Good spot to stay. Free overnight street parking… if you can get a spot. Heaps of feeding places nearby. Rooms are a little dated and tired; but clean.

After a recent poor experience I was contacted by the hotel who were very apologetic and refunded our bill by 50%. This is the first time we have had a poor experience and given the prompt response we would stay there again as in the past we have never had an issue.

Best Hotel in Darwin. The rooms are great and the views over the waterfront are fantastic. Staff are lovely and go above and beyond expectations to provide exceptional service. Food at the Curve Bar & Restaurant was top class. We had a fabulous stay. Thanks.

Location Location!! Step out to the waterfront precinct & wave pool. Clean rooms with daily servicing. Restaurants galore! Lovely shaded swimming pool with a bar. Can't fault this place.

Enjoying it very much so far. Our room (one bed apartment) is lovely, it has plenty of room, a small balconey, kitchen, washer and drier. TV in bedroom and sitting room. Staff have been very friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff are fantastic. Lots of eating options along with room service and things for children close by. On our experience I would recommend it.

I was on 2nd floor. It was a bit tired, needs refreshing. Somewhat disappointing for the price. Service was good on the front desk. Will try other places in future.

Air conditioner inoperable in the bedroom- called front desk who were pretty unapologetic about the situation. They ended up bringing some dinky fan to push around the hot air in the room. Had a miserable sleep with two kids in tow. Hotel is pretty run down as well. Would not recommend. Avoid.

This is the second time I have stayed here, and I love it. Always great service, friendly staff, with ease of booking and a lovely feeling overall. It is close to everything that makes this city especially wonderful, with an easy walk into town.

We were delighted with our room, and the wave beach is at our door!!! The esplanade’s food is gourmet heaven. So much to chose from. The hop on hop off bus is at the door. The staff are friendly and nothing is an effort. Definitely 5 star for the price

We prepaid for our accom but they charged us again upon checkin without telling us. We complained and got a refund but then they charged us again upon checkout. Again, they didn’t notify us they would be charging us and we didn’t have reception while travelling through the NT. Luckily we checked our statement and noticed otherwise we would’ve been substantially out of pocket. Overall the accom was fine but extremely overpriced and the couch was so uncomfortable we ended up sitting on the floor or going to bed. Also, the hotel is non smoking but our room was directly above the smoking area of the precinct which meant the balconies were smokey anyway. It was also extremely loud when the sports fans started chanting. Apart from the amazing location, it didn’t really have anything that would make us want to stay again. Edit: a big thank you to Sid who took the time to respond to my review and took my complaints seriously. We are now happy with the resolution and we’re grateful for the partial refund due to our less than satisfactory stay. I have now adjusted my from 2 to 3 stars, but it’s more like a 3.5.

This Hotel/Apartment establishment is beautifully located at the Darwin Waterfront Precinct. The front rooms have beautiful views and it is in easy walking distance from a wide range of eating establishments as well as all the features of the Precinct. Our room, whilst, on first view, opulant, had an air conditioning system which Maintenance described as a "design fault" - it was freezing in the main room and stinking hot in the bedroom. A fan which might have balanced the situation somewhat was promised 3 times but never arrived; perhaps they had run out. All this said the parking was very convenient and at a considerable saving and we would stay again but be more selective about the room - surely they can't all suffer from the "design fault".

The staff were lovely, the apartment that we got was clean and spacious and underground parking available everything was close by I do recommend to stay here if your visiting Darwin city

I have always enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms are always tidy, modern, and customer service is great. Their pool and gym facilities were great and the hotel is situated in a convenient spot with just a short walk from the CBD.

Great service all around, the VIBE is indeed different once you are here. Will definitely come back!

Perfect location for a relaxing stay, be it business or pleasure. On a business trip you need to get a bit of comfort and the staff were great.

great location right on Waterfront. rooms are large comfortable king bed, great shower even has a washing machine and Dryer. Friendly and helpful staff, a great place to stay

We arrived and checked in, after finalizing our payment we were told that our room wasn't ready and we have to wait. Traveling 3 and 1/2 hours and arriving at the 4:45pm it was a disgrace to be told we had to waitfor the room to be ready. When the duty manger was dealing with a other compliment I told him how dissapointed I was they offered drinks and our room to be made ready in 30mins. There excuse was covid had hit there linen provider. I can understand that but felt betrayed as they received there full rate, with us unable to shower or change into fresh clothes. The next day we only want fresh towels as we knew there room service was under pressure, and had are towels taken and not replaced. Only to discover this on return from are outing. This now stopped us from using the pool area and fresh showers. Complaining to reception we were told at least a 30min wait. 1 hour later when I instead on speaking to the manger again and explaining why are we charged a full rate and not being able to access pool or shower, we were promptly delivered fresh towels. Covid has put enormous pressure on business but being charged a full rate and feeling deceived as aa customer is wrong. Apologies is not good enough, we should have been notified of there problem and we should be given a choice to go along with the booking or seek other accommodation.

Just about, a little better maintenance and cleaning would get it up to 5 stars on the rooms. As for service, most were very courteous and cooperative but one was really nasty...

Stayed at the apartment, good size. Walkable distance to city centre. Breakfast menu was good with friendly staffs.

Very good apartments that are great size. Location down at the Wharf is fantastic, only 5 minutes walk from centre of town. Nice little pool and gym.
