The
doctors
aren't
bad
but
the
branches
need
to
have
individual
phone
lines.
The
Albany
branch
doesn't
know
what
they
are
talking
about.
They
told
me
MY
PRIMARY
doctor
WAS
an
intern
and
no
longer
works
there.
Sorry,
but
first
of
all,
it's
her
office,
she
is
not
an
intern.
Second
of
all,
I
walked
over
there,
she
was
literally
with
a
patient.
I
scheduled
it
in
office
with
the
receptionist,
because
this
is
just
ridiculous.
They
don't
usually
allow
you
to
schedule
in
office
but
she
understood
my
situation.
This
is
NOT
the
first
time
the
Albany
office
has
tried
to
lie
to
me,
or
had
false
information,
about
my
doctor.
They
are
also
quite
rude.
I
just
needed
to
schedule
an
appointment
for
my
thyroid
to
be
checked.
They
chit
chat
with
some
and
they
give
attitude
to
others.
I
was
on
hold
as
caller
number
3
in
the
queue
for
about
15
minutes
just
because
the
other
caller
for
some
reason
was
worth
her
entertainment.
And
I
just
can't
deal
with
it
anymore.
I
want
to
keep
seeing
my
doctor
but
I
can't
do
that
if
I
can't
make
an
appointment
over
the
phone.
I
was
perfectly
pleasant
until
she
said,
"I
don't
know
what
to
tell
you."
Even
if
she
was
correct,
and
my
doctor
was
gone,
they
are
still
responsible
for
my
health.
They
should
have
told
me
that
the
other
doctor
in
the
office
could
see
me.
I
know
there
are
two.
My
husband
sees
the
other
doctor.
She
didn't
even
give
any
alternative
options.
She
just
wanted
me
off
the
phone.
I
asked
her
if
there
was
any
way
I
could
be
seen
and
she
just
gave
me
lots
of
silence.
So
I
did
the
wrong
thing
and
lost
my
composure.
But
I
was
sick
of
it.
This
needed
to
be
said.
How
can
we
count
on
them
if
we
can't
even
reach
out
to
our
own
office
and
have
to
go
through
people
in
a
completely
different
city?
I
even
told
her
I
was
pregnant
and
still
nothing.
Not
even
a
response.
