For one this store is extremely dirty. I was hesitating to even eat here. The employees are very rude and was on their phones instead of doing their job. Lady told me to use the kiosk instead of taking my order. I went to the drive thru instead because I don’t know how to use the kiosk and the lady had a disgusting attitude. She told me to back up my car in the drive thru. Employees need to be dealt with!

What they advertise vs what you get.

I went there at 11am on December 15 2022. I was picking up my lunch and went to the restrooms before wash my hands, the smell was so horrible that I left the place without the food. There was an employee seating and playing with the phone. I would not recommend to eat at that place!

This is the worst taco bell ever..drive thru is a disaster I've seen multiple long lines early closeings and even fights thru the drive thru window...not to mention it's a bum hideout next door...I drive 10min down the road to the other taco bell..

Horrible staff. Went through drive thru at 11:20pm. And on the internet shows up they close at 12am. Then said they aren’t getting no more orders. It’s late. Never coming back to this location.

i tell you what i had a long day of staying home from working at home and i wanted to buy some taco bell i got the 6 party pack tacos and when i got to the drive thru a sweet young lady named tielle greeted me and once i got to the window she gave me my food very nice young lady definitely needs raise and need more people like her in the world will be coming again soon!

Worker not ready to work. no customer at the drive thru, neither in th dining room they want you to use the key pad when you ready to pay no one available to check you busy on their phone I just left bring my money somewhere else.

Nice service by staff so polite they are. But want to say to owner after whole day working they look tired on face . Do something for them they feel happy and enjoy work. They feel good and not look tired. They are really good 👍🏻

Service was terrible. The workers attitudes are disgusting and they do not want to do their job. Drive thru was very filthy as well.

Well I walk in cashier was down so you had to use the order machine which totally suck. The prices were mess up not like the old toco bell 10 years ago. So I got a combo well the toco had very little meat lot of lettuce but not a toco you would normally go out to eat. Orange juice is good. Taco fries 🍟 we're very terrible 😔😭 . They said it was a large but it looks like a small. The portions in all the food shock 😲😲😲😳😳😳 me . I wasn't happy at all . I just work a very hard day and I wanted to feel happy while I ate. Not happening today it seems . I won't go back there except to take a dump day n there clean bathroom. The cost should have been $9.89 plus tax maybe 12/13$$_$. I gave a $20.00 bill and got $3.00 back in change. My eyes drop to the floor. Not happening at all. For that price I could have got to a all u can eat Chinese buffet for $18.23. my food would have been hot and I could have even had sushi ,shrimp, with a glass of water.

Very slow service. They also ignored me when i was trying to order. I walked out. You should consider training them better cause your losing revenue. People will go somewhere else

Got to this Tamarac location on 2/27 @10:55pm drivethu & they had a sign written "they're closed early due to short on staff" why regular hours are till 12:am.. I wonder if corporate knows this location is closing early..

This place needs to be shut down by the inspector general because the food is spoiled rotten and management needs to be retrained on how to serve food and train staff. My family and I will never order from this location again. This was the worst experience we've had ever!

Speed in prep was lacking but the location was clean. Flavors weren't the best and the tacos were all broken and messy (hardshell) more of a taco salad in the end. The sauce packets were sticky and obviously dirty. Front staff was sweet and attentive but I can't give a better score considering that the rest of my visit/experience was lackluster at best.

Usually do take out and the food is always hot and fresh. I personally love this location, they pay attention and I don’t recall ever calling out a mistake they might have made. I was recently pregnant so , door dash Taco Bell was a must!

The food is what you would expect, as is the service. Count on good food and for your order to be messed up. Never leave the parking lot without checking your order. It loses a star because it has a bit of a run-down feel, which is hard to explain exactly, but it hurts the atmosphere compared to other Taco Bell locations.

I ordered a cheesy gordita crunch, a chicken quesadilla, and a soft taco supreme. They could only take cash. They gave me the food and receipt. I didn't check it because it was three items. I get home, and now I'm out $15 for 3 regular hard tacos, one regular doritos locos taco, some nacho fries, and a bean and beef burrito. I'm just going to eat this because why bother? I should've looked before I left. Maybe I'll get what I order one day. Today was not that day.

Ordered online, got to the store, doors are locked, drive thru speaker tells me they are closed. no way to get refund in the app had to dispute with bank, still waiting to get refunded for $50 in food i never got.

Never ever get food right. I pulled right up, placed my order. When I got to the window asked if I could add on. They said no, against policy and I'd have to go thru and order again. Dumb me, I did. They tried to double charge me (for first order and the reorder). Then as always they did not put all of the food in the back...I stayed at window until thoroughly checked. Last, the nachos were just dropped in the bag upside down. Horrible! Franchise owner does not seem to care and neither does Taco Bell!

If you think you’ve been to a worse Taco Bell anywhere, you are completely out of your mind. I’m pretty sure they bought all of their employees off the dollar menu. McDonald’s is fine dining compared to this place. Get ready to hate strangers. I’ll definitely be back.

The Crew of. The Ladies that work at this Location are by far the Best of the Best. Friendly, kind and much more than you would expect at a Fast Food Restaurant. Respectful and always Smiling, no matter what. Rather than rate the Food, I'd rather it be known that without these Ladies, Customer Service would be non-existent. And that goes for All Shifts, any Day of the Week. We are fortunate to have them!

I've been complaining to the employees about the homeless people that sit and sleep in the back in the parking lot. Don't like to go through the drive-thru while they're over there. They need to put a sign no soliciting and the City of Tamarac will have them removed. Thank you

Horrible, they didn't even say anything when pulled up to the window. No napkins, had to ask for sauce it wasn't offered. Then the lady repeat my order and yet still got it wrong.

Worse Taco Bell in the area. I never write reviews but I can’t stand it anymore. Every single time I stop at this location my order is wrong. Once I received a burrito without protein at all. Thanks for nothing.

This Taco Bell location is not good at all. Management of this location does not look into how the employees treat their customers, how much longer they make them wait, while they keep chit chatting between themselves. The staff is very very slow here. And worse is when you order thru the Taco Bell App, this location never has the order ready and consistently has been saying we never received the order. After showing the order on my phone, they try to make it. Very unprofessional service and laid back attitude.

Horrible experience. The gentleman taking the order was very rude. Then when we received the food. Some of food was crushed and my order had hair in it. Would not recommend this place. Could not eat our food and had to throw it away. I honestly didn’t even want to give one star but have to, in order to post a review. Don’t go here, Unless you don’t mind hair getting stuck in your throat.

Good Taco bell location. Food is fresh and prepared correctly. Revisited last night. Our 🌮 Tacos and 🌯 Burritos were very good. I was surprised that they were neat and full of toppings. Restaurant was clean and open again for dining inside. :)

Stopped by for breakfast so I got a mini skillet bowl. It is about 180 calories and has eggs, potatoes, cheese sauce and pico degallo. I think it was good and very freshly made. You can add on other things but I believe this is enough. Had a small coffee I made at home with it and it was a great pick me up and an awesome addition to my breakfast bowl 👍👍👍.

Food was terrible and costly...I think the order was entered wrong. Family pack of 12 tacos was reasonable but I upgraded to chicken tacos and bill ended up like $54. They bumped up the bill $16 to make them chicken...who would have ever thought that...I could of gone to Rocco's Taco's for that price.

Dining room closed doors locked and only the flooded drive through is open. Taco bell sucks and corporate doesn't care about employees or customers. Money grabs is their motto. Go to McDonald's next door at least they are consistent!
