I am very disappointed with the lack of commitment that my wife is given here. As I am here now still waiting for my wife to get her surgery I’ve decided to write a review. I have ask my nurse, head nurse and doctor on duty for an exact time my wife is getting her surgery and no one wants to commute to an hour. My wife has not eaten or drank anything in the past 28 hours. I was told the night before that she was scheduled to have surgery at 1pm today and never came through. I have requested to talk to the surgeon that will be doing the surgery to my wife and I have not gotten the opportunity to speak to him. I am very much concerned about my wife condition.

My mom had a surgery there and we are really happy with how she was treated. She felt taken care of. Everyone was lovely and made her experience really good. Thank you Mercy for supporting people in their worst moments.

I would like to give a huge shoutout to the doctors, nurses and staff at this hospital my dad was admitted on Tuesday and his heart stopped and the doctors and nurses revived him back. Not only that the amount of care they were to him in the cardiac ICU is beyond phenomenal my dad is still here at the hospital but it has been so much great care and he’s recovering so much better. Thank you mercy for being so great with our family as well. Shoutout to emergency and icu.

valet will disappear at 7 pm so be careful not to be there a minute passed 7 pm, my aunt had to go on a long and dark scavenger hunt for her keys and car, other than that the nurses and staff were very nice, my mom’s surgery appt was at 8 am but wasn’t brought into surgery until 12:15 pm, we were overall very happy with the surgery and hospital, they allowed me to stay overnight with her in the room which had a beautiful ocean view but the bathroom smelled awful, the recovery room took about 2 hours to let me see her but I think it’s bc another patient had an emergency while in there, the hospital food was warm and fresh, FELTON and MARVIN were very sweet and patient with my elderly mom. Thank you so much for doing what you do and being amazing at it!

Staff in the ER are very competent and professional but once you go upstairs it’s a different story, especially if you only speak English. I had COVID and they never even attempted to treat it at all never even offered an antibiotic or anything and I had to wait over 2 hours just to get a medication for agonizing pain while my ulcers were bleeding and hurting terribly. While I was waiting and in pain to the point I was almost screaming they were in the room next door and spent 30 minutes talking to some guy in Spanish about their home country while pretending I don’t exist. They also lied about when the doctor was coming to trick me into getting admitted under the pretense of being treated quickly only to bait and switch me and tell me they had no idea when he was coming. As if that wasn’t enough they were also extremely incompetent to a point it was scary because they couldn’t do simple things like draw blood correctly, which they were trying to do literally every hour or so to drive up my bill, and left needles and other things laying around and didn’t even bother to clean up blood and even gave me food I told them I was deadly allergic to after I told them no less than 3 times I was allergic to that one thing specifically and they even wrote it down and they still gave me that and wouldn’t switch it out until I was so fed up with their disregard for my safety and disrespectful behavior that I decided to leave to protect my health and go to another hospital at which point they harangued me on the way out and it looked like they even called the police on me to file a false report to cover their sorry butts. I would consider coming back for the ER but I wouldn’t allow myself to be taken upstairs even if it was the last hospital on the planet the levels of dishonesty and disregard for basic human rights going on up there is scary and I can’t recommend this place to anyone in good conscience.

I had an incredibly warm and welcoming experience at this hospital. I didn't experience any waiting time; I was promptly checked in and received immediate service. There was no need to sit around wondering what's happening for hours, as can be the case in some hospitals. I was consistently checked on and received exceptional care. The staff was amazing, incredibly attentive, and my doctor, Galit, and nurse, Victor, were extraordinary. They checked in with me regularly to ensure I was well-informed and well taken care of. This is truly one of the best hospitals I've ever been to.

Absolutely amazing experience in the ER. The staff and doctors are knowledgeable, friendly and caring. I highly recommend coming here. I've been in and out of hospitals and emergency rooms for the past two months, so I know my hospitals. This hospital is comparable to Ciders Sinai in LA with the quality of care.

