    *** Update**** bought a new 2020 X5 m-sport from Delray BMW for what Vista wanted for a used 2018..9-21-2020 I had my vehicle serviced and maintained a few times there and had a great experience but I just tried to purchase a certified preowned BMW from them listed for 48k online only for them add in 7k worth of fees after the fact NOT INCLUDING SALES TAX!!! Very shady business practices.. Pictures included below of sales agreement and emails from salesmen.. I'll buy a Kia before I'd ever buy any vehicle from vista BMW

    This service location deserves a 0 star. I took my bmw to this location 3 times for a full point inspection and the dealership dropped the ball completely. The service advisor Sam told me after my third inspection that my warranty was expired this is something where she as an advisor should have notified me the customer of prior to it expiring and at least offer other options. The service technician who serviced the car should have seen the issue prior to the warranty expiring and fix it. I picked the vehicle up after the 2nd inspection and less than 24 hours later the engine light came on, this tells me that they either overlooked the problem, did a temporary fix or missed the issue completely and now they are trying to have me pay out of pocket for a service issue that they had plenty of time to see and repair in due time. Furthermore the service mgr Mark was no help, his lack of understanding, proper customer service and due diligence is subpar, he should not be a mgr or in any type of leadership position. He was quick to provide the corporate # instead of offering solutions to help. This was my first BMW purchase and Vista has made it a horrible experience, I was referred to this location by a close friend and I am very disappointed that none of the advisors or the service mgr was not able to resolve this matter and now it will be escalated. Safe to say I will not recommend anyone to this location. The technicians need a new career itā€™s their job to thoroughly inspect every component of the vehicle and not place a passing check mark if the item is not passed or wasnā€™t checked and the service mgr need to be more professional to customers who are spending this much money on a veh they entrust them to repair. I will not stop until this issue is resolved, therefore the BBB will get a complaint, BMW headquarters, corporate and the list goes on.. Do better next time Vista BMW and the service mgr ā€œMarkā€

    Carolina helped me pick the perfect new X1 I wanted. Gracias! Great Customer Service and awesome car selection. I live in Miami but I drive all the way there for purchase because it is the best BMW Dealer in South FL. They are very nice and professional, ready to answer any questions/concerns or information you might need. Highly recommend Vista BMW.     I was referred to Vista BMW Coconut Creek by my good friend and colleague from work. He made sure that I speak and work with Sam Assisi. Sam has helped out my good friend with several vehicles and he assured me that Sam would also take good care of me. My good friend lived up to his promise and Sam over-delivered and went out of his way to help my husband and I buy our first BMW! Sam was professional, helpful and really cared about my experience. Honesty and transparency goes along way in the car industry with customers. Sam was able to be authentic and real with me throughout the whole experience! I shared with Sam what I was looking for and made sure to deliver on price and customer service! My good friend used to work for BMW, in the past, and reassured me that Vista Coconut Creek delivered on customer service. Since the moment I walked in, everyone was helpful and accommodating. They offered me coffee and water and made sure I feel comfortable while I waited for Sam. Communication was key throughout our whole experience. A simple gesture, like communication, is a big deal for my husband and I. Knowing every step of the process was key for our experience to have a seamless process. The finance manager and genius professional were extremely helpful, caring and accommodating to what our family needs were for our vehicle.     I bought my 4th and 5th BMWā€™s from Vista within the last 2 weeks. After a pleasurable 6 years with an Audi and Volkswagen it was time to go back to BMW. I worked directly with Mike Loiselle who is a stellar salesman. I knew exactly what I wanted and Mike helped me find the right car for me, a new X5 M. The car was actually at Vista Pompano but Mike had it brought over within an hour after confirming it was the right fit for me. I had such a good experience that 2 weeks later I made the decision to trade in my other car for an M4. Vista had the exact car I wanted and Mike and I were able to reach an agreement in under 1 hour. Vista took two cars in trade for this deal. The Sales Manager who is also named Mike helped me confirm that the M4 was the right choice and worked aggressively to get me the most money for my two trades. Funny enough the Finance guy was also named Mike. He got me through the paperwork process carefully and expertly giving me great advice on the additional packages that would and wouldnā€™t be a good fit for me. Overall it was the best buying experience I have ever had. The Vista GM also came over to check on me when he noticed my interest in the M4 after meeting me two weeks earlier when I bought the X5 M. If youā€™re in the market for a new or used car, I highly recommend visiting Vista and working with the 3 Mikes. You wonā€™t be disappointed.

