This
service
location
deserves
a
0
star.
I
took
my
bmw
to
this
location
3
times
for
a
full
point
inspection
and
the
dealership
dropped
the
ball
completely.
The
service
advisor
Sam
told
me
after
my
third
inspection
that
my
warranty
was
expired
this
is
something
where
she
as
an
advisor
should
have
notified
me
the
customer
of
prior
to
it
expiring
and
at
least
offer
other
options.
The
service
technician
who
serviced
the
car
should
have
seen
the
issue
prior
to
the
warranty
expiring
and
fix
it.
I
picked
the
vehicle
up
after
the
2nd
inspection
and
less
than
24
hours
later
the
engine
light
came
on,
this
tells
me
that
they
either
overlooked
the
problem,
did
a
temporary
fix
or
missed
the
issue
completely
and
now
they
are
trying
to
have
me
pay
out
of
pocket
for
a
service
issue
that
they
had
plenty
of
time
to
see
and
repair
in
due
time.
Furthermore
the
service
mgr
Mark
was
no
help,
his
lack
of
understanding,
proper
customer
service
and
due
diligence
is
subpar,
he
should
not
be
a
mgr
or
in
any
type
of
leadership
position.
He
was
quick
to
provide
the
corporate
#
instead
of
offering
solutions
to
help.
This
was
my
first
BMW
purchase
and
Vista
has
made
it
a
horrible
experience,
I
was
referred
to
this
location
by
a
close
friend
and
I
am
very
disappointed
that
none
of
the
advisors
or
the
service
mgr
was
not
able
to
resolve
this
matter
and
now
it
will
be
escalated.
Safe
to
say
I
will
not
recommend
anyone
to
this
location.
The
technicians
need
a
new
career
itās
their
job
to
thoroughly
inspect
every
component
of
the
vehicle
and
not
place
a
passing
check
mark
if
the
item
is
not
passed
or
wasnāt
checked
and
the
service
mgr
need
to
be
more
professional
to
customers
who
are
spending
this
much
money
on
a
veh
they
entrust
them
to
repair.
I
will
not
stop
until
this
issue
is
resolved,
therefore
the
BBB
will
get
a
complaint,
BMW
headquarters,
corporate
and
the
list
goes
on..
Do
better
next
time

and
the
service
