This McDonald's apparently was having a bad day! We had a LG order and when we were missing 2 things the manager said well we will just re make everything for you. I was fine with that wasn't going to argue, but when they brought out the food again I was missing a big Mac still. When I went back in to say hey still missing my sandwich the manager snapped and said we already remade it once. Well if you had just remaid the 2 things I was missing. Well unfortunately bad service = bad reviews.

Placed my order with no one in line before me. Pulled up and was told that they were making the grilled chicken sandwich fresh. They asked me to pull up by the door for a few minutes. At least ten minutes passed, and I walked in to ask if they had forgotten me and was overwhelmed by the smell of weed. There were at least 5 employees standing around. One stated again that they were making the sandwich over. I waited for another 4-5 minutes. When I got home, the chicken was overcooked, and one half of the bun was burned . I never go to fast food restaurants, and this certainly is a good reminder to me why I don't!!

Food is always good. Thought the inside dining area needs upkeep. Last time I went there were so many flies we had to evacuate to my car to finish our meal. I'm glad they still have the soda station. If they get rid of it I'll be so mad.

The food is usually fine but they don't fill the large fries up. This is straight from the restaurant, none are removed and none are in the bag from falling out. This is a large fry? Seriously?! Try filling it up next time instead of giving me a medium in a large container... ridiculous.

No problems with this McDonald’s really, has the dollar menu, clean, not too long of a wait. Had an issue with the order, they gladly fixed it with no questions. Only hamburger instead of cheeseburger on dollar menu though. Gave us coffee for free, happy about that.

I'm back with another McDonald review. Just 2 days ago I put on a review about McDonalds on lower Hoosick St and how you hardly ever get your order correctly but for the most part the one Upper Hoosick does a pretty good job. This is how large fries should look.

Getting pretty tired of the "is that all" attitude from these employees. Sorry life sucks and you chose a poorly paying job. Change their attitudes or replace them with touch screens.

Better than most McD experiences. Exceptionally helpful & friendly staff.

Stopped on the way back home from New Hampshire .that was about a year ago. The food was so fresh. The staff was amazing and the woman's room was one of the Cleanest rest rooms I had ever been in before. Since then. We make a point of stopping there every ride back home. We haven't been to our regular diner the last 3 times.

Been here a few times. Service is hit and miss, and employees can be a little hard to approach at times. Food is usually good though.
