We had to wait for almost 20 mins sitting idle at the counter when some of the salesmen were free to help us through the purchase rather they pretended we were invincible.Nobody showed up nor they had a pleasant face. Did not even feel like we had gone to purchase gold. Then we decided to go to Josco next door and there customer service was excellent. They had half the number of employees compared to Malabar but still they treat customers with much hospitality. A genuine review from a travel/lifestyle blogger. Take it.

Eventually walked across the street to Bhima and transacted to our satisfaction. Malabar.... Teach your executives customer centric interaction from the basics of customer interaction.

Staff are dishonest and cheaters. I went to fix my broken chain there, and the staff member took a small piece from the chain and tried to play it cool. When I asked them where is it, they said it was melted and passed me a tiny piece, but the weights weren't tallying. Customer service is really bad unless you're looking rich in their eyes. I don't blame the company but the staff are giving it a bad name. I hope I person responsible for this read this and whatever money he cheated me off is benefitting him and his family.
