The food was really great. The service here is too good specially Shriya, she was a sweetheart. She really did take care of us.

Our first time for a meal in the bistro. You can order from your table using the QR code system. Good honest selection no surprises. It was quiz night so we got to passively play from our table. The security guard was quick to check us in and v friendly. We came here because we had eaten in almost every other place this side of the Berrimah. The waitress was extremely good and the bar staff seemed grateful for our custom...a bloody rare thing around these parts.

Best Tavern food! The Barra is wonderful. The service was super amazing.

The atmosphere and service were great. Definitely a must do if you are looking for a good time. The staff was extremely friendly, and susmita deserves a special thanks, she made sure we had everything. We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience.

The staff make this place what it is. They are attentive, courteous and welcoming. We popped in for an after work beer and came back for dinner. They remembered us out of our dirty high viz and were happy to see us. I think I’ve been asked 3 times already if our steak is ok and we like our dinner. Highly recommend this pub!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Visited for lunch and was a little disappointed. Food had been left at the counter for too long, so 'Hot chips' were cold. We ordered the Parap Burger which was tasty and a good size. Also a Steak Sanga, with the steak itself delicious. Unfortunately the roll was a little dry and hard. I think if the meals had been served immediately from cooking they would have been great. Plenty of seating in the dining area. Outside in the courtyard there is a variety of seating and a large Television screen. Also fans running for a cool breeze. There is also a gaming room.

You are always guaranteed an amazing meal at The Parap Pub. The service and menu is second to none, with great weekday specials. Last night my husband ordered ‘Burnt Ends’ and said it was the BEST pork belly dish he has ever had 🤤👌🏽 We are now visitors to Darwin but love dining here for a meal as these guys never disappoint ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Well well, this place gets better. Had fish and chips with a pint. Fish was tasty and the batter, not a fan of batter with spice but this has just the right amount without overpowering the taste of the Fish. The salad was fresh with a little hint of vinaigrette. Well done

So have been three times so far. Will be back again for a schnitzel on Wednesday. All food has been good and serving size reasonable. The dining area is quite and the staff can't be faulted.

Just moved to Darwin and have to say this is one of the best pubs we have gone to the friendly staff go above and beyond it's clean and tidy and the chefs cook a really delicious and presentable meal, best steak and barra THANKS PARAP STAFF

No fuss, family friendly, our 'go to' for 'one of those days'. Being new to Darwin, we gave this a go and have since become regulars. There's a good sized play area for the kids which is fully air conditioned as well (yes, the rubber mats smell of rubber as another reviewer has pointed out but I have encountered way worse). The tavern also provides very generous craft packs (stickers!!!) and kids meals. The lunch specials are good value, quick and of a reasonable variety. The service is amazing - especially when Marta is in. I admit I rarely tip, but for Marta I do :) Overall, it delivers exactly what it claims - a family friendly local tavern where everyone can relax - and not worry about the dishes.

First visit, specifically for mussel Wednesday nights. Didn't disappoint. Decor and atmosphere is a bit bland, but so far the food has made up for it. Friendly service, cold beer. Will be back to try more from the menu.

Outstanding!!! It was mussel night and we certainly weren't disappointed. Mussels done in Tom Yum. Flavour sensation!!! Great value $28 for 1kg. Happy bellies all round. The staff are super friendly, especially Luke who was taking care of our table. The odd joke and great banter. Such a nice guy. Will definitely be a returning customer.

I used to visit here often. It still is a great place but for some crazy reason every visit lately has had its issues. The food can be very good or very bad. The service can be very good or very bad and some things just don’t seem to run correctly. And I don’t think its a staff issue, I think its a management problem. They couldn’t even turn the TV to the correct channel to watch the AFL grand final? And they advertised they were going to show it? They have messed up many of our meals, forgotten some or just fed me a piece of slow cooked chuck steak when in fact I had paid for eye fillet. I tried to turn a blind eye on the situation but I’m not going to anymore. My advice is If you are considering going here for a meal, be aware its not consistent. I wouldn’t be meeting others for a special occasion. The wine menu isn’t bad, but having a bottle shop attached they should be doing better. You will find better options at many other restaurants in the vicinity. Again, this is a management fault or perhaps they don’t have good experienced bar staff that know their wine, nor do they seem to want to exceed expectations in restaurant dinning matters.

It is a nice pub A bit gloomy at night time, friendly staff at the bar and they have a bistro section where you can order food. They have a good selection of foods, the particular highlight for this particular event was the laksha festival. Slightly expensive but lovely presentation mildly spicy.

Had an amazing lunch today. The lady who served us (Shriya) was amazing. She was very friendly and helped us while ordering the food. Loved everything, will be back again.

We were recommended to go and have a meal and drinks at the Parap Tavern and it was great! I had a beef steak pie with caramelised onion and gravy on top with mashed potatoes and peas. It was awesome I loved every bite. My husband had Barramundi and it was one of the best pieces he has had . So all in all we had a great night at the Parap.