If I could break this into 2 sections, i would give 1 star to the first section and 5 to the second section. First section of our visit was labor and delivery. My wife and i had a scheduled c-section for September 21 2022 at 8.45 am. We arrived to the hospital at 6.30 am to be ready for it. Our Dr advised us that there were a couple of emergency C sections so we will be delayed. Understandable no problem till then. Our C-section was performed at about 10 am. Everything went great. However, after the operation was done we were put in the recovery room where we were supposed to stay for 2 hours postpartum. But, we ended up staying in the recovery area for more than 12 hours in total, meaning my wife was on a stretcher for that long, not even a hospital bed. All the patients that were next to us were transferred to rooms before us even though we were the first ones to arrive there in the morning and the first ones to have our baby delivered. At some point post operation my wife spent nearly 5 hours without a nurse checking her pad. I had to be the one to call the nurse and tell her she hadn’t been checked. I spoke to our nurse and to the nurse in charge about our room situation and nobody could give me a straight answer. “We’re checking on it right now”, i was told at about 3 pm. We were moved to our room almost at 7 pm. Horrible experience for my wife and myself. A moment that was supposed to be all happiness was diminished by the bad handling of resources from the hospital and staff. Now the second section were I would give 5 stars will be once we got into our room. All the nurses were super attentive and helpful. The nurse that received us was in shock when we arrived because my wife still had the catheter on after close to 12 hours. The labor side hadn’t given her liquids and she told us that my wife should have been trying to walk at least 2 hours previous our arrival to the room, and tried to go tot he restroom. In summary the chaos of the first part of the day was amended by the second part of the visit. However, there’s no excuse for the bad treatment we received on the labor side.

My dad had to go in for emergency heart issues and stayed overnight for recovery. The ER doc and nurses were excellent, but the facility and the rest of the staff was sub par. Very disorganized, the greeters and support staff were rude and unwelcoming. The surgeon and post op staff had deplorable bedside manner. Dad was in surgery during "dinner"time and when they allowed him to eat, there was nothing available so they brought a bagged sandwich that seemed old and stale. There was ZERO attentiveness in recovery, no bedside table to eat or drink, the next morning they forgot to offer him breakfast. They brought in breakfast at 11:45am and it was awful. I felt so bad for my dad and was glad that we had brought him some fresh fruit and had food ready for him at home. This hospital was worse than any hospital in a third world country. I was shocked and very disappointed that we had to have him there due to the emergency situation. Bring your own food and drinks if you have to hospitalize a loved one.

I was brought by ambulance to the ER. I had literally fallen flat on my face. Even though I walked away with a broken nose, my experience at the ER beginning with the ambulance service was absolutely excellent. In the ambulance I truly felt like they were taking care of one of their own. At the ER, I was taken to a private room right away. Two nurses came to attend me . Each though they had had very busy mornings and no time to eat, were ever so warm and kind. They immediately made me comfortable and attended to my needs. At each point they told me what to expect and then proceeded with the procedures competently. So that my husband never had to leave my side, someone came to get my insurance information. When they discovered that he hadn’t eaten lunch they brought some for him. I would recommend Mercy Hospital any time to anyone. Of course I hope you never need to go but if you do, I know you will be looked after well.

I am sorry to say that mercy hospital is not as good as some people say. My father was hospitalized for a month with covid-19, the nurses are lazy, they did not do their job correctly, the room was never cleaned, here I show photos of the dirt, they did not bathe it either. The nurse did not know what time my father died, they left him alone, they hardly entered the room. 3 days after his death, the floor manager called me to speak with my father. How is it possible that the floor manager does not know when a patient dies, do you know why? because they don't do their job. I do not recommend that hospital to anyone.

Got my first surgery there. Everyone was nice and friendly. I really felt cared for there. They removed my appendix and I’m back 100%! Would do it again, but I don’t have a second appendix! :D Thank you to all the staff!

unfortunately our experience was very bad, the quality and service of the hospital has gone downhill in recent years. as soon as I was admitted I had to stay in a bed in the middle of the corridor for over an hour, I had to change and do tests in a very dirty bathroom in the hall, the clothes they gave me to wear were all torn and old. after my c-section I had to wait almost 10 hours for a room, when the room came up there was no nurse to attend to me. There was a moment during the night when I felt very sick and started vomiting in the bathroom, I rang the bell to call for help and no one came to help me. when they gave me medicine for pain, they didn't even bring water, I had to go to the lobby to get it. It was a very bad experience, I couldn't wait to go home.

My mother was a patient here in 5 Caroll and Bayview Rehab. I am so happy with the service we received while she was recovering. Everyone has been marvelous and attentive to her needs. I want to thank all of the nurses, Rehab team- Betty and Cheryl for assisting my mother in gaining her independence. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone and everyone. Thank you for all you do.

I was just discharged from mercy and I admitted myself into emergency car yesterday for having chest pains. The care I received was 2nd to none compared to most hospitals that I have been to. The nurses and doctors were always Informing me about my status. I was admitted to stay the night and they also did a great job. Thanks for you help.

