Every
single
electric
cart
was
in
the
middle
of
the
parking
lot
and
whoever
was
collecting
carts
to
bring
them
in
decided
that
when
their
shift
was
up
that
they
were
just
going
to
leave
the
carts
in
the
middle
of
the
parking
lot
and
go
home.
The
carts
were
put
together
in
groups
of
10
or
more
and
left
in
the
middle
of
the
road.
One
group
of
20
carts
was
left
in
the
designated
"sidewalk"
in
between
the
handicap
parking
spots
so
you
couldn't
walk
there.
I
did
bring
it
up
to
the
first
employee
I
came
across
the
kne
working
self
checkout
on
the
grocery
side
of
the
store.
He
was
trying
to
explain
short
staffing
and
what
not
well
the
next
shift
employee
was
actually
buying
stuff
and
checking
out
before
his
shift
and
he
said
he
would
handle
it
as
soon
as
he
came
on.
By
the
time
I
left
the
store
all
electric
carts
had
been
brought
in
and
the
rows
of
carts
in
the
road
and
sidewalk
had
been
brought
in
as
well.
