    Very Good ,They are just charging 200 rs per person for a Month,,Timings Morning 7 - 10 and evening 5 - 7 Really Good, My Achan and I am going,, Their training is very good and exercise is really very effective, They are teaching you self defense and Its good for old and Young people for the body flexibility and stamina.
