Location

excellent
and
had
everything
you
needed.
Would
suggest
avoiding
Room
7
as
the
air
conditioner
shuts
off
at
the
middle
of
the
night
-
hope
this
gets
fixed
because
otherwise
room
is
very
hot.
The
reason
that
this
is
given
1-star
is
due
to
how
the
manager,
Michelle
Graham,
handled
our
feedback
when
we
checked
out.
If
we
did
not
have
any
dealings
with
her,
would
have
given
this
place
a
5-star.

We
provided
feedback
to
her
in
relation
to
our
disappointing
experience
upon
finding
a
dirty
rag
on
our
pillowcase
when
we
checked
in,
and
our
air
con
stopped
working
in
the
middle
of
the
night
for
our
last
two
nights
in
a
row.
Unfortunately,
she
was
defensive,
unprofessional
and
responded
with
sarcastic
comments.
She
gaslighted
us
by
saying
things
like,
‘have
you
never
had
mistakes
happen
before?’
‘What
would
you
like
me
to
to,
it
happened
at
the
middle
of
the
night’
‘we
already
changed
your
pillowcases
what
more
do
you
want’
‘if
you
had
told
me,
I
would
have
gotten
it
fixed.
I
had
no
control
with
the
air
con
breaking’.
These
comments
likened
to
those
of
a
petulant
child,
not
an
experienced
manager
in
a
customer
facing
role.
I
honestly
think
that
Michelle
just
had
a
bad
day
that
morning
since
she
looks
experienced,
but
still
unacceptable
given
that
it
is
her
job
to
deal
with
both
positive
and
negative
feedback.
