Casagrand has been my home for the past 6 months and without a shadow of doubt I firmly believe that this is one of the best residential apartments that I have rented so far. The club house provides all top notch amenities for kids and adults.

Serene and calm society next to a lake, this concept actually takes shape in this project called Casagrand Aqua. Villas and flats are well structured and kept neat and tidy. Villas are spacious and gives a good impression. The lane and bye lanes within the society are spacious and comfortable for drive. Easily accessible from mainroad, although at present some construction work is going on the municipal road just outside the society. The flip side is that the property is definitely on the side that pinches your pocket more than your expectations.

Location is not great,as accessible road from main road is very narrow. Ambience with in the compound is okay.lake view is good.As it's next to lake soil quality, building strength has to be assessed well.Vasthu complaint (as advertised) of houses is questionable.Valuation of the property is on the higher side.

Good Villas and community but the entrance road to this community is only about 30ft width. Even 2 cars can't go simultaneously side by side. On long run that will be difficult.

I live here actually, it's a pleasant place to stay at. But also has way too restrictions even though you buy an property for example you can't paint your home at your choice can't change anything that affect the appearance of the overall compound. The guards are now family too they provide security we provide them some love. But overall I give a thumbs up rather than the restrictions I told earlier.

Proud that we are the part of this beautiful community. Easy access from ukkadam. Calm and lovely place with good amenities and infrastructure. Who ever visits the community loves it very much.
