We called right outside the restaurant and we were told no wait. When we got there it was 5 to 10 minutes. This was about 2 minutes later. I told them we had been told it would be no wait... And with two small children in the waiting area it was going to be exciting. We did not disappoint lol Aunt Trista and my niece got yelled at by Nana more than once. Maybe it was the size of our party, maybe it was a fact that we had two children and they decided to put us in the way way back, or maybe they just tell everybody there's no wait. I'm not sure. Our waitress was very sweet and very accommodating. Water with no lemon, water with two lemons, water with three lemons, boy are we high maintenance. Plus the kids... She had a lot of patience and a great smile for us. The kids' food came out quickly which was awesome. The adult food came out very very very very very slowly. It was delicious when it finally arrived but we felt we had to eat quickly and pack up the leftovers quickly because we were already past our children's bedtime when the food came. I will just say that if we didn't have Netflix on our phones for the kids, the crayons and coloring menu would not have appeased them. Now for the bathroom... Bathroom was generally clean except the handicap stall was not which is unfortunate because when you need one of those you hope it's in good condition. I liked that there was an arm handle so I didn't have to touch the door to leave but the Dyson dryer was disgusting. Luckily plenty of paper towels. Be careful when you're going in the bathroom because you might ram yourself into the person washing their hands. It's definitely a catastrophe warning zone. I would pee here again. Follow me for places I've been and places I've gone. 🤭

Francis made our night! We went to Mercy Hospital for a tough consultation and decided to walk here for dinner. Instead of driving home in traffic we enjoyed a memorable dinner together! Come for the happy hour and amazing food; stay for the service and excellent service!!

I visited this location again and had a great experience per the normal. Our server, Tierra (sp), was exceptional. She was attentive and responded to every request. She gave honest feedback about menu items. I ordered the scallops and shrimp with mashed potatoes. It was good and cooked just as the menu stated. For the price, I think a few more shrimp and scallops were in order, but nonetheless a good meal. I love that Carrabba's has mashed potatoes from scratch.

I haven’t been to Carabbas in years and so I was excited to go . We were a party of 6 . We got seated and it took the server about 10 minutes to even greet us . We order our apps and drinks . The appetizers came out pretty fast but our entrees took forever . We ordered 3 steak entrees , salmon, Sphagetti and kids tenders and fries. All three steaks were over cooked and not the temperature we ordered . The server took forever to come back and when he did , he didn’t even apologize or ask if we wanted anything else . He just left . He was gone for at least 15 minutes when my friend ended up having to take the steaks to someone who was by the kitchen . They made us fresh steaks and this time they were all medium rare . We had ordered medium well . Not once did a manager come over to us to try and fix anything and the server was of no help . We left hungry and dissatisfied. I cannot believe the service we received it was the worse I’ve ever had . I don’t know if I’ll ever return

Our appetizer (mozzarella sticks) arrived quickly and was super delicious, as always. Caprice was efficient and made sure my hubby received his salad before the main course and that the soup accompanied his meal.

Our server was great (can’t remember his name), the manager Jerome was so nice and my sister and I watched him interact with all of the tables making sure everyone was taken care of and satisfied with their meal! and the food was outstanding! We will definitely be dining here again!

We just had our staff holiday party here and we had a good time. Staff are friendly and helpful at our needs. Sarah the manager that Friday was just very accommodating and warm, making sure we are able to execute our decoration for the event. Place is clean organize and food is delicious! Would definitely recommend and comeback!

Another flawless meal and service. The herb and oil with warm bread is a game-changer! It’s a meal by itself. Our server Caprice was impeccable. She knew the menu and made sure our drinks were always fresh. I will be requesting her when I return. Carrabbas has definitely surpassed Olive Garden in my book. Still tastes like my Italian grandma makes every dish by hand. If the Italian classics trio isn’t in heaven, I’m not going!

