Spent a night at The Trios Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is a bit away from hustle of the city. The rooms are clean and we also had a balcony - which was great. The staff were friendly and welcoming. There were no teabags or coffee sachets in the room. A bit on the downside was the small parking area which was also really smelly for some reason. All in all, I'd definitely pay another visit and would recommend.

Best hotel in this price. INR 2200 Per night. Friendly and responsive staff. Clean and tidy rooms and bathrooms. Complementary breakfast is good. They even call and tell you if you forget and kept sleeping. Paid Dinner served on or ordering. Food quality can be improved. Great for families and couples.

I recently had a stay at the trios hotel, and overall, it was a positive experience. The hotel boasts a fantastic location, making it easily accessible to all city attractions, with the added convenience of a nearby metro and bus stop. The cleanliness of the premises was commendable, and the staff exhibited exceptional friendliness throughout my stay. One highlight was undoubtedly the food; the breakfast spread, it was exceptionally tasty. The only hiccup was the room size, especially with the addition of an extra bed. It felt a bit congested, impacting the overall comfort of the stay. Room size may be a consideration for those requiring extra bed. However, this was a minor setback in comparison to the hotel's many strengths.

stayed here for two weeks. Initially booked for a short period and later continued to stay.Allowed to check-in in early and late checked- out with reasonable charges. clean and new. Rooms are reasonably sized and designed with most needed details. and owners have paid every attention to make this hotel good and for peace of mind stay. Bathroom nothing to grumble. Staff are very courteous and welcoming, especially the front office. Unable to comment on food since we did not dine in. Throughout my stay, the level of service was impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every need was met, from restaurant recommendations to organizing transportation. Mr. Rajesh helped me with booking a local Kochi sight-seeing trip and 3 day package to Munnar, including airport drop off. The service was commendable. Rooms are compact and space is well planned and clean. The comfortable bed provided a restful night's sleep, and the bathroom sink had an issue but it was fixed immediately. The breakfast was simple The attentive and knowledgeable staff added to the overall exceptional dining experience. The central location of Trios made it convenient for exploring the local attractions, and Mr. Rajesh was always ready to offer valuable insights and assistance. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for a central location in Kochi and services they provide. I am already looking forward to my next visit.

It was an extremely comfortable stay. The rooms and beds were very conducive to naps and sleeps needed for people exhausted after a long day of work. The staff is extremely polite, and the restaurant staff especially made the effort to cater to every request.

A family of 8 of us had stayed at the Trios Hotel Kochi for about 5 days. I would love to say that the stay was a pleasant one. The property was clean and well maintained with required amenities including comfortable beds and a nice shower. The breakfast buffet was good as well. The main highlight was the kindness and hospitality, especially from Mr Rajesh Kumar Nair, the GM, who made sure that we had a super comfortable stay. A cozy, neat and impeccably clean hotel tucked away in the heart of the city, yet has privacy and quietude. All of the young and courteous staff were extremely helpful from the phone bookings, early morning check in at 5am, ironing board service, room service, dining service and late checkout. Highly recommend this hotel for hassle free and smooth stay especially for women coming in early morning or late night into Kochi. The Trios Hotel Kochi, we stayed for a couple of days here recently. The experience and hospitality I received are unexplainable. The food was good. The infrastructure and ambiance were too good. The staffs were so humble and ready to attend us. The manager was so kind, understood our situation, and helped us in just time. Location is the most attractive part of the Hotel since it is located within a km of Ernakulam Junction.

Really recommend this place to my friends or relatives as it is really worth the money and is in the prime location near to Shenoys theatre, MG Road. Marine drive is just 1.2 km from the location. So it's definitely a fantastic place to stay if anyone is planning for a visit and stay in Cochin.

This hotel is well maintained, the staff were very helpful. Located very close to Maharaja college Metro station. The only down side I felt was the room size, it was very small and there is an issue with ventilation. Complimentary breakfast was ok and not that great.

Great hotel! The bed was the most comfy bed we’ve slept in while travelling India! Sheets were soft and cozy too. The hotel and room was very quiet at night. The blinds didn't cover the windows properly and we had a really bright light outside of our window which lit up the room at night, so we think some different blinds are needed. Room service was just ok. Other than that we would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Facility is rather new and clean, service is friendly, breakfast is decent! Complimentary water, hot showers, well working AC, comfy bed. We found location to be ok too. Downside: strong chemical smell in the bathroom, no separation between shower and the toilet, bad noise isolation from the hall

No pressure of water in washrooms. You litterally can't use washrooms. Called couple of times the reception for that, but it didn't improve. Also rooms and washrooms are highly congested. Only good thing is its location - near to marine drive area.

Hotel Trios Kochi seems good but I really doubt the reviews mentioned here may be paid reviews. I stayed here December 2023 only one Night. 👉🏻From the very beginning No one was there to assist me for the car parking and parking space was really congested. Maximum 5 car you can park I parked in the road. 👉🏻 room is Air Conditioned but it’s not working. 👉🏻when I entered the room it was smelling very badly. ( Not maintained) 👉🏻 Response from receptionist was cold. 👉🏻the are not at all bothered about issues there(Smell, AC ) 👉🏻overall: I hate this stay and not recommending to any one else 🙏🏼 don’t waste your good time there go somewhere else 🙏🏼

I got all TICK'S to by box. I stayed in this hotel for 5 days. Rooms are maintained really well, facilities inside the room are more than what we expected, food is amazing and this location is very much connected to all our requirements. Excellent team. A million thanks to him and all the supportive hotel staff. It was indeed a great stay. The prices are very reasonable and I would certainly stay again at Trios during my next trip to Kochi.

Had initially booked it for just one day but because of the excellent service extended our stay for another day. They even allowed us to check in early at a reasonable price. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped with all the necessities. All in all, we were very satisfied!

It was a 3 night stay and they allowed early check in with reasonable charges. Rooms are medium sized and designed well. I would appreciate the builder/proprietor who had not given any compromise in accesories. All were well selected and designed and furnished fantastically well. Need improvement in kitchen as it was taking time for preparation and also minimal varieties. However the food quality was good. Altogether it was a nice stay and I would highly recommend to any Family and business pupils to Trios as you won't get such facility in this package levels. I loved this place a lot. Our room was in the first floor. Soft beds, great bathrooms and good quality toiletries. Located in downtown kochi as well with lots of malls and shops nearby. An extra mattress was provided on request with almost no delay. Breakfast buffet is definitely worth paying 250 rupees for. Would recommend.

Trios is a very decent hotel for a 2-3 day stay. Best thing is that it is in the centre of the city . Very near to maharaja college metro station. So accessibility should not be an issue. I loved staying here in this hotel. I came here after attending a wedding and was so tired. I wanted to sleep off. The rooms here are so good for a good night's sleep. I also watched lots of movies in the room. However they only provide one water bottle of 1 litre for you. I think hotels like this have to provide atleast 2 water bottles and they should have sustainable water filling corners as well.

Visited chef pillai and there are no words to express this restaurant. Everything was amazing. The location is very good also. Very spacious. There is a wait to get in the restaurant but worth it. Definitely recommend this place to anyone. The entrance to this hotel was good too very grand. Didn’t stay at the hotel but will definitely will try the next time.
