2nd bad experience at the Towson Md York road, but the last! They have been petty with fillings of their sandwiches for years b4 Covid so no excuses. They refuse to honor the mail coupons 2/ $12.99 excluding FL pro, wraps, monster etc..not rotisserie chicken. Then had the nerve to not give me the manager name

After they toast your bread their supposed ask what you want topping that you want on your sub. Never asked me just put what they want on it started wrapping it up in the paper. When I try to say something they didn't want to do it over. Then I asked for a cookie to be added my order at thr cashier register and the lady had an attitude about it and acted like she didn't want to do it. Then the cashier register spits out the change on the other side and I couldn't reach under plexiglass and the cashier acted to she didn't want to give it to me or push it closer. When I said 'thank you' when I was leaving she acted like she couldn't get her mouth open. Tried ordering here again for the second, even worse service than the first. I will never eat her again.

I waited 30 minutes for my food and there was only 4 customers ahead of me in line. Ahk is averaging over 5 minutes a sub per person. Absolutely brutal. Eat fresh? Nah, eat nothing is the vibe I was receiving. Get this man some help so the rest of us don’t have to starve.

Great customer service. Always satisfied with my orders here. I do have trouble understanding them sometimes because of the thick accents, but nevertheless they make great food. Only issue I have been having is that they use incense candles in the shop. Sometimes, the scent of the candles gets into the food and it makes it tastes strange. I had sub rolls, deli meats and often times tuna taste like whatever candle they were burning. Other than that. all is good!

Subway has been around for quite some time but I have just discovered how great it really is. Something that irritated me at first is that each store sets there own prices depending on location, foot traffic, store rent, and a few other things. This can cause prices to very by as much as $2 per sandwich/meal. Until I discovered the app ad discount promos. You have to use the app and always use a promo code you can reduce the prices by as much as $5. Exmp. The ft long bmt-itial meal at one store is $14.47 but with promo code it's down to $9.45. Another store its $13.47 but with promo code it's down to $9.45. Plus you get 4 points for every dollar spent. I find I get the $2 off about every 5th or 6gh order can't beat it

As someone who works at a subway back home, just annoyed by the lack of care by the workers. Also they are quick to be belligerent if you ask questions pertaining to things like rewards. Overall poor service.

For 8+ years, I have received great service here. The employees are always courteous and patient. Today while waiting to place my order, I witnessed another customer obnoxiously complaining and verbally abusing the staff while placing an order. The Subway employee graciously and courteously complied with every request made by the outrageously overbearing customer and genuinely smiled while doing it. Not a fake "I'll do what you ask because you're the customer but I really want to spit in your food" kind of smile. No. A genuine, sincere, smile that said "Of course. Whatever you like. You're the customer and I am here to serve." Seriously, I could not have been more impressed or humbled by the level of service given to a customer who came in looking for an opportunity to abuse someone. I will continue to be a customer at this location. Not because it's the best food in Towson, but because the food is good and it may have the best service of any fast food restaurant I have ever been to in my life.

I do believe I've previously did a write-up on this location to Subway it's always friendly the food is always fresh.. this location is exemplary to the level of Excellence I prefer to have for my food even and Carry Out situations I would say stop pass and put my comments to the test. My hat goes off to the management and staff at this location.

Music so loud I couldn't hear the workers, a machine buzzing at random intervals, workers annoyed that I couldn't hear her when she couldn't hear me either. And the food was awful too. The toaster seems to not work, the sandwich was lukewarm and rubbery. The lettuce was also limp and off-color, and the onions were soggy and limp as well. Horrible experience

the two guys are weirdos in there & kept asking me dumb irrelevant questions.. just a weird encounter
