Superbe ballade avec magnifique cascade à l'arrivée. Par contre prévoir plutôt 2h aller retour pour des marcheurs moyens.

About a 45 min hike from the parking area. I would not say this is an easy hike but it is definitely not extremely difficult if you are slightly active. The hike is well worth it once you reach the falls!

The hike there and back is challenging, but we'll worth the effort. Wear hiking sandals. If you like using trekking polls they will come in handy.

If you're looking for the perfect walk to get intune with nature, topped off with an excellent view at the end, and an invigorating bath; Middleham Falls is definitely the pick!

It‘s not the easiest trail but it’s definitely worth it! The reward (a gigantic waterfall!) is great and the trail itself is really beautiful. You shouldn’t start too late since you don’t want to return in the dark. One trip took us about an hour. The return was definitely faster. And the best of all: it’s free and not too full of tourists. Actually we met 3 other couples on our way and that’s it!

Nice hike in, roughly 45mins but not difficult. If you have knee/ankle issues take it slowly as the ground is muddy/slippy and with lots of steps. The bird songs are beautiful as you hike and there are crabs and lizards around. The waterfall itself is beautiful,.one to the nicest we have ever seen with a nice pool you can swim in.

An incredibly fun hike and gorgeously stunning waterfall. “Easy-ish” by Dominica hiking standards but a certain degree of fitness and agility are certainly needed for high steps, slick rocks, and multiple river/stream/waterfall crossings. With decent rainfall, expect a decent amount of mud. The road to the trailhead isn’t the greatest but in fair weather a 4x4 is not needed as some reviews say. No site passes available on site so grab them from Freshwater Lake, Boiling Lake/Titou Gorge, or Emerald Pool.

The Middleham Falls are really a magic place! It's not just the Falls, it's the way to get there. It's amazing to step up the hill and having all these stunning and different views over the jungle. You got to be a bit trained to do the way with the countless wooden steps, but it's worth it!

Very beautiful trail. The water fall is the tallest we saw in the island. However, you can only view it from a platform.

Well maintained trail through mature rainforest with impressive buttress roots on huge kapok trees. Many birds including Jaco parrots, also saw land crabs and lizards. Note: at gazebo trail junction turn left to go down to falls.

Wow, what an incredible hike and reward at the end. Even though I'm pretty fit, I found this hike fairly tough. I was able to get my rental car all the way up to the lot but the roads are bumpy and under construction. I presented my weekly site pass, as well. Almost immediately, you cross a small stream with a few others along the way. For me, it was about 45 minutes straight up through rocks, logs, mud and roots. Then, about five minutes of flat walking where you’ll come to a head. Stay to the left and start your descent. About 15-20 minutes down, and it's very steep. At one point, after the wooden steps you'll hit a steam with large rocks. I almost couldn't tell where to go but you have to cross over all the large rocks and continue straight down, using your hands in some spots. Use caution on rocks near the waterfall, they're super slippery. Also, wasn't able to go down to swim. I wasn't clear which way and I was the only one there so I wanted to be safe. I wore regular tennis shoes but hiking shoes would've helped tremendously. Waterfall is stunning and the nature is so peaceful!
