Inspite of booking with them before a month of travel,they had not communicated to the resort reception. Because of this communication gap we were made to wait a lot at reception. I had to make phone calls again and again and was put to lot of stress. Spoiled my mood of vacation. I will not book with them ever again ,,,

Thanks to Kerala.com travel team (Binoy) who gave us a good deal for our trip to Wayanad. Right from the cab, to stay at the resort it was all well planned. Binoy asked us to trust his recommendations. He was definitely right. The cab driver Sameer Sana also knew his way around Wayanad and the entire trip has been a memorable one for us. All in all a wonderful experience for us.

With footprints we did our quick and sudden edukki and pottanpdi hills trip. We planned this trip within a week and made our trip so successful. We had a blast, the guys at Kerala travels team in making our trip memorable. Thank you guys.

The trip arranged was very good. It was 5 days, 4 night package covering Munnar, Thekkaddy, Alleppey and Cochin. The Munnar Stay named Lake n Hills Resort was okay though the resort has limited amenities but covered in green woods. The stay at Thekkaddy named Silver Crest Resort was awesome. We really loved the resort and would definitely recommend to stay there. THE STAY AT ALLEPPEY HOUSEBOAT WAS VERY UNSATISFACTORY AND NOT WORTH TO BOOK THE HOUSEBOAT FOR FULL DAY. IT IS WORTH RIDING ON BOAT FOR A DAY BUT NOT GOOD TO STAY FOR A NIGHT AS BASIC AMENITIES PROVIDED IN THE HOUSEBOAT WAS VERY BAD (WATER AND ALL). THE STAFF IN THE HOUSEBOAT WAS VERY GOOD, HELPFUL AND CORTIOUS BUT APART FROM THEM THE FACILITIES PROVIDED IN THE HOUSEBOAT WAS NOT UP TO MARK. The Driver named Mr. Sageesh was very professional in driving and was very helpful. Overall Experience to visit Kerala organized by this agency is highly recommendable. Thanks Ms Jismy and Mr. Binoy for this trip.

Whole trip was good. Allocated car for travel was I good condition and always available on time. However hotels were quite far from the spot or main city. That can be improved. Rest all was good.

3 days trip to Wayanad. Well maintained vehicle and kind driver. Covered many places in Wayanad in a professional manner. Due to rush, could bot visit two spots. However , Vehicle arrangements were good. Smooth driving and guidance.
