Bought a fish special; fish, prawns, squid, chips and salad. Very big serve, but it was all OVER cooked. Chips were dry and hard. Went back a second time, still over cooked. Not tasty.

Just ordered aalu and fry rice today an hour ago it was so blend no taste, rice was like cooked days ago so as regular customer I want to tell you guys need to improve your food and I am disappointed many times now. Few days back ordered the choila but it was like fry meat and same with chowmein. I think the owner makes the good food but if other people make it the taste is totally different and not good.

It was worst food that I ever had in my life. I ordered a bunch of foods and felt like I wasted my money. Momos were smelling and didn’t know what origin it was like as it never tasted or appeared to be like a kind that I remembered eating on other restaurants. Other foods were tasteless for sure. Would recommend to have a look at the food quality before serving plate of food to the customer. Obviously not going there again.

One of my favourite take away joints in Darwin. Lovely staff and reliably delicious food. The meat box is crowd pleaser in my house along with the buffalo Momo.

Been there several times since I came in Darwin and it left me with mixed feelings. While the experience was disappointing when it came to their chowmein and chhoila . The overall quality of the food was mediocre, and although the mo:mo was satisfying, it couldn't compensate for the letdown of the chowmein I had. Will visit again in a while and wish they could do better next time.

I went to eat today but I promise I will never go again. If you can’t sell authentic Nepali food please stop making joke of our Foods. I strongly suggest to discard this restaurant even if your are starving.

Ordered large size felafel kebab. Very disappointed. I've had them from here previously and I'm pretty sure I only got given a small sized kebab even though paid for large. Felafels were over microwaved, so hard as. Very soggy breads, even though freshly made - so my guess is too much thin liquid/sauces and not toasted enough. Not a happy customer. :(

This place has gone downhill over the years that we have been going there. Serving size reduced significantly and the kebabs served on stale pita bread. Staff turnover has always been high and we never see the same people working there, which is probably a major contributor to poor quality and inconsistency. The owners should act before it’s too late !

I've tried a few dishes here, their Chow mein and Momo's are my fav. I've always struggled to find desi chai, this one ticks the boxes. tried Samosa's as well but they weren't great simply because of the oil, seemed like it was reused oil, quite a strong smell.

Worst momos of Mt life. Friend momo was way more fried and salty. One bite and I was done. And chilly momo was way more like tomato sauce and worth less. Not gonna come back.

Brought some food from their last night for a small party. Everyone including my little one, got food poisoning after eating their food. I called them today morning to inform that their was something wrong with their food last night and the response form the other side was shocking. The guy who answered the call asked me " Are you happy about the food". I told him I am obviously not happy with it and there was no sorry or nothing came from him about they will try to avoid it in future. It was not the first time I brought something from these place but these things are happening after they had a change of management.

Good deal for the price. I love their chips. If you love potatos then Aloo Jeera is also a good spicy option. Mixed kebab is nice and tasty but sometimes too salty. Their rice options are good, but I did not enjoy the noodle options.

After 3 very average kebabs in Darwin recently I was ready to give up… until I tried one from here. Just a standard chicken with the lot but it was bloody good… loaded with chicken and they didn’t skimp on the rest of the ingredients. Will definitely return

Reading through a lot of the reviews of this place with a multitude of people complaining about their Nepalese food. But in all honesty, that shouldn't be the reason you come here. You come to this shop for the best snack packs in Darwin, hands down. I was first introduced to this place 2 years ago and have since come back too many times to count. Their rice box, with mixed meat is a highlight of their menu. Mixed in with an awesome garlic sauce and in-house made chilli sauce it is hands down the best thing money could buy. The cherry on top of the box is the housemade salad added. It splits up the rice and meat and devoids the usual sickly feel after devouring meat, cheese and carbs. Their other snack packs and kebabs are also top of the range with incredible flavours through every bite. I will note that since being here more than 2 years ago, the size of boxes has steadily declined. This still isnt an issue as the servings are quite large. Although the lobby is dingy and unattractive, its food rates highly, a must visit for anyone in the area.

Disappointed with the food they provide to me. The food I ordered, specially buff tukpa, was not only have uncooked meat but emitted an unpleasant smell. This experience raises serious concerns about the resturant’s quality and hygiene standards. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant to others due to unacceptable experience.