    I had a great experience at Vista BMW with Sam Assisi. He Provided amazing service. He gave me the best possible deal, he was extremely thorough in explaining all the features of the vehicle and made sure to provide me with as much time as i needed to test drive and look around. I was able to complete my paper work, get my insurance approved, and handle everything related to the car in under four hours. Sam moved quickly, he was extremely kind and professional. It was my first time buying a vehicle and I was really nervous about being taken advantage of. However, Vista BMW Coconut creek was the best choice and provided professional, transparent, and accessible service. Exceptional!

    HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Loaner was given to me thru Enterprise since they didn't have any when I brought my CPO car in for service. Due to a mistake, (where Vista blames Enterprise and Enterprise blames Vista), Enterprise took $$ out of my account cause Vista didn't pay them. I called Vista, Jefry Rodrigez and he said he would take care of it. It wasn't, It's still not and it should have NEVER HAPPENED. Unemployed and now short a couple hundred at the WORSE POSSIBLE TIME, right before Christmas. I get the run-around, told it's being taken care of when it's not. I called the Service Dept manager, (left a voice mail cause he was busy), and NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK FROM HIM!! I wish I could give less stars honestly. I returned the car on the 3rd of Dec, I STILL DON'T HAVE MY MONEY THAT THEY STOLE FROM ME!!! UPDATE - drove into the dealer today after Enterprise tells me that they are not processing a refund and that I need to speak w Vista, evidently this happens frequently when the service takes longer than expected and the service manager doesnā€™t extend the rental. Sounds fishy... I ask to speak w the manager of the service dept, Mike Shultz then walks over to Jefry, they speak for like three min, then Mike addresses me and asks, ā€œhow can I help you?ā€ Really Mike? Your not aware of my issue after speaking w Jefry? Rubbed me the wrong way to pretend he didnā€™t know why I was there after 25+ days of calls Mike then says, I will be right back, he then goes to speak to someone sitting in a larger office for like three min, then they call Jefry into his office, then they disperse and eventually Mike shows back up. He says, ā€œwe fixed the issue and Enterprise will now refund your money. Are you serious? How kind will that take I ask? ā€œI have no idea, thatā€™s with Enterpriseā€ Vista could have easily corrected this, it wasnā€™t a lot of money and they could have went out of their way to correct their mistake, but they missed every opportunity to fix this along the way and made it even worse. 12/3 my loaner was returned, on 12/8 enterprise charged my card, itā€™s now the end of the year and Iā€™m told I will just have to wait for Enterprise. Iā€™ve wasted so much time being blatantly lied to and given the run around. I had zero business w enterprise. Youā€™ve been warned, but I will drive to ANY other BMW dealer before trusting VISTA again.

    Iā€™ve always had a great experience at VISTA. I donā€™t worry when Casey Finn is my service advisor. He makes sure he communicates what my MINI needs, the cost, and process each time. He keeps me informed throughout the day. Very kind and always has a smile on his face making me feel welcomed and in good hands. When Greg Brown, is the auto technician for my 2017 MINI Clubman I am completely at ease knowing that heā€™s making sure my MINI is completely taken care of while in service. I can tell he really loves what he does and itā€™s reflected in the great job that he does! I appreciate the video I receive with Greg taking me through the different areas of my MINI he checks and what needs attention. Great guy! What a great team!!! Most people dislike having to go to the dealership to service their car. At VISTA MINI itā€™s always a pleasure. And Casey, Greg, and the staff there make it so.

