Despite the perpetual busyness, I found solace in their coffee, which was truly exceptional. Its rich flavor and aromatic blend provided a comforting respite in the midst of the constant hustle and bustle.

Just had the Crispy Skin Barra dinner special at the Coolspot. So nice to finish the day with a delicious meal complimented by really friendly staff and a cool breeze to sit outside Well done to the team at the Coolspot.

If you're looking to come for either breakfast, lunch or dinner this is the place to go since there is plenty of space to sit around, with a few bonus points such as: Quick service- where you will go to the counter to order your food and they'll bring it to you within 20-30 minutes. High quality food- I personally can speak for myself, however, the vegetable frittata I ordered tasted amazing with such fresh ingredients! Diet friendly- If you're like me, it can be very difficult to find a place that is gluten free friendly. This place caters to all diets such as those who chose to be vegan or those who may have allergies. All in all, this place is quite genuine. I would like to add though, the price is a little expensive and it would be nice to see the tables be cleaned before another group of people come in.

BEST BREAKFAST IN DARWIN. We had a reservation and our table was ready well ahead of time. Very clean environment, great atmosphere, friendly staff, very calm considering is was packed. Delicious coffee. I had the scrambled eggs w/ side of perfectly cooked bacon and a generous serving of grilled chorizo. It’s my second visit here as I’m from Brisbane and both experiences have been exceptional. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

This cafe is located on the top end of Fannie Bay and is a favourite among the locals. The service was quick and easy. The big breakfast was filling but the cheesy potato hash was cold and only received 1 egg instead of 2 eggs. The Halloumi bowl or vegetarian bowl was a disaster and disappointing after eating most of meal, we found a piece of ham on the bottom.

BEST BREAKFAST IN DARWIN INDEED!! I cant believe how amazing the food is here....and for the price???? Its so affordable!! I come here all the time with my sister, its our tradition to get the pancakes. I highly recommend the parmi, and fried squid if you like seafood. I always come here with friends at night to order icecream, they have such awesome flavours - they even have my two favourites: black sesami and pistachio!!

Highly recommended! A great variety of food, well priced and large sizes. Service is really fast as well. There's just about nothing on the menu that we haven't or wouldn't try. The Berry smoothy is one of my favourites. Excellent ice cream and desserts as well. Sit inside in the air conditioning or in the covered outside area.

Loved the food tasted amazing I wish I could just stay there and eat all day, customer service was also really good.

Very dissapointed, We had 2 egg benedict with 2 hot chocolate The bacon was burnt on one side but not cook on the other, so you could see the bacon has never been fliped on the grill for some reason, the hollandaise sauce was more a dip as it was very very sick and not runny at all, when i put their saucer upside down the sauce/dip would not fall, when i asked how come it was so sick i have been told thats how they serve hollandaise at room temperature, The 2 hot chocolate were lightly warm not hot at all, I dont think I will be going again at least not food. It is pretty dissapointed specifically since the atmosphere is pretty good

Awesome spot, friendly and efficient staff. Breakfast was exactly as I wanted and came to the table surprisingly fast. The parking area was minimal. Quirky setup that gave a sense of space and privacy. Prices are top end. Positioned with ocean views.

Had lunch here yesterday, asked the server what gluten free options were available due to severe allergies being celiac, He dismissively said "Everything" and I asked if he could be more specific because there's definitely some items that wouldn't be gluten free. Eventually took the risk of getting a burger which was presented on what I can only assume was 2 slices of gluten free bread. Within one hour I started to feel unwell and I was very sick for the remainder of the day and through last night. It was definitely a reaction to having something that wasn't gluten free, be it through cross contamination or something else but very disappointed as it's cost me the best part of a day of my holiday's due to feeling unwell and not being able to stray too far from facilities.

Lovely location, nice staff and good coffee. Unfortunately the food let us down, we ordered 2 x vegan and gluten free Avo toast to takeaway. Both had butter spread on and a knob of butter on the side - shame we were 20 mins down the road before we opened our takeaway box 🫤 the avo was nice….

We loved everything about this place. Great, fast service, beautiful meals - Big Breakfast & Roast pumpkin, Avocado & Beetroot Salad. Real Iced Chocolate & Iced Coffee - made with ice-cream & whipped cream (not ice cubes) We are coming back with our whole family.

Had a steak for dinner the other night. Quite obvious they had been cooked from frozen. Really poor. Cmon guys. You can look up on you tube how to cook a decent steak. As an ex chef.. was really disappointed. More than happy to come in and teach your cooks how to do a decent steak.

Had a really yummy veggie breakfast. Fresh Juice which was pre-made wasn't the greatest was lacking sweetness, bit bitter. Asked for a bit of honey and they were happy to give it for free, which was nice, and tasted heaps better. I find some foods are a little pricey for what you get. Like the dinner menu. But all in all, a nice place, good food and great service 🙂.

Great Dinner special - Steak Focaccia. Quick service. Had Take Away so I could walk the short distance to appreciate another cracking a darwin sunset.

Really really really nice most of the time. Occasionally tables aren't clean and and an order here or there will be forgotten. Still, one of my fave spots around Darwin. The cheese cake is 👌

Food tastes good but nothing exceptional. Menu consists of multiple diverse options. The design layout and style was unique and matches the restaurants theme, however the bathrooms were disappointing.

Nowhere near as good as our last visit. Food was very greasy, salads had too much oil, not a great meal. We will give it another try next time we're in Darwin but another bad experience will kill off the live affair.

I found it a bit expensive compared to some other coffee shops but it's always a place that's good to meet up and consistent with product, service and cleanliness. Plus they have breakfast until 5pm and one of the breakfast items is exactly what I felt like at 3.30 pm after work that day.

Awesome little cafe in Fannie Bay. We’ve been living in Darwin for a while but hasn’t been here for breakfast - we were very impressed. Excellent food, fast service and competitive pricing. We also liked the fact that there is indoor and outdoor seating options. 👍🏻👍🏻

I ordered a small latte, eggs benedict & an OJ- $35.00 approx- so a pretty expensive breakfast for 1 person. Really nice food & location though.

3.5 stars. Venue: easy free packing. Dogs are allowed from one outdoor point. Really cool indoor. Most tables have Beautiful view of Fannie Bay. Cozy decorations. Some beautiful photos on the wall. Good place for gathering or quick/cheap meal. --- 7.3/10 Service: very busy. Find a table first. Always long queue at front desk. Fast service. Waitresses were friendly. --- 7/10 Food: serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, desserts, and wine. Many choices from savory to sweet. Presentation wasn't so attractive. Reasonable price. Good portion. - Spaghetti Marinara, $20: served with grated Parmansan separatefly. There are 4-5 small prawns, 4 big pcs of squid, 2-3 pcs of fish. Slightly spicy. Not a high qaulity of seafood, but good for that price. --- 7.3/10 - Omelette, $20: Egg wasn't glossy one but a lot of fillings. --- 7/10 - Mango Smoothies, $8.9: good portion. Can taste heavy mango flavor and bite mango skin. --- 7.3/10 - Iced Lime Tea, $7.5: full of flavors of Tea and lemon (lemon slices in it).
