Didn't like the attitude when I went to purchase, had to exchange some jewelry and coins also , as soon as they heard exchange their attitude was horrible, as if they were giving free, people there didn't know about MMTC PAMP , difference between 999 and 999.9 gold , tamper proof pack with assayer verified , seemed like they were a century behind . I made my wedding purchase here, but unfortunately, the collections were not impressive at all. Even if we found a good design, the making charges were much higher compared to other jewelers. It was a complete letdown. The staff seemed uninterested in showing us better options. To add to the disappointment, a stone from a bangle I bought there got damaged within just 5 months. This branch is definitely not suitable for middle-class customers due to the exorbitant making charges.