My mother had surgery here. DO NOT RECOMMEND, regardless of surgeons reputation. It’s impossible to get a nurse. They are either chatting at the nurses station or really under staffed, don’t know which is worse, but the point is that my mom waits at least 30 min for anyone to come to her room for any reason. (Some of the aids and nurses are very kind but their in a terribly set up system). If they actually do come in to check on her, the nurses and doctors don’t introduce themselves so she never knows who’s in and out of her room. They don’t call family or communicate unless you are in the room. Which means you can’t leave your loved one alone if you want to aid in their care. The worst of all is the in between shifts there can be 30-45 minutes between the old and new shift log ins, for your loved ones call button. So for 30-45 min theirs a total can be a total void of care and this happens 2x within 24 hrs (7:00 am and pm). Never again!!!

My 91 year old Father was transferred here for procedure that was not offered at another hospital. I am the eldest daughter. He and I are very very close. Yesterday was one of the worst days of my life. There are some compassionate people there; however even though my Father has been calling me and asked me to help him I could not get any information about his condition, nor his doctors name. ( yes, I know about Hippa rule I am in the wellness field for 30 years. A relative my nephew who has not spoken to me for 12 years and rarely visited), arrived and put his name down as advocate (Dad knew). My Father has NOT told them not to talk to me. When I called and asked to speak to him she had the phone and play acted that I was saying bad things about him ( yelling at me etc). She upset him so bad that he though I did something I did not. The operator SHAY said that Clare has no compassion and stated that she screamed at her to shut up. This woman is the devil incarnate. Clare screamed he does not want to talk to you. I could not get a supervisor, could not get a director, no one answers the phone. Shay the operator believes me as she was abused y her as well. Dad is so upset I cannot describe. SAD SAD SAD that the possibly short time my Father has of his life is dealing with this. I will take further steps. At this point the damage has been done and cannot be reversed.

Ivan Rodriguez was my nurse on 4C. I can only say the most pleasant things about him. Extremely caring, friendly, informative, and takes his time to not only get to know each of his patients, but also communicate exactly what he is doing and when he will be back to check in you. This was my first hospitalization personally, and as a current third year medical student it was hard to be “on the other side”. Very blessed for my care here at Mercy. Thank you specifically to Ivan and the remaining teams of nurses and doctors. 🙏🏼

Our overall delivery experience was great. Ashley was our labor and delivery nurse and she was amazing, she listened to us, she was attentive and hands on. Dr. Guell also was a great partner and made the delivery experience manageable. Everyone at the hospital was attentive and caring. Our Lactation consultant was Annette and she gave us great tips. I just hope we should have seen her sooner. We asked for a Lactation Consultant as soon as we got to the hospital but we didn’t see one until a day later from when our baby was born. They should allocate more resources to lactation consultants. Aside from that, everything was great and easy.

Did an outpatient procedure to have my gallbladder removed and I’m thankful I was at Mercy hospital. The staff from beginning to finish was outstanding, professional and caring. The anesthesiologist eased me and answered all my questions since I pretty nervous. Dr. Salazar- surgeon always professional and I’m thankful my care was in his hands along with all his team. Thankful for all the nurses and everyone that assisted me. I recommend this hospital and will travel back down here if needed. Thank you Mercy hospital! 💕

I work for Miami OBGYN at Mercy. My Mother started experiencing right upper quadrant pain of which turned out to be her gallbladder. I took her to the Emergency room and they were able to see my Mother within 15 minutes of her arriving there. They were able to stabilize my mothers pain and after her evaluation was completed She was placed in a room with plans on having surgery the following day. My Mother was treated so well not only by the Nurse’s who were assigned to her but over all the staff. Of course due to COVID at this moment visiting is allowed which was amazing seeing her a couple times throughout the day, but no over night stay. It felt comfortable leaving my mother there knowing she was being taken care of as if I was there. Her room was always kept clean, food was great and not to mention her view was amazing! She loved it so much the day she was getting discharge she asked if she could stay one more day😅 thank you so much and I appreciate all of you! Jessica

