Though they attract us with various offers and Middle Eastern Brands.. The price range is from low to high as preferred. I recommend this Hypermarket to all except for sundays 🙆

We all get almost everything we want at this hypermarket. But they promote their own partner brands more. Most of the time they have better offers. The only problem happens while shopping here is long queues for billing. Food items available at hypermarket is too good and tasty. Special mention for their Mayonnaise, best you can get in kochi.

The one stop destination for my mother's monthly grocery shopping 😅. The options are plenty and offers during the main holidays and festivities are great. Don't go in unless you have some major shopping to do. The billing section is always crowded especially during the evenings of weekdays and on weekends. Definitely check out the food counter (last aisle) along with their freshly pressed juice and baked goods section. The sauces and pickles available are also of good quality. Preferably choose barbecue, thousand island and peri-peri mayonnaise from the sauce section. The freshly pressed juice section serves good passion fruit juice and mango juice as well. The Cold Coffee doesn't seem worthy of the price as it always turns out to be watery in consistency. The Hive cake/ pastries available here are really good too.

I often visit Lulu Hypermarket at Lulu Mall now wanted to post a detailed review as it is the key attraction at the mall. As a hypermarket in the true sense, I was able to find almost everything I needed under one roof. I was particularly impressed by the exotic fruits and vegetables available here. The shopping experience was great, though it was quite crowded whenever I visited. However, the staff did a great job of keeping the mall clean and tidy at all times. Additionally, there was ample paid parking space available. I found that all types of items were available here, and they were well arranged and neatly displayed. Most importantly, all items were fresh and of the best quality. I do have a negative experience to share about the staff during my visit before when they had a 50% discount. I approached a group of staff and asked them to fetch a product and bring it to me. However, instead of bringing it, they just gave me an aisle number. I had my hands full and was quite tired from walking, and there was heavy rush at the time. When I asked them to at least take me there, they just blabbered something and went back to their group chit chat about their daily household affairs. I was quite angry and walked out. Fortunately, a kind customer helped me and pointed out the aisle board which I couldn't find on my own, even though I have been to Lulu hypermarket many times. I must also mention two women who were waiting behind me in the long line at the billing counter, which took two hours to bill. They were very kind and offered me space in their trolley bag to keep all of my stuff inside which I held in my hands, without me even asking them for a space latest call me and kindly offered me the space. Carts were not available to everyone because of the huge crowd at the time, even though someone gets it, it's tough to move through the crowd but these two women showed a much greater attitude compared to those staff members. - Finito

First time visiting one of the greatest mall in India and that too in Cochin. Had spend more than a half day with my wife and kid. I took some beverages and food from the hypermarket. The taste or grill chicken was delicious. I would love to visit again on my next leave again because my kid liked "funtura" a lot