    I walked in late Sunday afternoon 4:30ish knowing I was going to be one of the last customers in the store which as a customer you always feel bad for showing up before closing. I was looking for a 3 series 2022 and my experience was incredible. I met with Sam Assisi who took the time to bring me around the lot explained all of the options as far as leasing/financing and really let me control the negotiation to what I was price elastic to knowing the car industry is of high demand right now. I was not expecting to get the car but seeing how convenient the process was and how amazing we were treated throughout the process, I had signed the deal and had gotten the keys by 6pm closing time. I appreciate all of the support from Sam, their finance team and their cashier who stayed open to get my deal closed after hours. I highly recommend Vista for anyone looking for the best experience when purchasing their next car. I was not shown this much appreciation at other competitive car dealerships in the area and hope those who are reading this get the same experience I did!

    I was shocked how much my bill was when almost all of it was labor. However, the service advisor, Robert, was excellent and was able to get the bill reduced somewhat. Robert was professional, responsive, and kept me informed of the process the entire time my car was in the shop. Although the price tag was hefty, Robert made my experience at Vista a good one. He is definitely an asset to Vista!

    I went to BMW Coconut Creek to look at a car that I saw online that had just came in and instead of looking at the one I came in for, I immediately couldnā€™t keep my eyes off the BMW sports 430i convertible. I ask my salesperson Michael Loiselle about it and he took me for a test drive and asked all the questions I had for the car. He was very informative and so helpful with everything I was looking for. He helped me buy my dream car I thought I wouldnā€™t be able to get. I am in love with my new car and I canā€™t thank Michael enough! Go to him when you go to that dealership.     We took our X7 in for service recently because the display ā€œblinkedā€ out for a few seconds the other night while driving. Tyson, in the service department, took absolute great care of us and ensured our X7 was gone over from bumper to bumper. They even sent us a video of a multi-point inspection that was conducted! The team at Vista never fails to impress us and always treats us like family! Thanks for the quality service Tyson, and thanks to the rest of the team at Vista as well!!

    My salesman was Carlson and honestly one of the best experience I had with a dealership. The process was fast and easy. Carlson was honest and upfront. Even the financial manager was pretty cool. They respected my price of what I wanted to pay and made it happen. I've also asked to test drive the vehicle 2x and they had no issue. They even took time to sit with me and explain the car. Honestly I have nothing bad to say but amazing and good job. Definitely will refer and can't wait to buy another vehicle in the future.

    Geo At the Vista BMW Collison Center gets 5 starts!! Amazing service I dropped off my car for a fender bender around 9 days ago and got it back perfect better than before the car looks brand new. They even buffed and polished the whole car for me. Will definitely be back.

    GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! I leased a 2023 BWM, X3 with help of Jean Otero, one of the best sales persons ever; knowledgeable, cordial, and professional man. The first time I went to this dealership and we couldnā€™t close a deal and yet he continued being kind and respectful. He also speaks spanish. Theyā€™ll work with you to get you into a nice BMW. By the way, this is my second car with them. If you go there try to ask for JC, he is the real deal. 10 out of 10.

    Great experience! I was having trouble finding a car in this wild market and was very happy to have reached Sam Assisi! I purchased the car from out of the area and he handled everything. When I called, Sam answered and even helped me with an introduction to a shipping company so I didn't have to fly down and drive it back. Very grateful that he was able to simplify the process and I definitely appreciated his commitment to excellent customer service. If you're reading this review, just do yourself a favor and call Sam directly. 10/10 Highly recommend. THANKS SAM!! PS: Loving the new whip :)

    Thank you, Mark and Brianna! I was ready to give up on going to the dealership to have my car serviced in any form. Mark was so respectful of my concerns and my needs. He resolved my issues as fast as possible. My new service contact is Brianna . What a welcoming, pleasant person. I was given an appointment, and Brianna did her best to stay as close to the time i was given. I know this is not easy. I was able to get in and out of thereā€¦ā€¦ I knew the issue I was dealing with, and I was directed to a resolution that definitely had customer first in mind.     I picked up my 540 on Saturday as my process lasted over 2 months. My salesperson Ash worked with me diligently and patiently the entire time to get the deal done. I could not recommend anybody more than him as well as Vista taking great care of every aspect of my transaction. And very happy with my vehicle. I bought a BMW from the Pompano location last year and just a much better overall experience with the Coconut Creek location mostly due to Ash.