They're great, but if you go to the ER demand a full check up. Went in beccause I had a serious Case of tonsillitis. They pulled out a tonsil stone and called it a day. Well 1 month later I still have tonsillitis. I've pulled 16 tonsil stones on my own. I had a SEVERE kidney infection. I tested positive for mono. My spleen almost ruptured and my liver enzymes are alarmingly high due to the amount of antibiotics, motrin, and ibuprofen I've taken. Now I owe them 500 dollars while still paying for an endocoscopy and an ultrasound on my own time. I wish I would of made them do a full check up because quite frankly they wasted my time and money just to leave me further vulnerable. Their bed side manner is great. The actual nurse and doctors were super sweet. However the health care system is messed up. And if someone goes in there saying they're in pain, at least make it worth their while and do some blood work and a urinalysis on them. You could of saved me a lot of time and money. P.s. covid isn't the only thing out there. Please test people for other things. And in case you want proof, I have plenty more pictures of the other 12 I've pulled out. Which I DID MENTION THAT I FELT MORE. Please. Just make it worth our money and do a full check up on patients. I've spent over 1k in doctors visits not including that ER bill.

Very bad service, I took my son because of an injury to his chin and the guy who hit him did mammoth bad practice from the beginning and he didn't do it. I was cleaning the wound to then glue it and the Two days my son's wound opened, I returned so that they could attend to it and make it right. Work that he did wrong Another, and well, I don't They did nothing more than tell me that they were going to give him antibiotics and that if the wound opened that I should go to a surgeon 😠... in addition to that with a bad character, I will never come back and I will call my son's insurance to complain that they did a bad practice.

It's disappointing and disgusting to get health care services in a building with the external areas (walls and windows) with mold. This happened in Bayside Pavilion ambulatory center. It's an expensive place like to see mold in visible areas.

The chemotherapy nurses are excellent in providing a friendly and effective service, but for patients who stay for more than 7 hours, the comfort is terrible. It is clear that there is no cleaning staff in this area since the bathrooms are not clean, including the floors. chemo area, the sofa that you will see in the photo, this is the position the whole time sitting, in my opinion they are very uncomfortable

I’m little disappointed of my last two visits to Mercy, I went with fever they did COVID, flu and urine test. Everything showed I was fine, but two days later I was worse but I went to and urgent care first, the told me I have a kidney infection and it was going to my blood stream but that they were not able to give treatment, so they suggested me to go to Hospital. I decide to go again to Mercy, they took a lot of blood test, urine, I was in so much pain that they have to put morphine. But at the end the doctor just said he doesn’t know what I have as the urine test was fine, only strange thing it was my white blood cells were low and he sent me to home with antibiotic, but he said he was not able to conclude why I had so much pain in my back and my leg. He didn’t told me anything about my white blood cells, I had so much fever, and now at home I still have fever and I’m shivering and in the paperwork they just put unknown cause …. Kind of irresponsible to send someone back to home when symptoms still there.

Our experience was great! Amazing and prompt service. We were treated with love and care since we arrived. Karelia, Karen, Lisette and the entire ICU team were amazing. Our nurse upstairs MIMI was out of this world! They made my moms stay less difficult. I would recommend the Mercy Hospital with eyes closed.

Had our first born child here, and we were treated like family. Every single nurse was like an aunt who loved our child and wanted the best for him. They worked tirelessly for us and they helped us every single time we needed assistance. When we rang for the nurses to help they came within a few minutes or less, and you could feel their concern and attentiveness while answering any questions we had. I can't imagine what our first birth would have been like without the support system present at Mercy. Everyone was eager to show us what we needed to do in the future and we learned so much that we feel prepared to take care of him on our own afterwards! Thank you everyone at Mercy for going above and beyond for us, we feel so cared for we couldn't ask for anything more!

Mercy Hospital's staff was AMAZING! The nurses on 7C (I was in 7144 and 7111) were unquestionably phenomenal! Heidi, Andrew, Noemi, Julie, Marielis, Marlene, just to name a few...also all PCTs-especially Edgar, Gabriella and Huguette. The cleaning crew (forgive my not remembering her name-she had a beautiful braid of pink, black and light blue)😊 The attending physician, case management, rehabilitation/physical therapists, the nutritionist; and I would be remiss not to mention the wonderfully compassionate and attentive ER staff! Also Frances in recovery! All of my beforehand fears, doubts and worries were truly calmed. I appreciate and highly recommend Mercy Hospital-it's truly indicative of people living up to the true meaning of humanistic care. Thank you, THANK YOU, from the bottom of my heart! Alma

