Ordered 2 crunch wrap supremes and some potato soft tacos but only got one crunch wrap and they gave me a PST with no potatoes, only lettuce and cheese. I’m not surprised they got my order wrong because the girl was talking to someone on the phone the whole time while I was ordering and almost forgot my 2 drinks too. Tried to call back to see if I could get my order corrected but the man who answered the phone acted like he didn’t hear me and hung up on me twice.

I mean, it's Taco Bell food. We already know what we're getting here. They're open late after I get off of work, so it's convenient every once in a while. The service sucks though. Rude and short tempered customer service folks. Not only that you don't know this till you go out in the parking lot that you order is wrong. Then You have to get out of your car, knock on the door and hope someone answers to get your order corrected. If you decide to eat in the parking lot, You can count on someone knocking on your car window or coming right up to your door for some loose change or to make a deal of some kind. Roll em up and lock it If you scary or just want to eat in peace! 😀

I know it’s fast food and my expectations are usually at that level… but this was truly the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell. Burnt and the wrong item from what I ordered on the app. Completely disintegrated taco. And a ridiculously small portion of meat in the cheesy Gordita crunch. Think I’m going to be off Taco Bell for the foreseeable future.

I ordered from the mobile app. Guy asked to take my order. I told him I have a mobile pick up order from Adam. He doesn't respond and I sit there waiting for him to respond. Out of nowhere he screams come inside. I asked why do I have to come inside and he was completely silent. I canceled my order with the app. I'll eat somewhere else. His English was poor. He completely made it awkward and didn't want to take my order. 02/08/2023 9:50pm

Took 10 minutes to place an order because they insisted on helping me use the self-service computer instead of taking my order. I tried to explain I had several customizations. Everyone was nice, but it wasn’t a customer-centric experience

Husband ran over to pick up an easy dinner tonight.. got home and found no meat on the nachos that he ordered EXTRA MEAT on.. check your orders! Similar issue last visit at this location as well. Drive thru servers are usually rude as well. Hopefully someone starts taking these reviews seriously and they can improve some because these are ridiculous issues.

On 5/7/23 around 2:30pm we stopped by this location for a quick lunch. Entered the drive thru lane and a deep male voice yelled at us to "Come inside if you want to order." We went in and ordered via the kiosks. After finishing our lunch, my wife asked the manager if he could unlock the women's bathroom for her. He yelled at her to "Go on, mama" and pointed to the front door. He kept repeating this as I stepped in and asked him to calm down. He then yelled louder for us to "Go on" which made us very confused so we just left. A very bizarre experience. The manager was extremely hostile to a soft spoken young woman for absolutely no reason.

Employees are extremely rude, our entire order was wrong, all the random items they did decide to give us were nasty, cold, and mostly just wilted lettuce. The specialty items we ordered (minus those they didn't give us even tho we paid for them) didn't have meat in them. $30 of food and we got $2 burritos instead of what we actually ordered. Please dispute all charges for food you did not recieve. This location is scamming.

I think this TB location is better than the one on West Atlantic. The employees are always very nice and accommodating and they tend to put a little more effort into the food packaging (i.e. your burrito is properly rolled)

Before the pandemic, it was the best taco around. I'm not a customer who usually complains. Now it's the worst, and this is the second time I've had problems with my tacos. I always order the Supreme, and this time it came without meat and cold. The tacos were literally done grudgingly. I will definitely not be returning, I will not spend my money in this place. I live 7 minutes from this place. I had to heat them up because they were all cold, they used to be hot. How about the presentation?

of the 6 things we all ordered, not one had sauce. not one. I understand it's late, it's fast food, I'm sure they're nice. but not ONE item had the sauce it should've came with. from the $2 items, to the $7 ones, all painfully dry. for all 3 of us that ordered. don't bother coming. the one on sample is significantly better

This is definitely one of the better taco bells. Food is always hot and fresh, and haven't had a single issue in 5 straight visits. Staff very friendly and very fast. Order accuracy 100%. Well done!

Something is wrong with their Mexican pizza…It’s not edible. Even just taking a small bite from the chip that makes the pizza, it tasted like the ingredients were expired somehow. I’ve never had a chip, let alone a pizza, with such a bitter taste. It’s unfortunate because our home Taco Bell at 2801 W Atlantic Ave, Pompano has the SAME ISSUE. I called Taco Bell’s customer service line and they’re not answering. + Have input info into the app and am still not getting any outreach from Taco Bell. FIX THE MEXICAN PIZZA!!! Anyone who is able to somehow stomach eating it is going to end up sick!

This Taco Bell literally does not deserve even one star. I just came from there and bought 4 taco supremes and a steak quesadilla for almost $20 bucks and everything was disgusting! I don’t know what happened but all my tacos were wet and soggy. Imagine spending $20 at a fast food restaurant and the food was horrible. I never got the point of why the price went up but customer service and food is not better. The lady at the window didn’t give me a receipt which pisses me off even more because I can’t call corporate. I’m never coming back again. I’m so tired of fast food and all of y’all need to go out of business!
