First time ever having chick fil a ...Loved what I ordered i ordered for me and my gf we both got tenders and I tried the frozen peach lemonade which is the bomb she got a chocolate shake the mac n cheese is great only thing I didnt care for was the frys but ill be back again for the frozen lemonade for sure, the service was excellent the workers were in good spirits and great moods and attitudes given how busy it is they were great and the chocolate chip/Oatmeal cookie is delicious

This Chick-fil-A has been consistent with food as I've been there multiple times already. I have ordered almost everything off of their menu and then some, and each time I was blessed with fresh vegetables/fruit, hot out of the fryer chicken, delightful biscuits, perfectly chilled frozen treats, and I have yet to receive a soda that was lacking in its syrup. The servers, despite the impatient, rude, and unappreciative masses that have been swarming there, have been kind, calming, and helpful as they have filled the thousands of orders. Their service with a smile and CFA "my pleasure" is a warm and welcome addition to our neck of the woods. The only reason didn't get five stars for atmosphere, is its lack of a play center for the kids. Welcome, Will, and the staff at CFA, North Greenbush!

Great food . Customer service phenomenal. The line was Ling but they get you through in a timely manner. The chicken is worth the wait .

Was a great opening day. Ordered for a family of four everything was correct. Everything was hot and tasty. All of the staff had a smile on their face even though they were bombarded fast service good food with a smile what else could you want?

I love Chick-fil-A! But I went over the weekend and placed an online order. My payment was taken immediately and when I drove 30+ minutes then waited 30+ minutes in the drive thru line for them to tell me my payment had failed. I showed them that it was taken from my bank account and they said either pay again or you’re not getting your food. I called the owner/operator Will and spoke with him. He stated it was an Issue with their app and because it was the weekend I wouldn’t receive my money back til Monday. I called again and he stated he was going to put in a help desk request? I reached out to my bank to see if the transaction had been cancelled and they stated it wasn’t. I am beyond angry. Don’t place an order with their app or you will get scammed and have to pay double!!! Customer service was awful.

The operation of Chick-fil-A stores in Albany, particularly this one and Clifton Park, is embarrassingly incompetent. It's a wonder why they haven't sought guidance from a manager in Baltimore. The management here seems utterly clueless, evident in their chaotic dual ordering lines that abruptly merge into one for pickup. The quality of the food is disappointingly erratic, ranging from inconsistently hot dishes to poorly cooked items.

Needs to take the app so we can order ahead. Otherwise a great location.

I order from here every time thinking they would get my order correct and they NEVER DO!!! Ordered spicy filet and got a regular filet and smidge of pimento.

Love the food, the nice fruit parfait as well. Drive thru concerns as it's not organized and two lanes going into one door/window . Nobody seems to know the protocol for getting your food. They will have a very hard time in winter.

Everyone was so nice, and they did a really good job trying to get everyone through quick for the second day being open. Our food was delicious and hot and tasted fresh. Couldn’t have expected more for a brand new location. Can’t wait to go again when they slow down a bit.

I had to know if all hype about this restaurant was right. The food was great, the service was top notch. The atmosphere was generic, nothing exciting. Would I go back, sure but I wouldn't go out of way to go

The food is great, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Not too mention efficient. The only real downside is that it is so popular that the lines at the drive through, even in the middle of the day, can be more than a dozen cars long in each lane. If you can handle a fifteen to twenty minute wait, then the food is well worth it.

Great food they really pay attention to you, and they get your order right hot and fresh and on time.

The service is painfully slow and ordering ahead on your phone is no advantage. Each time I ordered ahead they don't start preparing the order until you get there. The last time I went there I went to the drive-thru and they made me pull ahead and two or three people that ordered after me got their orders first and were on their way. The food is good, but it is too slow. On that last occasion it took me like 10 minutes and I was late for work because of it. And again, this was after ordering on my phone ahead of time. And I only ordered one item, a chicken breakfast biscuit. Basically the simplest thing other than maybe a soda or coffee.

I'm new to the chik fil a experience I think good and service were awesome. The drive through set up is odd. The two lanes don't merge in a uniform order so one side will pass 5 cars before the other side passes 2 so customers not only get upset but you can see the unexpected look when you pull up to grab order and the service members weren't expecting you

My wife and I have been to this location several times and each visit has been excellent! The staff are especially helpful and courteous, and the food is always fresh and delicious. You can't beat Chick-fil-A's customer service. On one visit I had a problem with an order, and they fixed it immediately and with a smile.

First time eating Chick-fil-A! It’s been a while and finally drove by. This location like every other is very busy but they seem to handle the crowd very well. My order took about 7 minutes when I thought it was going to be at least 20 minutes. My #1 deluxe was fantastic! A well deserved 8/10. Pollo Campero sandwiches are just better. It was a great sandwich and I really want to try their entire menu which eventually I will. Their waffle potato fries were 10/10!!!