Thank you Dr. Akl, Hugo A, Maria F., Millie, Alain, Steve and the rest of the team! I cannot express how grateful I am for the exceptional care my mom received at Mercy Hospital's Radiology Oncology department. From the moment I walked through their doors, I knew my mother was in good hands. The staff here are not only highly skilled professionals but also incredibly compassionate and caring individuals. They took the time to explain every step of my treatment, ensuring that I felt comfortable and well-informed throughout the entire process. Their dedication to patient care truly shines through in everything they do. The state-of-the-art equipment and technology in the Radiology Oncology department are impressive, reflecting Mercy Hospital's commitment to providing the best possible care. I always felt confident that my mother was receiving top-notch treatment. What sets this department apart, though, is the genuine kindness and empathy of the staff. This holistic approach made a world of difference on my mom's journey to recovery. I also want to commend the administrative team for their efficiency in scheduling appointments and handling paperwork. They made the logistics of treatment as smooth as possible. In a challenging and uncertain time in our lives, Mercy Hospital's Radiology Oncology department was a beacon of hope and support. I am so thankful for their dedication and expertise. I wholeheartedly recommend this department to anyone in need of top-tier oncology care. They are a true asset to the community and a shining example of excellence in healthcare. Thank you, Mercy Hospital Radiology Oncology department, for making a significant difference in my life. You have my deepest gratitude.

The service of HCA Mercy Hospital. The staff were memorable, very attentive, and excellent service all around. I would like to take thank all my nurses Nurse Alex, Nurse Israel, Nurse Marian, and Nurse Noemi. Terrible experience, staff was so rude and unfortunately had to stay for over a week. Dr Suarez told me to google my condition and continuously argued with me like some of the other staff. Sent me home when I was better but in no condition to go home. Not sure why a Dr who had little knowledge on my condition was prescribing the medication. I’m just lost for words with the health care system here. A couple people were helpful though for basic necessities. Everyone kept telling me different things also, I would recommend going to a completely different city.

The staff at the emergency room at Mercy Hospital were fantastic. I came in late last night after taking a really bad fall and the nurses and attendees made me feel safe and comforted me during every scanning and procedure. They were all so nice and talked me through it all and made sure I was taken care of until the very end. For my first time at the ER, I’m very fortunate to have been at Mercy Hospital.

Don’t let them fly you out for a job interview. They’ll stick you with the bill for the hotel if you don’t take the job. Thieves. Response to your reply. -You don’t even deny it! You literally stole from us. I hope you don’t treat your patients like you treat prospective employees.

From start to finish I would rate everything 10 stars if I could. The check-in was extremely expeditious. The staff was cordial and helpful. The surgical staff and post surgery team could not have been any nicer and welcoming. I have nothing but great things to say and had a wonderful experience!

The best hospital in the whole world 🌎. I am a Registered Nurse 👩‍⚕️ with 25 yrs of experience. Never seen this type of care anywhere in USA before. Got recently admitted into this facility after my children googled best Miami hospital, we chose you guys and drove to you irregardless of distance. On getting to ER, everything was super fast like a Jet. The ER doctor was so intelligent and Nurses were superb too. The treatment was phenomenal. Please keep up the good work. I like to have my regular routine check up with your doctors.

I gave birth 11/3/22 and haven’t done a review! But I had Such an amazing experience giving birth here. I will never forget the super kind and wonderful nurses and staff in this hospital. Everyone was friendly. The hospital is very clean and I’m happy they allow visitors as well. This hospital gave me such a great and positive experience. Nurse Stephanie, Jessica, Ashley for labor and delivery were amazing! They supported me all the way. As a first time mom I was nervous and they really made me feel at peace. My postpartum nurse Maddy was also so wonderful! There were so many nurses that were great! I wish I remembered everyone’s name!

My first nurse in preop gave me a thank you card and signed it. I have enjoyed getting all the Mercy Hospital team players to also sign the card and I’m at 12 names so far in one a day. Your relationship with the patient has been the best.

From the moment i entered the ER it was the best experience and mind you i was in excruciating pain, nurse was one of the best nurses i have ever come across, i asked her how come you are so fast and officiant? She said well it is emergency room we have to be! Dr Kelly Wright was also second to none! Incredible! I was in and out in 2 hrs! With no pains or discomfort.

I recently underwent a procedure at Mercy Hospital and to say that I was a bit scared is an understatement. Everyone was so caring and helpful that it actually calmed me down quickly. From the moment I walked in to the moment I checked out I was treated like I mattered, not like a piece of meat. Thank you to all who took part in my treatment the Love was felt!