Greeted with a smile when we walked in. Seated quickly. Server saw to us quickly. Continued to check on us and even made sure our sweet tea was fresh. All while he tended bar. He checked on us but by no means was he annoying. The food was perfect as always. And there is a new owner who checked on us twice. Overall, a great experience.

We just had another amazing meal! Carrabba's never disappoint. We were greeted and seated by the host immediately upon arrival . Our waitress Caprice was friendly, attentive , and very knowledgeable about menu items. She ensured our drinks were never empty and checked on us often (but not too often if you know what I mean). The food came out quickly and was absolutely perfect! We will definitely be back!

Last night was our first time going to this restaurant after a failed attempt at another establishment for my birthday my husband asked if I wanted to try this place out. BEST CHOICE EVER! The food was impeccable everything we ate was seasoned and absolutely delicious! We are fans of Olive Garden but after eating here we will NEVER go back to Olive Garden lol. Staff was the kindest people ever and for a Saturday night it was not packed what so ever! I will be dreaming about this food till we go back!

We love this place! I tried the new champagne shrimp pasta and it did NOT DISAPPOINT! It was light, creamy, and full of flavor!

After being treated rudely on the phone when making the reservation, I was prepared to give Carrabba's a 2 rating, but the fantastic staff was so gracious and accommodating, I am able to turn the 2 into a 5. As I said, I was treated rudely on the phone, with the man on the line finally taking my reservation for a party of 12. Upon arrival a week later, promptly, Sara (hostess) informed us there was no reservation in her book. I was upset, as the rest of our group would be arriving. She asked us for a couple of minutes to set up, and seated our group. Our waiter, Rob, did an exceptional job. He was very attentive and accommodating, providing excellent service. The food was fantastic, with no complaints from anyone. Sara and Rob are to be recognized for saving the day.

My husband and I had a delicious dinner. I got eggplant Parmesan and he got ravioli. Both were large portions so we had some to take home. Our server Caprice was excellent. She was knowledgeable about the food and very friendly. She checked back with us often. We have always loved Carrabba’s and look forward to our next visit. We will definitely ask for Caprice!

Awesome dinning experience at Carrabba’s! The service was top notch and our server, Caprice, was great; very patient and knowledgeable. We were celebrating a birthday so we had a lot of questions. The restaurant leadership in general was excellent! Now the food…FINGER LICKING GOOD! This was my 2nd visit since the pandemic and everything I tried tasted delicious. The Alfredo is the best I have had. I recommend everyone try it immediately. At the top of the list for me was the lentil sausage soup, calamari, chicken parmigiana and the chicken Rosa Maria. I will be back Carrabba’s…great job!

Perfect evening at Carrabbas. We went for the Caymus inspired dinner this Tuesday and it was wonderful. Jerome is the manager and he is just awesome along with our servers Francis and Caprice. It was a great evening.

Very good food nice atmosphere and great happy hour from 3 to 6 on a Saturday...They could've given me more shrimp in my pasta other then that chef did well....My waiter had a little attitude about my compliant on the wine amount at first then calmed down after I ignored her and got my drink from the bar instead of in the back of the restaurant which I wasn't sure about. The bar tender was awesome didn't get her name but she was a mixed light skinned lady. She was a true Customer service pleaser... The bar tender at 300pm on 3/26/22 thank you again!!

Solo was friendly and knowledgeable. He made me feel welcome. Jazmyn was attentive at the bar and made my time enjoyable. I had been craving this particular meal and it did not disappoint everything was perfect.

I have been to this location plenty of times and it never disappoints. Today Francis was our server, and he was efficient, attentive, and overall pleasant. I would definitely recommend this location. Also the food rarely disappoints. This short rib was *chef’s kiss*

My husband & I stopped in for dinner. Our waitress Caprice was excellent. She had knowledge of the dishes & we were both pleased with our meals. He ordered the Johnny Trio & I ordered the Spiedino Di Mare with shrimp.
