The Villa is a great little place to stay! The hosts Delyth and Clive are very friendly, assuring us on our arrival that they are close at hand, should we need anything.We had a lovely greeting from them both on our arrival.This was very much appreciated as we’d had a long journey. The place was spotlessly clean with everything we needed here.There are many gorgeous places to visit (and bars and restaurants) that Porthcawl has to offer. We would highly recommend this accommodation and would definitely return again! Thank you Delyth and Clive for your hospitality, see you again before the year is out (2018) Carl and friends.

Stayed with Clive and Deleth twice now. what a lovely Welcoming couple nothing is to much trouble for them. looking forward on returning in the near future.

We stayed for one night at the beginning of August. Received a very warm friendly welcome from Delyth and Clive. Room was clean ,comfortable and bright. Location is excellent - two minute walk to town centre and beach. Great value for money 100% would go back and highly recommend. Looking forward to visiting again. Delyth and Clive make you feel at ease and home from home.

It was very nice in Porthcawl. We were very lucky to get a cozy room in the Villa Guest House. Clive's breakfast ist the best. Thank you for the great hospitality! I hope that we can come back someday.

The hotel is beautiful, Clive & del are amazing couple. The make you welcome. The rooms are amazing, breakfast are amazing. We think it's the best hotel down there. From Rob & Tina can't wait to go back therexx

Can't fault this guest house del and Clive make you feel more than welcome, the hospitality is superb gotta give Clive 10 out of 10 for the gorgeous cooked breakfast and the rooms are spotlessly clean would well recommend this guest house you won't be disappointed at all xx

Spent a 3 day christmas break at the villa guest house,took my mother with me as she would have been on her own otherwise. The food was fantastic and plentiful, the welcome as always was great. Been several times now, will go again in the summer thank you Clive and Delyth for a great stay.

Ideal hosts, who couldn't do enough for us. We were a last minute booking and only staying for a night but the welcome we received was lovely. We'll definitely be back xxx

Decided to stay for the night in Porthcawl so made a very last minute booking . Positive -good location, host pleasant enough when we arrived . Negative -room extremely small and basic with very small opening window so extremely hot in the room . Walls very thin and next room was a young couple booked into a single room which returned to their room at 1.45 in the morning and proceeded to have a domestic for a couple of hours (slamming doors , shouting and swearing at each other) . The room rate is cheap -£40 per single room -cash before going up 😏- but considering I probably had 2h sleep all night I would not return . I informed the host in the morning as we left but all I had was a “ I will tell them …..” ?!?

Loved this guest house , very friendly owners , very central, rooms spotless the whole place is immaculate , carpark right across the road .

Really enjoyed my stay they was very friendly and so helping and lovely clean room i will be going back
