We ordered the Am Dream roll, Fancy Rainbow Roll, and the Rudy Roll all for delivery. All 3 rolls were perfectly fresh, amazing flavor and ingredients. They came with soy sauce on the side, eel sauce, and some type of peanut sauce on the side. It would of been AMAZING if they would of came with spicy mayo!!!! That's a very popular sauce that compliments any type of sushi roll. Very fun to dip into different sauces, but Spicy Mayo and Eel sauce is our favorite. :)

The service for lunch was horrific. not giving it a one star because there was a second server assisting with our table who was much nicer. Our waitress made us feel like we were a bother to her. When we got the bill we noticed we were charged for something we never received. When we told our waitress she gave us terrible attitude. Would not return here if the food was free. The sushi is nothing to rave about. The fried rice is subpar. Would not recommend.

Best sushi in town ! Fresh and big pieces of sushis and sashimis. We have taken a plate for 2 and we have enough sushis.

This place <3 everyone here is great, friendly, giving great suggestions. You can usually tell a sushi place is good by miso soup, this place didn't disappoint! We were the only ones here on a Wednesday night. We ordered the Festival roll, the Hawaiian roll, and the Diablo roll, all amazing but the Hawaiian was my favorite. Plumb saketini was also brilliant, light with lots of flavor but also a kick. I'll definitely be back!

Love this place, for their sushi rolls only. sushi rolls are definitely their specialty. Anything else that I have tried was so-so. But for sure the sushi rolls are worth the visit.

I love this place. My last order I was given the smallest plate of food I've ever experienced at this place and was charged almost $20. Before that, I normally order the same thing, without certain add-ons, by request, but for some reason there's always a little bit of what I DONT want on my plate. As if someone deliberately does this every single time I order the same dish. 5 times I went through these experiences, but this is my first time saying something. I love this place, I just wish my orders are respected more.

Adorable little spot with a cozy, intimate vibe. The limited seating makes this place a total hidden gem in an otherwise basic strip mall. You'd never know, unless you know. The food is always great. Super fast and friendly service because of its size, which I love, and reggae vibes through the speakers. I ordered salmon lovers, salmon sushi, sashimi, and jb roll with soup.

I went for the first time to Sumo and what a great experience. I have been looking for a good sushi spot as I am originally from up north and have high expectations. I moved to the area and saw that the restaurant was close to home and had decent reviews. The reviews don't do it justice. The food was DELICIOUS and the atmosphere was exactly what I wanted. Small, quaint, relaxed and perfect. The staff is super, super friendly. Felt like I knew them for years. They even told me that the restaurant has been around for 28 years! I am already planning on going again this weekend. I highly recommend. 10 out of 10 for sure.

Ingredients were fresh and flavorful. Their clear soup was the best I ever had. Sushi and poke bowl were on point.

This place has the most delicious food! In these pictures, we had already started eating. The people running the restaurant are friendly, and we will make special arrangements to visit again.

The BEST sushi I’ve ever had. We got the Diablo Roll and the Ninja Roll and I was more than satisfied. Already recommended to a friend while still eating 😂

The food was fantastic! Sushi was made fast and tasted great, the appetizers me and my wife ordered were tasty and served hot. My only real critique and it wasn't a huge deal was my ice melted super fast in my glass and watered down my soda but it didn't hamper my time there, me and my wife really enjoyed it.

Great experience that’s awesome for takeout but also cozy for a quick dine-in lunch or dinner. Service is excellent. The food was fresh and came out quick despite a busy lunch hour. Portion size, taste and value all align here. Pictured here are a spicy tuna roll and tuna appetizer with seared tuna, wrapped, lightly breaded then fried and topped with masago. Pink pickled ginger is my favorite so I did request extra. Thank you for a great lunch.

This place is amazing! Their clear soup is amazing, only sad part is I can’t get an xtra large bowl! Their sushi is good my favorite roll is their Hawaiian roll, perfect balance in spice. Everyone in there is super nice and attentive… one of our favorite places in Deerfield!

Best sushi in Broward County. Standouts are the international roll and the like tuna poke bowl.
