Can't say enough about Richard and Yohamna! They make sure you have everything you to make your stay stress free! Everything you can think of they already have it at the Villas. Grand Turk is the place to go if you want to sit back, unwind and be stress free. Just make sure you go and take in the local food. It is delicious. Richard can tell you all the good spots 😉. We have stayed with Richard twice and our stay keeps getting longer each time. We will be back. It is like our home away from home!

What an incredible vacation paradise!! After an incredible challenging couple of years of family grief and loss, God led us to one of the most beautiful hidden gems on the planet. The pictures do not portray the exquisite breathtaking landscape of this island nor the incredible Love Villas accommodations. What a marvelous space! The lose your mind sunrises and the OMG sunsets! We’re still hear, marveling at how great God is!! Richard and Yohamna have provided everything that we would want or need. This villa is equipped with all the amenities and then some! We can’t imagine needing much else, including the complimentary car! We’ve had scrumptious meals from local restaurants; we walked the beautiful beach and walked at night in the pitch dark with no hesitation or any kind of anxiety. The Grand Turk people have been so kind and so welcoming to us. We’re trying to plan how soon we can come back; we haven’t left yet! Thank you Richard, Yohamna, Joshi, Barbie, John and all the wonderful people on the Island who’ve been so gracious. Can't say enough about this setup. Absolutely amazing. If you like low key relaxed "island time" locations, this is for you. That's why I love it. Super nice units, same level as my brand new San Diego condo....no joke. Richard and jo are the best hosts. Advice, problems, anything. They are super helpful. And the beach and coral out in front is amazing!! My extended family booked all 3 units and everyone (who never gets in the water) snorkeled almost everyday. Even my 75yo dad. The beach is all but abandoned. You share it with the 3 unit place next door. Only criticism would be that there is a local bar with music about 100ft down the beach but it only slightly bothered my parents. 100 out of 100 on this place. We already booked 2 weeks next year.

May I just say if you have ever wanted a tropical island getaway, Love Villa on Grant Turk is THE place to go! The host and hostess could not be more helpful, the house could not be more perfect and the location could not be more phenomenal if you are looking to get away from the distractions of life and enjoy the most beautiful waters on this planet. Just pack your clothes and a toothbrush. They provide everything you need at the house except your food and the grocery store and a variety of not fancy.....but great places to eat are in walking distance. The people were so nice and friendly and there was not one second when I felt myself or my family to be unsafe. And with two teenagers there was not one second anyone felt "bored". Thank you Richard and Yohamna for providing an awesome facility and for everything you did for us to make this vacation THE BEST!

Love Villas is an amazing accommodation. It was sparkling clean and extremely well maintained. It was spacious with plenty of room for 4. The balcony on the 2nd floor has an outstanding view of the ocean and the beach and it is private enough to allow undisturbed enjoyment of the view. The extras provided, the rental car, the eggs, wine and beer in the refrigerator, the freshly baked bread, were above and beyond what is available from other places. The airport shuttle service, provided by the hosts, and the tour of Grand Turk island was much appreciated. The hosts, Richard and Jo, were beyond friendly and helpful, providing much valuable information about available activities and restaurants. Joshi, their maintenance man was friendly and extremely polite and promptly responded to all requests. Love Villas is definitely the place to stay when visiting Grand Turk!

After 16 years of planning vacations to the smallest detail, my wife Danielle, took it upon herself to plan our 17th anniversary escape which landed us on Grand Turk at Love Villa. I was gifted this holiday on Christmas 2022 for our escape in May 2023. The day before our departure I set my out-office-reply and disabled my email notifications....eight days without interruption from the larger world. It was fantastic!!!! Arriving on Grand Turk we were greeted and given a quick tour of the island before arriving at the villa. Shortly after arriving, pizza was delivered to the villa at the request of Danielle. Well played, my dear wife...well played indeed. The villa itself is well appointed and was stocked with some basic groceries and a couple alcoholic selections. After a long travel day, booze and pizza worked out well before retiring to the patio for a near perfect sunset. Clouds in the last few degrees prevented an opportunity to witness a green flash. The following day we found groceries and liquor which set us up for a week of breakfast at the villa and a relaxing island-time holiday. During the week, the local restaurants served us well for mid-day nourishment and all of them operated much quicker than the island-time standard we have from years of visits to Exuma. We are regular visitors to Exuma in the Bahamas and very much enjoy a holiday where there is nothing to do other than relaxing. I would absolutely return to Love Villa for the relaxing atmosphere and opportunity to do nothing for a week. The good: Location, beach, hosts, friendly dogs and vocal donkeys. The bad: Continuous bass beats from the bar down the coast The ugly: Nothing of note.

Our experience at Love Villas was a dream!!! We took the family for our 50th wedding anniversary and it was so much more than we ever imagined. It was the perfect location for three generations to relax and enjoy. The owners were incredible! They answered all our questions before we arrived and were there to pick us up at the airport. They were so gracious to give us a quick tour of the island so we could get our barings. The owners had supplied basic groceries, a bowl of fruit, and a nice bottle of wine to welcome us to the island. The condos were perfect in everyway. They were sparkling clean and beautifully decorated. Gorgeous countertops and appliances plus all the necessities of a home. The bedrooms were large and comfortable and the bathrooms were wonderful. Each condo has a balcony that was perfect for morning coffee or watching the sun go down. One incredible perk was each condo had their own car. It was such a gift not to worry about getting anywhere on the island. The condos also had a generous patio with lounge chairs for gathering . We love the beach so we sat with our feet in the sand, under a big umbrella, ten feet from the condo steps. The water was picture-perfect. Gorgeous blues and greens. We walked out fifty feet and snorkeled around a reef with wonderful fish. Our grandchildren loved the fact that they could just swim out and snorkel. They had never seen beautiful, clear water. Every late afternoon we would grab a float and just float and visit for hours until dinner. There were bicycles, paddle boards and floaters for all to use. There were also wonderful restaurants on the island as well as an outdoor dinner and a movie location and lots of opportunities for water activities including scuba diving which our son took advantage of on many occasions. We all agree 1000% ( to quote our son) that we will return to Love Villas! !!

Great Villa with all the expected luxury and then some. Right on the ocean, great views, great owners who really care and appreciate your business. We plan to go again soon!

This will be our 4th year at the villas and its gets better every trip. We reserved 2 weeks the year.

Donkeys, Dogs and Drinks Oh My! Turtle Love villa had every comfort you could ask for!. Not only was the rental ascetically pleasing but also the cleanest and most welcoming place I have ever stayed. White glove service from booking to departure. If you want to snorkel, paddle board, swim, or escape the hustle and bustle of ordinary life this is the perfect escape.

Property is beautiful. Property owner is fantastic- goes way above and beyond. Literally just need to bring your clothes and swimsuits! One of our most favorite places to vacation.

Wonderful place to stay. Richard is wonderful for letting u know what to do and where to go. We will definitely return
