I have always been nervous at the gym however since joining oxygen my confidence has grown massively! The environment and atmosphere is amazing so friendly! Help and guidance available when needed and always happy to help you achieve your goals. I have a new found love for training as the variety of equipment is massive wether you are a beginner or more experienced! Can't fault it!

In my opinion it's the best gym I've ever used, with a family run values, space to grow and a place of knowledge which is shared with new and old gym goers, there's something for every kind of lifter hear, with a good community background with allowing everyone from any walk of life to train and feel safe, I would 100% recommend if your in the area to used this gym.

I love coming here, I was out of the gym for a while and needed to get back into it, felt so nervous doing so. But this is such a lovely gym to come too! Defiantly bigger inside than it looks from the outside, lots of equipment to use but not over whelming like the larger gyms. The owner and his family are very friendly, so is everyone else. Worth its 5 stars ⭐️

Hands down, best choice I’ve made training at oxygen gym... Easily the best gym in the area, reasonably priced and a great workout atmosphere. I have been given some of my best training advice from staff there. I train here about 5-6 times a week, it is basically my second home. By far the best facility around. Would highly recommend 👌

First time going to a commercial gym in years so was a bit anxious at first but didn’t take long to settle in and start to enjoy the session. Had a friendly atmosphere with a good mix of people in various stages of fitness from newbies to advanced. The equipment there is brand new and of excellent quality (awesome dumbbell rack!) I only paid for a day pass but will definitely be signing up for a membership. Top notch gym👍

Great Gym, safe and clean. love the vibe of the place. Something for everyone. Some very high end equipment and If like me new to it all the help and support is there. Asks members for options on new equipment. Opening hours to suit. Makes keeping fit enjoyable.
