Went through drive through today. All our large chips were soggy and cold and the packets were only half way full, our burgers were extremely oily and nearly cold. Our mcflurry's and drinks were good but all the other food was extremely disappointing.

Today my husband & I were customers at the Ludmillar outlet. We were served by David. He is a wonderful ambassador for the company. His cheerful, smiling face & very obliging manner were a credit to him. He served us without delay & delivered our order to us. Thank you David for a great experience.

I ordered 10 nuggets in the large meal with “WASABI MAYO” Sauce but they gave me “SWEET and SOUR”. Did they understand English? Please concentrate on the customer’s order.

Everytime I ask for a half strength coffee from here it’s full strength. This morning I got an apple pie with my coffee as well. It has a massive hole in the apple pie. Looks like someone dug their finger in and scooped some filling out. Worst maccas experience in my life. Don’t trust their food.

It's good to have a feed late night after work. My nuggets and chips were freshly cooked and my friend savoured at her quarter pounder. Can't complain🙂

Its my own fault for paying $11 for a cheeseburger sized chicken burger. Why would expect anything better than dry chewy old chicken and chunky slices of the bland white part of some lettuce.

The service was fast and efficient. However, ordering on those darn machines proved difficult and resulted in my order initially not being correct. The staff were friendly and helpful. The store and playground was clear of rubbish, with tables being attended to quickly after customers left.

Ordered a ham and cheese toastie, was missing the ham. The coffee is terrible, was my second at this store and was the worst coffee I’ve ever had both times. Won’t be returning.

Without exception, the cleanest and most efficient McDonald's in Australia. The management and staff should be held as an example to other franchisees.

I only ordered nuggets I asked for fresh as I wanted 24 and don’t like warm nuggets I waited 10 minutes for them and they were still the old ones I also asked for aioli sauce and that too seemed to hard to do as I got Big Mac mayo bbq and 1 aioli to use on 24 nuggets I seem to have most order problems with this 1 store

I ordered 2 coffee frappe but it tasted like chemicals, so i went back for replacement the manager was defending himself for making the coffee and doesn’t want to replace it at first💀 then it took another crew member to replace it and it seemed they were not taking the issue seriously. Thankfully the lady was understanding although it was still a bad experience today :/

Gone to this Macca's for a quick coffee and meal, got a sorry excuse for a burger that wasn't even the burger we ordered with what looks like a bite been taken out of it. I've had multiple poorly made meals and horrible customer service from these children, I feel like it's a representation of how they view their clientele, no respect or care in the work they do or the people around them. Out of respect for yourselves don't go to this McDonald's

My order was completely below standards. I ordered a wrap and they hadn’t even wrapped it properly. The tortilla was cold and the fillings all fell apart as it wasn’t wrapped and rolled. Tortilla was just folded together. Very disappointed

45 minutes wait for incorrect food. 3 times I had to return to the counter to get the lunch we had ordered. 60 mintues later we finally got the correct food. Dine in customers are just as important as DT, delivery or take away. Not impressed.

I ordered mcspicy meal and the chicken pattie feel like rock can't even chew properly

Nothing about this place is appealing. Breakfast meals are very disappointing (they never look like like do in the pictures), coffee tastes soapy and not like coffee. MuckDonalds

It's a nice Macca's. The first time we went there, they had no fries. Good location and what-not.

Really annoyed because I payed extra to get my fricken sweet and sour sauce and I didn’t come with it like that’s the whole reason I got chicken nuggets otherwise it to bland so now I’m hungry cause I didn’t get the sauce I payed extra for

Awful experience. I just wanted to go on the McDonald’s after a long flight. Only the drive was open. I couldn’t enter in the drive because of my rooftent on the 4wd (2 m high max). I explain the situation to the person in charge and he told me that they couldn’t serve me and I had to order a ubber.

Ordered hot fudge Sundaes, but they arrived via uber without any hot fudge.. call maccas, they said following the screen menu, I check my receipt, ain't nothing on there that says minus hot fudge.. like What the actual f...

Went with a small group of women last Saturday and the manager David was absolutely wonderful. He certainly is a credit to the business and the concept of Customer Service.

Yet another fast food outlet that some how gets orders completely stuffed up and leaves thing's out how can they forget to put hash brown's in 3 egg an bacon mc muffin meals they did. I've had meals missing chips buggers drinks wrong orders given ask for certain things not to be on buggers and you get an it's on there an it's pretty hard to miss when it's on the dockets. The mac Donald restaurant need a dam good cleaning I've seen 1 in qld that had mould on the roof in the dining area I refused to place a ordered even for a drink I don't know how they can get away with the state of that store

Quite and nice place but service was slow and price are very expensive.....

It's no surprise their shake and frappe machine is broken almost everyday during busy time in the evening. Such a weird experience. I've almost wasted my last 10 drives going this place and getting nothing. It's good to post a big board showing that OUR DRINK MACHINES ARE ALWAYS BROKEN SO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. 🤮🤮
