1- less cleanliness 2- they wont obey our requirements 3- disgusting food with hair ,dust, mud and more. 4- increasing pricing with out concerns and market value 5- asking for parking fee 6- non maintaince atmosphere 7- hiking flood level in ground floor if heavy rainfall happens here below we mentioned few photos as a evidence for belongs this hostel. rectify from your side and choose some other good options. Bad experience. Facilities not comfortable in this rent.Unclean bathrooms and rooms🤢🤢 I have stayed for one day and that's enough for me to understand your facilities and cleanliness of your hostel for 5000 rs your hostel was the worst experience it is only suitable for only for north Indians why I am writing this post is because when I inquired about the hostel what he said and what I witnessed is completely vise versa.. if you wanna run a good business plz provide at least some facilities as you prescribed......

I write these review after staying there for 6 months ,. So its a good place and friendly environment. Food are ok not worst , place is near by metro stations , restaurant ,lulu mall and other all shops- so it's worthy to live here comparing all other pg's , trust me this pg is far better than all other worst pg in palarivattom

Stayed there for a period of 3 months Pros * Cheap and affordable PG with costs as low as 4750/ month * Wifi 24/7 * Washing machine * Decent breakfast * privacy (owner doesn't bother unnecessarily) * rooms and toilets are cleaned regularly Cons * lunch is average * overcrowded sometimes * attitude of people who serve food * rooms are very hot especially during summer

I stayed here for 2 months , to be honest the stay is worth the money and as u can see it's located in the center of the city and you can reach out most tourist places much easily. The first experience in Saerah Homes was more than my expectation and it started with the care taker of the hostel -Rahul bro. He always welcomes you with a smile and i must say he will be the most friendliest warden you'll ever see. He is very polite and he has a gud speaking skill that he convey everything very clearly. I can assure you ur journey with saerah homes will be great and safe in the hand of Rahul brother, We will miss this stay and their company.

I have stayed in many hostels...bt, in fact this was the best one I've ever stayed for....The basic needs were being fulfilled nd was made very comfortable. Now, I'm been transferred to another place where food nd bathroom are in a pathetic condition. Bt, as I've stayed in Saerah homes, it's making me regret to leave them. For me it was the best👍

Not good rooms in there. Very bad service

I stayed here for three months in 2020 & was asked to pay rs.9000(for single conjusted room)per month;intially owner promised to pay 750 back once I leave the room but was given just rs.250.The rooms are too small, bathrooms are not properly cleaned,food is also not good.If you check for rooms near vazhakkala just 2kms away from palarivattom you can find better rooms with half this price

I will rate 5/5 for this hostel, Because of the quality of the service they provide. I stayed in Saerah Homes, Thrikkakara for more 5 months. Owner is friendly, he tries to meet all the tenants and asks for suggestions on his every visit to the hostel.The rooms are very clean, you will get tasty homely food here. One more thing I would like to mention here is about the caretaker / Warden, a fine human, Very dedicated to his job, I thank you for the efforts u take for delivering quality services.

My experience with stay is good They have a good system of management Food quality is good Water available is 24/7 and filter water for drinking Cell service is good also provide wifi ( for me I got low speed network connection) Good surrounding Rent is moderate Good waste management system Then the issue I face is that There is only one power outlet ( one room 4 people) Room space is less Toilet space is also less cannot stand comfortable in it Then lots of noise from the kitchen Room has no table or cabin Fan speed is low Over all I had a new experience

A good cozy place to stay for both working and non - working people. The place is good and fine. Suggestible. Homely food and homely atmosphere at the stay. The whole stay is at an affordable rate when compared among others those nearby with their facilities. I would more prefer to say, that it was worth money.

This is the best hostel I found during the pandemic situation. Best in Accessibility, Hostel facilities, Rules & Regulations, Atmosphere and Caretaker. Wifi speed is awesome. Perfect place for students and working professionals.

I was stay in their palarivattom hostel. The service was good i will rate for service 4/5, about the food, about on my opinion the food was good. I like it.

Saerah Hostel have 4 branches. I have visited the Palarivattom and Kadavanthra branches. Location wise good. But behavior of the care taker was not appreciable. Also very difficult to communicate due to language issue. Very cheap quality rooms. These rooms are not recommended to students. Some rooms have the smell of alcohol. Haven't got a chance to taste the food. But seems nice.
