My husband got me this beautiful diamond ring from this place! I think I just got super lucky because the diamond is high quality with very unique design! Well recommend store! My husband gave me a beautiful ruby and diamond ring from Eden as a gift. Lovely packaging, presentation. I decided to have the ring size changed to best fit my preferred finger and was AMAZED at how perfectly and unheard-of-fast they were able to size it - in 15 minutes!!! How delighted I was/am to not have to part with my ring for several days or more, as is usual with jewelry “repairs.” The staff was excellent, friendly, helpful. Amazing work done at this jewelry store. Scott was so helpful from start to finish with my custom jewelry. Bonus points for the fast delivery on my jewelry. I came in and ordered on a Monday, hoping it would be ready in time for Christmas. I was contacted on that Wednesday to say it was ready for pick up. The piece is even more beautiful in person!!! 5 stars for sure. I will be back!

I stopped into Eden Jewelers at Crossgates Mall needing to get a necklace fixed for my girlfriend as the ring holding the pendant to the chain had been broken. Despite the necklace not being bought there the worker was extremely helpful and offered to fix the broken ring on the spot at no charge, but as the old chain’s ring was very cheap my girlfriend wanted to get a new one just to be safe. The gentleman there got me the ring I needed and once again offered to attach it to the necklace at no charge, and when I went to pay the $10 for the silver ring itself he refused to let me pay. I’ve had a few bad experiences with jewelers in the past of them being very pushy and always trying to upsell you, but the workers here couldn’t have been kinder and more helpful without just trying to make money on me. Needless to say I will 100% keep them in mind for any future jewelry purchases I’ll be making, and I would recommend them to anyone else that is looking to buy or have a piece of jewelry fixed.

Always a phenomenal experience going to Eden’s. There’s a night and day difference in pricing compared to stores a few miles away. You always get a good a deal here. They’ve helped out on watch repairs and gave me $$$ for my gold than any other place would.