    My Mini is almost 20 years old but in excellent condition. It had a few leaks that needed attention and new front pads and rotors too. No leaks and stopping on a dime! What really impressed me was how clean the car was returned to me inside and out! The paint shines and the plastic trim was as black as new! What did you use to clean my car? Mr Casey Finn is the SPIRIT of the Maintenance Department! Thank Youā€¦

    Had to bring my car in because of a drivetrain malfunction which turned out to be an ECU issue. There was an issue with my CPO warranty in the beginning but thankfully I clarified what time I booked the appointment and everything worked out great! My advisor Andrew was very helpful and reassuring that the issue with the warranty will be taken care of and that the issue with my car will be taken care of too. He is a great advisor that goes out of his way to make sure that clients are satisfied with the service and work done to their car and also in a timely manner. Thank you Andrew and Vista BMW for the service process and everything else as me and my family have been purchasing and servicing our BMW's from Vista for many years now.

    The first service advisor we got was incompetent then we got Michael. From that point buying a car here was a smooth ride. When it comes to pick up the new car the place and people working here are friendly and welcoming. It was a great experience. Almost everything what would take time was arranged in advance. I recommend this dealership, one of the bests. Again, ask for Michael. Only four because of the experience with the first sales rep.

    My BMW was declared total loss due to a Flooded parking lot where ,unfortunately, I parked for what it was supposed to be a fun night. Vista BMW at Coconut Creek was amazing with me through this very sad episode of my life. . I am very happy with everything that they did for me. They make my life easier with their support. Mark O'Sullivan and Nicole at the front desk were super nice..Never forget!! When I get ready for my new BMW I am so going back to you guys!!

    I bought a pre-owned vehicle 10 days ago. I did not finance the vehicle, so the problems began there. Their finance guy wanted nothing to do with me when I walked in and I got an unfriendly, ā€œGo ahead and have a seatā€œ when he didnā€™t want to take the deal because he was making no commission on the financing. They gave me the total price of the vehicle, including tax and warranty and they gave me paperwork that I signed which outlined the exact warranty; that there were 37 months left on the warranty with unlimited mileage. After signing the deal, I wired them the total amount due. About two hours later, I came to pick up the vehicle and the finance manager tried getting me to sign a piece of paper that said that I was getting a 23 month warranty. He told me if I wanted the extra year, or 14 months that they owed me it would be $2400 per year. Since I had already paid for 37 months of a warranty, I asked for $2400 back, at which time they told me they will only give me $500, because that is the actual cost of the warranty for a year. After some games being played, they agreed to refund me $812. I never got the refund and I have never heard from them again. My sales person was a good guy. After him though, all games and it looks like I have to file a small claims lawsuit to get my money back.

    Amazing buying experience at Vista BMW Coconut Creek. My sales advisor Lino was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He walked me through the entire buying process from finding the right car all the way to the delivery process making sure I was 100% satisfied. The expertise, service and kindness was very much appreciated and made a potentially stressful experience fun. Lazaro and Russ went above and beyond, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. There is an expected amount of buyer's remorse that sets in after a big purchase, and I am happy to say that I am not feeling ANY of that! Quite the opposite, I can't wait to get out of work and drive the thing! In a world where people are quick to complain, quality service often goes under-appreciated.     I took my bmw to Coconut Creek because there had been a weird, rotational noise coming from my left front tire. I explained the noise. My advisor was respectful. I had to get a loaner until they figured out the problem. I was finally told that ā€œthe foreman looked the car up and down, drove it on the free-way, and didnā€™t hear any noise.ā€ That day I left the lot, the noise was still loud and present. It was a persistent noise, so I sent my Coconut Creek advisor a video. He told me he couldnā€™t hear anything. I took my car to Fort Lauderdale, my advisor told me he knew exactly what the noise was and got the car back within 48 hours. This was just my experience and my truth. Iā€™m sure not everyone that goes here is dissatisfied.

