Good supermarket but needs more staff at billing section. Dress materials is not available now.

Should say this place has the worthy amount of products but we have to wait for the mercy of the staffs.. they have many counters for billing, but some of them show 'closed' boards. Even when we are waiting and already had a queue behind, staffs take time to attend to the billing.

Very low stock now days. The toilet facilities provided at Parking area is locked don't don't know how the municipality allow them to work without proper toilet facilities to the customers. Fish and meat stall looks fine.

One of the good hypermarket in Palakkad. Situated near the Stadium Stand on the Coimbatore road. Easy to be noticed from the road. Its a one stop market place. Its a part of Business group having several shops all over kerala. They provide quality vegetables, fruits, and grocery items. Going to the other sections they provide all branded equipments and materials.

One stop solution for all house hold requirements from grocery, provisions, stationeries to white goods. Good service and all service personnel at electronic section has good product knowledge

Empty shelves to greet you. What changed in 6 months? I visited the store about 6 months ago to buy a refrigerator and was very impressed with the store, their staff, service, stock, layout etc I visited the store again, this time to buy an AC and everything was different. Empty shelves, very few customers, fewer sales people, unhappy looking counter staff. I found the appliance area to be stocked ok. but everything else about the store was painting a very sad picture. I wonder what changed in 6 months. Judging from the user review and the canned response they are giving to the reviews, i wonder how long they can stay open?

A fairly good place to shop in Palakkad. Well-stocked these days. Staff very helpful. I noticed staff members offering to help senior men and women push their shopping trolleys, assisting them throughout the time they had spent in the store. I saw one woman offering a tip to the staff member who had helped her but the shopping assistant politely refused it! The Milky Mist frozen pizaa bought from the store tasted good.

Very spacious and good supermarket. Has wide.variety of fruits, vegetables and almost all grocery items. Ample Car parking facility and fresh fish and chicken stall is there in the ground floor.

Shop is good. But very very poor customer service. I went to purchase an oven. But had to wait there for a long time. Still no staff approached us. So we returned and went to another shop

Over all OK, but there is no non restricted medicines, gluses, knee caps and sports items. Also they can wisely provide the provisions for cycles, sports items, car wash items etc

Worst hypermart with hyper rates for all products. No choice and no good brands available for food articles. Not affordable for common man. It feels like no customer is important to them.

Purchased fresh fish. After cooking felt like I am eating dried fish. The fish was so well preserved by the supermarket team by at least a month. Please remove old fish stocks from your place.

Good hypermarket with wide variety of options. We went to buy a gas stove. Mr Satish was very helpful and explained about all models. Had previously bought an air conditioner as well from here. They are very quick in responding to queries. They are the one of the best in Palakkad.

Now bismi has come up with new offer discount dhamaka from jan 26-29. Instant 50 cash back for purchase of 999 Rs. Another offer to fool people. There is no 50 Rs cash back . In bill it’s not getting reduced. They are cheating people by simply telling offers though the offer amounts are not getting reflected. It is better not to advertise offers if you are actually not planning to give. Those who are not checking the bill in detail, will not even know. Most of the times I have faced issues of them putting higher amount in the bill for items than actual price displayed which we come to know only we thoroughly check the bill for all the items. Please don’t go by their offers as they are trying to attract people by giving offers and cheating everyone.

Our Shopping experience at bismi was really not so good. We selected an oven with basic options and once it was billed and payment was done we noticed a display which stated free blender on purchase of oven and otg items. When we asked about this, the sales person immediately said its for OTG only and when we showed him the display which included oven also he immediately removed the display stating that offer is not applicable for microwave oven. This was totally unacceptable behavior from such a reputed Store. Very disappointing would suggest better not to fool people around with unpleasant shopping experience and offering bogus offers.

One of the places in Palakkad where you can find al things under one roof. This is one of the place where you could get grocery, stationary, veggies, fruits, and all the essential at a same place. They do have a small bakery outlet just in front of the outlet and a they do have a huge parking area. They have released a posted regarding their maintanence stuff.

2 months ago I visited here to buy a mobile phone. Also I want to exchange my old phone. They agreed to give me a certain amount for my old phone. After the purchase they told me to copy the data of the old phone and return it the next day. I do so, but the next day they coated a cheap rate for my old phone and behaved very badly. I refused their cheap offer and decided not to visit there again.

Extremely unhappy with the customer service - no fans and they have 1 AC is switched on for whole store. People come from all over to shop and if the place is not well air-conditioned then how can we trust if the veges and fruits are kept in good condition ? Am not sure how the employees are surviving inside either.
