They erased my review. The phlebotomist uses unsanitary methods. She uses poor infection control practices that can lead to bacterial infections or worse. My advice go to St. MARY Trinity health or Samaritan Hospital for your blood draws. Just because you are in a healthcare for low income does not mean you do not deserve quality care.

Was never seen for emergency. I was on hold for 2 hours to be told “good you have antibiotics “ and that was literally it. These people are lazy and will not answer the phone.

The doctors aren't bad but the branches need to have individual phone lines. The Albany branch doesn't know what they are talking about. They told me MY PRIMARY doctor WAS an intern and no longer works there. Sorry, but first of all, it's her office, she is not an intern. Second of all, I walked over there, she was literally with a patient. I scheduled it in office with the receptionist, because this is just ridiculous. They don't usually allow you to schedule in office but she understood my situation. This is NOT the first time the Albany office has tried to lie to me, or had false information, about my doctor. They are also quite rude. I just needed to schedule an appointment for my thyroid to be checked. They chit chat with some and they give attitude to others. I was on hold as caller number 3 in the queue for about 15 minutes just because the other caller for some reason was worth her entertainment. And I just can't deal with it anymore. I want to keep seeing my doctor but I can't do that if I can't make an appointment over the phone. I was perfectly pleasant until she said, "I don't know what to tell you." Even if she was correct, and my doctor was gone, they are still responsible for my health. They should have told me that the other doctor in the office could see me. I know there are two. My husband sees the other doctor. She didn't even give any alternative options. She just wanted me off the phone. I asked her if there was any way I could be seen and she just gave me lots of silence. So I did the wrong thing and lost my composure. But I was sick of it. This needed to be said. How can we count on them if we can't even reach out to our own office and have to go through people in a completely different city? I even told her I was pregnant and still nothing. Not even a response.

My appointment was at 940 am. It's now 10 after 10 and still sitting in lobby. There's no reason when I ask why I haven't been seen or taken to a room. Smh. Definitely be switching to a primary care doctor somewhere else after today. 17 more minutes until it's an hour I've been sitting in this lobby waiting from my appointment that I was on time for smh

Terribly sick. Tried to call and set up an appointment. No one called back for 3 hours. Went to the facility. 2 people in the patient waiting room. The person at the desk stated they would call back with an appointment. 2 hours later no call. I went to Emurgent care. Was seen in less than 30 minutes. Staff at Whitney Young seemed totally distant and showed little to no empathy. Reading other posts, this seems to be a trend that they haven’t fixed.

From the moment I walked in, I knew I this place is where disgruntled healthcare folx go to die. The receptionist was cold and just rude. The nurse and my doctor tried their best to make up for it. Whitney young lacks empathy. I’ve been one time and I’m already looking for a nee primary care doc. You should be ashamed to even be in healthcare.
