We stayed at the Webbingtom Farm Kitty Cottage for three nights last week. The property is very pretty, well presented and clean. Julie, the host, is very friendly and welcoming. There are lovely easy walks just outside the cottage. We felt Covid safe, it was clear to us that measures have been put in place to keep visitors safe. Overall it was a lovely stay.

The room was decent, and the location spot on as local to a shiplate fishery where mate and I visited to fish. As for service, we did not need any as self-catering. Webbington spa was only yards away from the farm, so ate and drank there.

Really nice cottages. Good situation. Had a big family reunion and took two adjacent cottages. Carparking was a bit tight but maybe they only usually get 1 car per cottage whereas we had 5 ! M5 was a bit noisy but thought it probably would be when I looked on the map.

A pleasure! We all (24 of us!)had a ball. Simple to book, owner cannot fo enough to help. The cottages are fully equipped, tastefully decorated as well as beautiful! Hot tub, party barn, plenty of outdoor space and cows!! Truly amazing!

We rented 3 cottages and the party barn for a 60th Birthday celebration weekend. I cannot rate it highly enough. Julie (the owner) was helpful, friendly and responded to all my queries promptly. The cottages themselves were immaculately kept, extremely comfortable and provided everything you needed for a weekend away. There was a welcome pack waiting for us on arrival and all the basics (tea, coffee, washing up liquid etc.) were also provided. As part of the weekend, we had access to the party barn which is just behind the cottages and was incredible. It meant you could party as late you wanted to but then go back to the cottage when you'd had enough. The barn had every amenity provided to have a good night, benches, sofas, log burning fire, sound system, TV, bar, fridges, party lights etc. We also had access to a lovely outdoor (heated) seating area and the use of an indoor hot tub. As the cottages are on a working beef farm, we were also given the opportunity to have a tour of the farm on the Saturday morning which was amazing. I honestly cannot think of anything negative to say about this holiday let and our weekend away, I would highly recommend it and we are looking forward to going back again when we have another celebration.

We stayed here 28th April for my sister in law to be hen do! Right from enquiring at the venue Julie was amazing. Quick replies back and very accommodating with any needs we had. We hired all the cottages, each one was immaculate, modern and equipped with everything you will need for a short stay. Every bedroom we had was comfortable and everyone commented on how well the slept! The Hot tub room is lovely, great temperature and very clean. The party barn is AMAZING! It has everything you need, music, TV, log fire, disco lights, bar, fridges, sound system and benches. We had a silent disco one night and it was amazing!!! This is also attached to an outside undercover seating area. We were all gutted to be leaving but we will definitely come and stay again. Thank you Julie! Amazing place you have there!

Absolutely gorgeous!!cottages were immaculate,and very welcoming!!!! Thank you mark and Julie for being first class hosts!!!!we are all looking forward for next time...

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! We used all the cottages for my daughters hen weekend. Even before we arrived contact with Julie was excellent and she responded with any questions quickly. Julie and Mark are very friendly and on arrival Julie came to meet us and gave us all the information we needed for a good stay. She was then available anytime for any questions but let us enjoy our weekend without any disturbance. I came expecting it all to be lovely from the pictures and was even more delighted when I arrived and looked around everywhere. The cottages are really bright, clean, comfy and well equipped. The party barn was bigger than I had thought it would be with two lovely big wooden tables for us all to eat at plus then enough area for the dancing! The outside covered seating area is really attractive and has heating. It was absolutely ideal for us all to get together during the day and evenings. It was the most perfect venue for us. Everyone who attended has said the same and my daughter couldn’t have been happier. Thank you again Julie and Mark for the most memorable stay.

Julie & Mark made us most welcome and provided great information to make our stay perfect. We were a large party booking all 4 cottages. Everyone appreciated the facilities and we made good use of the party barn. The local countryside gave us good walking. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and highly recommend the venue

We had an amazing time at Webbington Farm Cottages! It was exactly what we needed for my sisters hen do - the party barn was well equipped and the cottages made for a very comfortable stay. We loved the hot tub too! Julie and Mark were so helpful and very responsive to all our needs. Would highly recommend!