I was admitted to Mercy Hospital for 3 days. I must say the attention and care given was excellent. All the nurses and assistants were great must mention Elsa she was always checking o didn’t need anything and was very competent. My nurses were wonderful. Diana, Robert, Marie, Krystal were the best. Don’t want to have to be in the hospital again but I would not hesitate coming back here. The Drs were also great. I might have forgotten to mention some names but all my care takers deserve mention. One not too good thing was the food but again this is a hospital not a restaurant. Thank you again for my care.

Gloria was absolutely fantastic. She was extremely, courteous professional while taking my CAT Scan. She made what could have a been a very stressful procedure very peaceful. I have been to other hospitals in the area Not to name names... BAP_ _ _ _ and I can tell you that I will always try and come to Mercy Hospital - the extra care and attention to detail was a pleasant surprise. If all of my employees were like Gloria - my business would thrive. You have a true gem in Gloria!

I experienced the best ER visit at Mercy Hospital recently. I had a medical/dental emergency on a cruise ship. From the time I walked through the entrance, staff made me feel welcomed, safe and wisely cared for. They saved my life that day. I am grateful for Mercy Hospital staff.

The infusion department at Mercy Hospital has never disappointed me. The staff is courteous, understanding, and good at what they do. Pedro who is in charge of the department, Knows I have a problem and always gives me the special attention that is needed. He has been doing this for over 15 years at Mercy hospital and I completely trust him in the hospital.

Mercy Hospital saved my life. Name is in total correspondence with the service they provide. If I could give a number it would be 10 plus, doctors, nurses, social workers, assistants, receptionist; it was not a single mistake during the process of my admission, surgery and recovery. The quality and extremely high commitment and responsibility put this Hospital in the top of many others of its kind. As a health care employee and as a human being, thanks Mercy again. Truly recommend this Hospital if you want to keep your faith in excellent medical attention and EMPATHY.

I recently receive care at Mercy Hospital, and I cannot express enough how impressed I was with the level of service and attention provided by the entire staff. I am compelled to share my gratitude for all the exceptional service provided, specially from Yasmine Lopez, Nurse manager and her team. From the moment I was admitted, the atmosphere was welcoming and calming. The staff was friendly and efficient. My room was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the efforts made to create a soothing environment. The medical team at Mercy is truly exceptional. The doctors and nurses demonstrated a high level of expertise and professionalism. Their compassionate approach made a significant difference in my overall experience. In conclusion, I am grateful for the excellent care I received at Mercy Hospital. I would highly recommend Mercy Hospital to anyone in need of medical care. Thank you for making a potentially challenging experience a positive one. Sincerely, Eric Gomes

I generally had a good experience the four days I spent at HCA Mercy. The ER folks were very good, responsive, thoughtful and efficient, my only complaint being that it took a couple of hours after the decision to admit me to find a room for me to stay, even though the hospital was far from full. The 4th floor room itself where I stayed was fine - the large screen wall-mounted Disc TV is an upgrade over what had been there before. (I have been to this hospital many times over the years, both as a patient and to visit others.) The nurses on the 4th floor were terrific, particularly Carolina Congote, who was wonderful all-around, just a joy to deal with. The doctors were friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and with one small glitch involving an apparent miscommunication, I felt very well taken care of. The technicians who administered various tests we re all polite, friendly and seemed very competent. My biggest complaint was the lack of cleaning staff for the floor. In four days my room and bathroom were cleaned once, and it was largely up to my wife to throw out garbage, make the bed, sort out towels, etc. Apparently, numerous patients on my floor were discharged while I was there, and the time it took to give their rooms a thorough cleaning took away from cleaning other rooms. Perhaps my experience was not the norm, but hospital management should make sure this does not happen.

January 22 to February 2. I've been back and foward to the hospital. This last stay with these two particular nurses was the best. I'm on the fourth floor the names are Elizabeth and Gabriella. Elizabeth was soooo attentive, and very professional. She was so welcoming and made my stay the best. She stayed on top of my needs.Gabriella was very informative and great as well, very easy to talk to. Thank God for these ladies because my experience at this hospital was so so!

😠 The emergency room at this hospital is a complete disaster. It is extremely over crowded and the service is terrible. 😠 I want to start by saying the nursing staff is amazing. Besides that, the hospital is a disaster. The people that admit you at the front are the rudest most incompetent people in the world. They still have the same COVID measures as two years ago. It is almost impossible to get in to see my father....