    Live in Kansas. 1,400 miles away. Vista had the car I wanted during the pandemic, so I thought I'd start a conversation. They were awesome. At no point did I feel like a customer a thousand miles away. They were responsive, thoughtful and easy to deal with. They delivered what they promised, followed up even though they'll never get my service business, and were generally excellent. Very impressive - would have been easy to provide average service - but they were exceptional.

    Very relaxed atmosphere and accommodating environment. Ovid was extremely helpful and many of the managers were as well. I was able to locate a M340i that I really wanted and was able to get a pretty fair deal without having to go through the entire haggling process. 10/10 would recommend this dealership.

    My experience at Vista BMW Coconut Creek was terrible. I brought my BMW in for an oil change and to have it checked before going on a long road trip only to be told that I need to replace the following: 1) valve cover gaslet ($1270.77) 2) Oil Pan ($1068.17) 3) Oil Filter Hosing gasket ($621.17) 4) Coolant Hose ($605.59) 5) A new Tire ($269.24) 6) 4 wheel alignment ($149.95) 7) Oil Change ($120.00) I went in for an oil change and a general check up and ended up with a potential bill of $4104.89. The mechanic/technician, Nelson Dominguez, dealing with my car refused to send me pictures of the so-called ā€œdangerousā€ and ā€œalarmingā€ conditions of all the above even though he told Fernando Ardila (the assistant who filed my order) that the coolant hose in my car was cracked and ready to burst and that if I didnā€™t want to be stranded on the side of the road during my road trip Iā€™d better get all of this fixed, or at least get the coolant hose replaced. After a little googling and YouTube watching of other mechanics explaining what to look for in warn out hoses and so forth I came to find out that none of the above needed replacing (this was also confirmed by another mechanic/technician at an Auto Body Shop who told me that the hoses on my vehicle looked brand new and that there was nothing wrong with them). And in case anyone is curious as to what a hose replacement costs, it averages somewhere between $350-$480 (parts and labor). It should not cost the outrageous price of $605.59 (also an opinion that was confirmed by another technician/mechanic at a different location). I am writing this review so that other customers do not fall victim to the scams that are happening at this location. I am a public servant who is invested in cultivating and restoring the general good of society through education. The fact that these people tried to rip me off during a pandemic when wages are being cut, job security is uncertain, and there is a public health crisis that costs people money, is highly disturbing and disappointing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TAKING YOUR VEHICLE (or your hard earned money) to Vista BMW Coconut Creek.

    Excellent service experience, with Howie Rosenberg and Greg Brown, on my 2015 F55. Check engine light came on and it was diagnosed as the pre-catalytic converter O2 sensor. Howie kept me posted as to the progress of the repair and I was back on the road in short order, which was a great thing on a Saturday morning.

    I had the pleasure of working with Abu Haq. From checking in to the planning of a loaner rental while my car was being serviced, was above and beyond service. Abu gave me clear directions and expectations for the oil change and car maintenance tune up. I have been to other BMW service locations but the service was distant at best. Abu made me feel like a family member. Thank you, I will be doing all my maintenance with Abu and at this vista bmw.

    I have been a customer for many years. I must say the customer service has been on a steady decline. On my last service, part of the work was done incorrectly, and I will now end up correcting on my own because I cannot invest another two hours of time at a minimum to go get it corrected. In addition, the vanity mirror of the passenger side cracked on it's own somehow. That visor has been pulled down probably less than 10 times in the car's history, and they claim that it broke due to outside influence. The cost for this was $250. I've had other similar issues with a previous vehicle. They claim no responsibility for small defects. I will probably finally give Mercedes Benz a try. I do have to say that the sales rep for my last two purchases was amazing; everything else horrible.

Duane Crawford is very knowledgeable of the BMW product and offered the much needed guidance on what I was looking for to meet my driving needs.
