Room clean and comfortable. Shower was fine. Service unreliable and indifferent. I scheduled a 12am shuttle to the airport that didn’t leave until 12:20. Staff said they had no record of my request and didn’t seem to care. The airport is less than five minutes away. Rather than hurry to help, they sat and did paperwork until they were ready to go. Extremely frustrating and sad.

Would be good for international arrivals to be made aware drivers licence is a requirement when checking in luckily for us we had brought ours, also shuttle bus DOESN'T RUN AT NIGHT

1A mixed experience. The woman checking us in had never heard of the word "please" and basically barking orders at me to fill out forms and present my credit card. However, the piece de resistance were the two young men working in reception at 12 midnight on the morning of May 12 (evening of May 11) before the redeye flight ordering me to...."Put your bag in the back of the shuttle" whilst they sat and did zip, and even worse the second of these two guys who drove us the short distance to the airport in the shuttle, and then stood at the rear of the vehicle with the door open awaiting me, a woman of small build to extract my own bags at the airport. These guys don't deserve jobs. So called courtesy shuttle but no concept of either courtesy or service. Please train your staff or find employees who want to work.

The wonderful staff picked me up at 1am from the airport, dropped me off the next day and then came back for me when I was told I couldn’t get on the flight. Not only that, they set me up with a room that night for a great price and checked in on me to make sure I was doing okay after a big day. the rooms are clean, spacious and the bed is very comfortable. Thank you for a great stay!!

Great hotel for a short stay. Quick and simply delivery breakfast in the morning for convenience. Room was serviced daily and all staff I encountered were friendly. Would stay again when next in Darwin.

The airport transfer was a nice surprise, the room was really quite lovely and I had a very refreshing swim in the pool. My only criticism would be the water pressure in the shower wasn't very strong...but everything else was great. The staff were really helpful and the breakfast was cheap and convenient. Would definitely stay again 👍

Nice little spot. Shuttle service between airport and hotel makes this place ideal for the transit travelers. The breakfast, that is brought to the room in the morning, was a bit pricey but the portion size was ample. The food was tasty and freshly made.

Clean hotel with Free shuttle, free pool, free coffee tea in rooms, and helpful staff makes this hotel a good option when in transit in Darwin. We arrived late had swim in pool, then went to Darwin for dinner & the midnight oil concert but! JetStar canceled our scheduled flight at short notice (next day) so we had to catch the 1am flight the night we booked into the hotel! Luckily the Hotel staff work 24/7 and drove us to airport for free in their shuttle service !!! We really appreciated the service at Quality Hotel.

Nice quiet place with a pool. Breakfast is brought to your room. There's a good large English breakfast available on the menu. I don't eat much in the mornings so it's probably just me. Eating in the room can be a bit odd as there's nowhere suitable to place the breakfast tray. There's a fan and an AC in the room. There's also a TV, fridge, kettle and cups for tea or coffee. The wifi is a bit slow, you won't be able to watch YouTube videos at 1080p Clean toilet, sink and shower. Shampoo too available too. If you want dinner, you have to go next door. No dinner is served in this hotel. The options are very good over on the other side. Not bad over all but there's definitely better places.

2 things you want when you arrive after a long day of travelling , A quiet room Hot shower, This had neither. No hot water & the walls must have been made out of paper! Don’t think I have been woken up so many times in my life, whether it be peoples luggage rolling, vehicles out the front or people slamming their doors shut. What we did like was immediate pick up from airport at 1am

We stayed one day. They picked us up from the airport at 0200 am. Friendly and cordial. Checking in was simple an easy. Lovely guys. Room small but enough for our needs.

I was a little bit scared by the bad comments on Google, but for my pleasure it was a fantastic experience. I recommend this hotel. Fantastic reception service. We used the pick up service from and to the airport and it was really good.

Great hotel, older style place but enjoyed my stay. Shuttle service to the airport is excellent. Breakfast is good and pub next door has good dinner options.

Enjoyed our stay. Pleasant staff. Didn't see the pool, didn't know they had one :( Pity the bottled water wasn't free. The bed was comfy

The staff were very friendly and the free shuttle service to the Airport is a life saver. The only down sides were the bed was very itchy and the showers had very poor water pressure and would go hot to cold even when you only had the hot tap running.

The staff were very rude and their customer service was very poor. I felt like I was being watched and questioned about everything I did. I will never stay there ever I don’t recommend anyone to stay here. And on top of all that room service didn’t come and change my sheets or give me new towels I had to buy my own to use. If I could rate no stars I would!

Clean and tidy rooms, pool is small. The bistro next door is not open in the morning so you have to go to the airport or the Mercure to hang out. But of a walk to the airport, when your ride can't get to you.

The service from the hotel staff is excellent. Ben was a pleasure to deal with and really helpful when taking advantage of the complimentary airport shuttle service. The rooms were spotless, fresh and really nice to stay in. I had a great experience staying there and would gladly do so again.

We had a problem with the aircon kept turning on and off beeping constantly during the night. The next day they had it looked at by a repairman and fixed it so our second night was very peaceful. We had a great stay thankyou

Room was very damp/ musty smelling, which I understand is quite common in Darwin however this was worse than I’ve experienced before. The room had been half refurbished and the lights didn’t work in the bathroom properly and the fan was very noisy. The bed’s were also old and worn and didn’t make for a comfy nights sleep. The rooms were however clean, with a nice balcony and a very convenient pick up and drop off service to the airport.
