Lin at check-in was very pleasant and accommodating. The room we paid to upgrade to is needing painting and refreshing. The carpets are worn, paint is chipped just tired. The first views of the location seem delightful.

Great location, but very ordinary check in with no pleasantries. The room was very small with second class toiletries. Saw very little evidence of good training of staff as service was poor. Too expensive for what should be a three star hotel.

We booked this through Qantas for one night and must have been given the worst room. Our bath had big hunks missing from it and the basin had a big crack in it. Not a good look for a 4 star hotel. I told them at the desk and they acted surprised. However there was rust so they must have been there for a while.

Maybe they deserve 3.9 stars but can't bring myself to giving it a 4. Great location and view. Safe and clean area. Cons: Mould and poor ventilation but you can open the windows fully to get fresh air - this might just be a wet season / top end problem. Internet is usable but barely sufficient for remote work. We talking 2-5 mbps. Pathetic for a modern hotel.

Decent hotel in a excellent location at the waterfront in Darwin. Easy walking distance to most attractions restaurants and bars. Rooms are comfortable and adequate however bathroom a bit dated its functional but could do with a upgrade. Small pool with only a few chairs or loungers so can get busy quickly. Hotel is good for a short stay in Darwin.

Plenty of space in our room with a king size bed. A generous bathroom with shower over a full size bathtub.

Great location to stay, rooms were lovely and clean. Definitely big enough for two people. Carkparking fees of $15.00 per day should be inclusive of accommodation costs.

Prashana was a great host! So knowledgeable and made us feel really valued. Rooms are clean and air conditioned. Would 100% stay again 😊

Very difficult to find the reception entrance if you walk down from Darwin CBD...it is nowhere near the Google icon or the lift from the sky bridge...further to the east on the back road against the cliff

We occupied Room 221 which backed onto a public lift that took people from ground level to a bridge that connected to Smith St and into the city. The lift operated 24 hours a day and the rumbling and clanking it made was very disturbing particularly at night. I believe guests should be warned of this and either offered an alternative room or a discount.

Our room was next to a public lift that runs 24 hrs. Very difficult to get to sleep! They moved us to a different room for the next 3 nights and it was great.

Fantastic location and value for money. Great clean rooms. 24hr front desk and breakfast can be included. Wonderful breakfast options from 6am till 10am. I know maintenance ce has to be done, but would of been nice to know the pool is closed for maintenance before they took full payment t or dates advised on website or a discount given. Rather than the option of paying full fee at neighbouring pool to use, maybe organise a discount for guests. Also, you have to pay additional for a car park, if required, this is nor on your booking. Apart from this fantastic place to stay, right on the waterfront and walking distance to the cbd.

Brilliant modern hotel to check into. So much to do in proximity to the hotel. Ngā mihi

Have stayed many times and this was by far the worst. The 1 bed apartment we had was run down and overlooked the car park which in itself wouldn't have mattered if that was the only thing. The aircon control hung off the wall everytime you tried to adjust it. The tap in the bath was falling out, there was dust grime and hair stuck to the door to the laundry. Parts of the bottom of the bathroom door had come away and the extractor was dirty. Lots of paint issues including an unmatched patch on the back of the bathroom door. Really disappointing.

Great hotel location, right by the beach cove and wave pool. Lovely bars and restaurants within walking distance.

The staff and very friendly and efficient. The rooms are modern, very clean and comfortable. The bathroom is clean but not very accessible. The shower is over a very deep bath with a fixed glass screen so if you have small children or anyone you're traveling with has mobility issues it could be difficult to use safely.

Vibe’s location is perfect for a family, friends or couple getaway. It is on the waterfront and has access to a terrific wave pool for everyone to enjoy. There are bars and restaurants offering a variety of cuisines all within walking distance of the hotel. Vibe itself is a modern hotel and all staff were welcoming and helpful. Room service meals were very good. Great place to stay.

Good position for waterfront access. Bus and taxi available but maybe prepared to walk for bus stops.

Stayed for 2 nights at Vibe Darwin. Room was a reasonable size with a queen sized bed that was adequately comfortable without being luxurious. The aircon is effective as are the block out curtains. We stayed on the 3rd floor and had a great view over the foreshore gardens and harbour. The bathroom is an okay size however I am not a fan of having a shower over the bath tub. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are all provided, we did however have enormous difficulties in trying to get these topped up. In fact your room will not be serviced unless you explicitly ask for it when you check in. We had breakfast included in our room rate and they offer quite a good buffet with seating both inside and out. If you want a barista made coffee, you can get one for an additional charge.

Great service from the staff, comfortable bed and space but my room was on level 4 and the entire hallway smelled overpoweringly of mold!!! So strong the smell was seeping into the room leaving a musty scent in the room. I'm sensitive as an asthmatic so it was very noticeable to me. There was mold in the grout in and around the bath and shower. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom which I thought was a given in Darwin! For almost $200 a night I was hoping for something a little better - maintenance and housekeeping need to pay a visit to the room we had.

Very comfortable 7 day stay. Rooms fresh and clean. Tea and coffee facilities in room. Breakfast was great with lots of variety. Reception staff friendly and happy to help. Location is fantastic, amongst cafes and restaurants on the waterfront and walking distance to the city. Parking available. Laundry facilities.

Nice accommodation with an ok view, room could of been higher for the price and the bathroom door was rubbing so was really loud for late night bathroom trips. Also the room service tasted like it was re heated which was annoying.

Always a great time! Rooms are a great size and the staff are very accommodating the breakfast was great! Cocktails amazing highly recommend doing happy hour because the Cocktails are pretty expensive compared to others around the area. The pool is so refreshing. The only downfall is the carpark not managed by hotel but if you don't get your Barcoo to get out it's hectic so be sure that you have everything you need.
