To the short boss lady that runs the show most mornings at this mcdonalds please stop yelling at everyone. You yell at staff, you yell at customers and I'm pretty sure you yell at the food too. We have come in for breakfast a few times this week and your voice kills the ambiance. It drives a stake through my ears and makes breakfast an unpleasant experience. Talk to your staff instead of the constant yelling and you'll find your staff will actually respond in a positive way. They are not your kids so treat them like employees should be treated. Lastly to the staff. You are all in customer service so if a customer comes to the counter at the very least greet them, don't be scared to say something so we don't feel ignored. Your little boss lady surely can't yell at you for greeting and acknowledging customers. That's little boss lady in the picture, purposefully didn't get your face but you know you are

Our order was #127. We had mcBites, cheese sticks, iced latte. We ordered at 9:53 and didn’t get all of our meal until 10:20 pm. The guy in front of us (1 to 4) waited for over half an hour to get his meal. Our hot food was lukewarm best. I asked the staff member if we could get a discount or a voucher for waiting so long, and she replied “No, it’s because of the hamburgers”I pointed out to her that we hadn’t ordered hamburgers. Very disappointing experience! We went inside the dining room because the queue of cars in take away it was ridiculous, but I think the drive-through people got the meals long before ours

We were very hungry so went to take away family pack. When we got home to eat our food, found the fanta got strange taste as it was not sweet it was combination of sparking water like sprite. Then I opened my mc chicken to eat and found the lettuce black in color. Are they ignoring or their food standard has been declined.

One of the most disgusting hamburgers I have ever had. First piece of hair when I saw it, I tried to ignore and keep eating. But after opeing up the burger i found 3 different types of hair. I couldn’t keep eating. So gross and disgusting. I tired to call you guys but didn’t go through. Such a waste my money and ruined my dinner.

We arrived in Darwin at 12.30am, checked into our hotel and wanted McDonald's so walked there to be told they could not serve us. We had to be in a car going through the drive through. We had no car as we've flown in to Darwin! I then asked a uber driver called Shazam if he could help us and he kindly drive us through and back to our hotel. Thank you for your kindness, and shame on you McDonald's.

I usually visit Maccas (stuart park) for dinner and I must express my disappointment with the customer service provided. Unfortunately, their rude and dismissive attitude significantly impacted my experience. I believe every customer deserves respect, and I hope the management takes swift action to address such behavior.

We are hospitality workers and at this time of night we have very little food options. Went through the drive through tonight, only to be told they were closed for system update. We asked the worker why they don’t close off the lanes if they are closed and he said ‘we don’t do that’. I’ve seen it happen many times before when you order on the app at this time and they happily take your money but the order can’t be fulfilled for hours. Really poor from this business when it occurs frequently.

Friendly fast service when I topped up my day with a coffee and banana bread using the drive-through facilities. I am always happy to visit this place as the staff is attentive and they always seem to get my order correct. Additionally, the location is easily accessible from the main road and they are open until late at night, which makes it convenient to visit anytime.

We visited at like 2.57am on Tuesday morning . Food was good but the way that manager on shift talk to us was like resist . We just said we are happy to wait to wait for 10-15 minutes but he just responded us rudely and closed the window in a bad manner which wasn’t acceptable at all..not happy at all with the hospitality and wont be reffiring the site at all ever..

Terrible service first thing in morning, seen they didn't out hash browns in bag, asked her about it , she didn't say a word, went grabbed them and threw them into the bag of food. Awesome. Just what you want first thing in the morning.

Please training your drive thru staff properly, i'd ordered 2 burger when i got home they only gave me 1. That's annoying to drove back and get my burger.

The food and service at this McDonalds restaurant is second to NONE! friendly and helpful staff, super clean restaurant and our orders were spot on!! can’t recommend highly enough!

Went through the drive-through and missed most of the order, so I had to go back to get the item. It kind of made it pointless and should have just gone in to get it

Burger is more like a kid’s meal rather than for an adult and it was so dry. Paying the same amount of money, I can get a better meal somewhere else

I went to have my dinner today. The promotion on the app somehow didn’t work so I requested the manager to cancel the order and he became rude. I then asked his name, he didn’t tell me instead told me to leave. I was surprised by his attitude. Every customer deserves respect. The way he treated me in front of his staff was outrageous. I’m really disappointed and saddened by this behaviour.

Really unprofessional staff I was at drive thw and the lady asked my maccas app I ordered there and pressed pick up in restaurant by mistake She said thats fine just drive to next window and we will gv you the order Shuvang was the staff who was working he was very unprofessional and asked me to drive and come back in the restaurant I had to go all the way and park and go in but turns out the item was already ready Customer service is no where to be found

Staff are always professional and polite. Drive through quick and when busy still moves fast enough. When eating in area is clean and food stand is high. Playground great for the Grandkids.

was told the payment didn't go through, had to go back and wait in line to find out that payment was fine, the guy at the counter didn't know what he was doing while food was sitting there, Cold food, shait service, Hit or miss.

Absolute rubbish! Ordered 2 big breaky burgers on Uber eats! Only difference was one had extra cheese! The food arrives and one of the burgers doesn’t have the x2 beef patty’s that it comes with & no extra cheese that I paid for. Not happy. How hard is it to make 2 of the same burgers for one order!

Not even 1star. Very disappointed. I ordered baby chino but they gave me cappuccino in baby chino cup for baby. As soon my baby had a first sip he vomited and I luckily tried that cup it was cappuccino with no sugar inside in Baby cup. Please don’t be so careless in terms of baby food. I never had such issue before but this time I am literally disappointed. 👎

Mc cafe available 24 hours. Try iced black coffee and mix it with vanilla shake and you will find a heavenly smooth vanilla coffee

Worst McDonald store I have been to. Went to the other one at Stuart Park and that was brilliant. The food was so greasy I threw it away. Not going back.

Drive through Cold chip tiny filet on Burger only 80% of my drink. I watched the young lady pour out the drink as the lid would of made it overflow but she was not even watching what she was doing! No it was not busy Normally not one for complaining online but here it is. I do have photos of the drink & the very small.

Came here for breaky, was very satisfied with our food and how fast it was. Meals were made to our needs and staff was polite with the service. The place was surprisingly clean for a McDonald’s in the NT. Overall very pleased!

I was ordered a classical angus beef burger by drive thru tonight.. and i was ate at home, finally i've seen tiny hair between red onion sliced.. i hope , the service of making food will be improve and please make a very attention about this thing , thank you.
