    Supervisor is rude, went two or three times she always has an excuse not to help me with pandora broken or damage, I used another store at South Miami Beach and they help right away, in sobe were kind and professional, Brickell it’s close to my house and I prefer go long way but I got the customer service that my money can pay.

    So... first of all.. the staff was kind of nice, so my beef is not towards them. The problem was the company or store policy. I went there to buy a nice gift, and after spending 45 minutes choosing. I decided to buy and my debit card was pin charged $265 (so yes, a nice gift). It turned out that supposedly the charge did not go through; so I log into my account and noticed it actually did, and a pending charge of $265 is there. So, now I’m down $265 and the store says they have to run it again. That the money will be returned in “maybe” a couple of days to one week. So I ask, what happens with that money in the mean time, because it’s definitely not in my account? I refused to have my card ran again. They don’t give me a void receipt...nothing. So now, no gift... and I’m $265 down. All for nothing. What a way to lose the trust of customers. I will have to wait and see...I guess Pandora is not willing to use trustworthy merchant services. Maybe they want to save some extra money. What a shame

    You have to come with enough time. Terrible customer service.. there were only 3 ppl in the store with three sales associates. Two were attending one person and even after expressing that I knew exactly what I needed and promised to be a quick shop, still waited 20 more mins. Anyhow lesson learned.

    I had a very odd and unpleasant visit at Pandora today. I got a gift from my husband and I went to the store to make an exchange for a bigger bracelet nothing else. I brought the bracelet in the original box, wrap paper and bag. The lady first doubt I bought it there because I didn't have the receipt and had an attitude towards me. Looked at the bracelet looking for defects like I was giving something fake to her. I explained it was a gift and he registered my number in case I need to change. She was doubtfully looking at me and I still don't know why. She look it up and couldn't find my number. Made a face for me as I was lying. I asked to look it up for a different number and she couldn't find it either, again I asked to look for his email and she finally found it. She showed me the price he paid for which I thought it was rude. (even though I said it was a gift) and said she would do an exception this time. I would be happy to pay to get a bigger bracelet but the made me feel like not wanted since I stepped in the store. Not coming back at all. I will definitely buy it online to avoid this kind of attitude.

    This store is the only one in the whole City Center that makes the customer wait outside to be attending here in the heat. The employee seems to not care so find another store to avoid wasting your time.

    O.M.G. Supervisor is rude giving me hard time brining in jewelry to clean, insisting me coming back another time and of course pressuring me to buy $16 cleaning kit. how unthoughtful! why would anyone not buy from Amazon in the future for a fraction of cost?

    I wouldn't recommend this store. I needed to pickup an order and it's either I'm invisible or staff here are unprofessional, I had to wait for 15 minutes while they were having a chat with each other.

    And if I could give 0 stars I would. The Manager Karen, was not helpful at all. Didnt care we were calling Customer Service because the order was cancelled due to expired pickup date but the store was the one thats was closed for the day even though other stores were opened. This was out of our hands, and she just blew us off. She was more interested on how many people where coming in the store and purchasing, even giving out catalogs to the people that were outside in line so they could come in just to close the sale. Also, when speaking to her she made the comment that they do not pickup the phone because they are too busy, hence why we couldn't get a hold of them Online customer service was so helpful! They entered a new order and matching the price of the cancelled order!

    It doesn’t take the whole staff to help one person, no one was welcoming when i walked in i guess if you don’t speak Spanish you don’t need to patronize this pandora in Brickell city center. And Camila customer service sucks she barely wanted to help me As a sales associate , she didn’t have any suggestions or any type of sale skills , she told me the ring that was my size was in the back i waited for 20 mins just for her to go stand and have a conversation with her co workers , and when she came back the ring that’s my size was inside the display case i would never in my life spend my hard earned money with this company. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 the blatant disrespect is just beyond me now days.

    Attention to details can be better. Did not clean jewelry before packaging it into the gift box. Not to mention the personnel do not speak English.

    Pandora Jewelry and Brickell City Centre is a cool place to get all things Pandora. I like the selection and assistance we got in this store as we were greeted and helped right away.     I made a recent purchase for a gift. The jewelry and inventory the store carries is quite unique and elegant. I actually visited the store twice and received a great experience. Ana Maria C. provided me with one of the best customer services that I have experienced in a long time. She was super friendly, knowledgeable and was able to guide me to make the right decision with the purchase. She was able to understand what I was looking for and guided me properly to make the adecuate choice. I am very pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend this store and Ana Maria C.
